One of the best contractors I have done business with. I had all the windows replaced in my house along with the exterior/interior window trim, as well as a bay window installed. All of my questions were answered promptly and the crew that performed the installation was friendly and professional. The windows look great and I am extremely satisfied with how the project turned out!!

Extremely satisfied. I had 2 screens repaired in 2 days when they estimated a week to complete the job. I opted for the stronger material to deter my feline friend from damaging them again. Time will tell. I would definitely return if I had more work that needed to be done.

Its been more than a month and still have no heard back from them. The owner came by the first couple days to measure and hes been Unreachable apparently, according to the girls at the office. I had to call back multiple times and was told same thing repeatedly. That he would get back to me when he can but they are very busy & basically told me my job was “small” so he had to do it when he has time. To me that is not okay. I understand it may be a busy time. All I wanted was a call with updates and/or dates for possible work to be done but seems nobody knows whats going on there. Cant say much about their work but customer service is definitely lacking.

I have been a customer for almost 40 years. Over those 40 years we had them side our home, install a bow window, replacement windows, new windows in additions, a sliding glass door, front and rear doors. Also, over the years they have returned to use up all the vinyl scraps that I was given when the house and garage were sided; to fix holes made by too aggressive weed whacking, an overzealous student driver and a grill moved too close to the house by a helpful but errant in-law. They have also re-screened some screens with pet friendly screening to keep both our cat and us happy. Collegetown’s work, whether new work or repairs, has stood the test of time. We have never hesitated to call them as their workers have always been polite, professional and provided the upmost quality of craftsmanship.Highly recommended.
