I am writing this review for my mom who hit a deer last summer. They repaired her 2018 BMW and did a wonderful job! When she picked it up, the car was cleaned and it looks and runs like it’s brand new. Excellent customer service and they coordinated well with the insurance company. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible!

I had my car towed here after a tree fell on my windshield, and have nothing but negative things to say about this business. They have had my car for 40 days (and counting) and have been rude, unprofessional, and non-helpful every step of the way. Between Geico and this body shop, the Claim Supplement process was not followed, resulting in a lost week of time during my car repairs. And when I called, obviously frustrated about the timeline, I was told its not my fault and its Geicos fault and then hung up on. I would never recommend this place to anyone for repairs, as it appears I am never going to get my vehicle back from them

BAB is AWESOME! Rich is the best around with very reasonable prices. My husband and I trust him with both our cars and I am ALWAYS referring my friends to him. Thank you BAB for always coming through.

Never come here. Everyone for the most part that I dealt with is very rude. Everyone from the techs to the secretary. If I ever had any questions or needing information from the secretary, she always had a nasty attitude no matter what. I would recommend never coming here. I will never again.

Ive had to have several cars fixed - mechanical issues and auto body - EVERY time Ive brought it there - Ive gotten exceptional service. I highly and confidently recommend them to everyone. He is an honest man who goes above and beyond. I actually brought it in once being told that it needed brakes - he put it on the lift - checked them - and said the brakes were fine and would NOT take any money for his time and effort.

Have had my Elderly cousins car for 3 months and still cant tell me when it will be completed. Insurance company issued checks immediately and one was reportedly paid directly to them per directive that wasnt signed by the owner of the car. Wont return calls and is always apparently out doing a tow when I call or go there.

I have nothing but literally wonderful service and they do such good work and back it up too. They can save you so much $$ on any and every job as well. It really shocks me to see a couple of the previous reviews - this man has no reason to be nice to me (a stranger before he worked on my car) and act the complete opposite to someone else??? I honestly cannot give any other review - but praise! Thank you B W A B

Absolutely horrible customer service! Rental car towed because additional driver didnt know license was recently suspended. I the person whose name is on rental agreement was told by rental co. to go pick up car. When I called this disgusting place the idiot on the phone lied and said the rental co. says we can only release it to them. Bull! When I called him on his lies he literally said the rental co had to come down in person to give verbal okay for me to take. Well doesnt that defeat the purpose. When I asked if they could fax something over with their letterhead. He said he wasnt going to argue and literally hung up the phone in my face. Absolutely horrific customer service. If he you were going to say no they is a better way to do it. Rental company calling them now will see what happens.

They towed my car and when I got it back it had a crack on the back right taillight which was not listed on the report the officer wrote, and I know it wasn’t there, but they’re claiming that the damage must’ve already been there.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced and they towed my car at 1130 at night and counted that as an extra day of storage which is a $35 fee FOR 30MINS!!!
