I used Roche Bros in Bridgewater to cater my moms celebration of life. I could not have been happier ! The food was top notch every single person loved it ! It was fresh and hot! They delivered it to the VFW they even left warmer ovens and came back the next day for them. They made it so easy to order online and they followed up with a personal phone call to confirm all your wants. They think of it all ! All the things you forget she remembers! The food and service was exceptional! I would hands down recommend for small and large functions ! Mine was over 150 and it was a success. I am not someone who writes reviews but this was a great experience and a far less financial obligation than renting out a restaurant! We had way more fun ! Thank you

Roche Bros catering came through for us after our event was canceled with just a few days notice. The catering coordinator assured me that he could accommodate our needs and helped me with putting together a beautiful breakfast menu. The delivery arrived at the exact time it was promised and the meal was piping hot and delicious. Connie helped to set it all up on the tables. Steve, Connie, and Darlene were pleasant and accommodating to work with. I would not hesitate to have an event catered again by Roch Bros. Amazing food and service! Thank you.

Clean and well stocked store. I was visiting the area and only needed a few items. Prices could be more competitive.

Pricey but products difficult to find at other grocery stores. Pleasant help.

Airways cost a little bit more but some much cleaner easton has more ethnic and higher end foods but a little smaller bridgewater is larger but carries more of the everyday stuff

I always love going to Roche Bros. In Bridgewater. The store is exceptionally clean. The shelves are always fully stocked. All the employees are super nice and are always around if you need help. Usually the baggers would bring your groceries to your car and put them in the trunk for you. Because of Covid I think they may have stopped doing this as a social distancing practice. The prices are a bit higher than other stores but definitely worth it.

Its a vanilla store. Dont go looking for anything ethnic. Produce is fresh, they have a liquor store inside (pay separately) over all its an ok store, a bit on the pricey side

Too expensive! Same products are much cheaper at market basket. Why would you pay more for the same products when you dont have to. Market Basket all the way. Roche Brothers should lower there prices. But I know they wont. So sad that in the richest country on earth we as human beings wont compromise and make everyone happy. Roche Brothers put on your thinking cap. Its not that hard.

If youre going to sell something with a flavor name it should taste and look like its that flavor. (General Tso Chicken) No flavor, waste of money. Maybe hire someone that might have passion in their job?

Got funny faces when buying pumpkins for Halloween, not sure what that was about. I just wanted to pay and leave. Its cool though. Nice place to shop if youre average to middle-aged housewife.

I have had here what was the best shopping experience of my life. An employee stocking shelves noticed I had grabbed a noisy cart. I have an anxiety disorder and was very uncomfortable but was trying not to draw attention. This employee immediately took notice and cheerfully asked if he could get me another cart. He made light of the situation too by joking about it with me which made me feel so much better. I also saw him helping other customers in similar ways as I shopped and it warmed my heart. I feel so welcome at this store, I wish all stores were like this one! I also hope the employee is rewarded for doing this. There were no managers around or I would have said something. His name is Mike and i visited on the day and time of this review, he was wearing red boots! Please reward him for his excellent customer service. It shows how much he cares about others and it is so nice to see that these days. Thanks, Mike!

Way over priced on most items... one thing that got me angry was during the beginning of the pandemic they increase their loaf of Sandwich white bread price from 1.99-4.99.

They have super nice employees and a great selection.

Not my usual store but found everything I needed.

Way too expensive I could go to Market Basket and get three times as much food for my money. That being said unfortunately Roche Brothers is convenient for me so sometimes I have to go there to buy a meal for the family dinner and I end up spending $35-$50 FOR 1 MEAL feeding 2 adults and 1 toddler!! The people who work there are mostly kind and eager to help but there are a few younger employees who could care less and shove as much as possible Into a single bag. Ive gone home or even to the car and found my bread half squished on more than 1 occasion. If I lived closer to Market Basket Shaws Stop & Shop anywhere else I would definitely go there before I would go to Roche Brothers.

Friendly customer service & helpful employees. Prices tend to be on the high side for some items but, I buy whats on sale when, I need to restock anything.

I agree with a lot of these reviews on here. They are way over priced. I still go out of only convenience if I absolutely have to. I would rather go to Shaw’s. With that being said the Cashiers that are out front are very rude. This has happened to me twice with the same older gentleman. He makes comments that are rude and irrelevant. I worked in Customer Service and Customers are why you are working. He needs to be more respectful. I let it slide the first time but seriously I would have been fired for less at my old job. The younger ones are usually friendly. But again I will not return with this horrible Customer Service! I guess treating Customers with respect doesn’t apply to the older workers

Nice selection of fresh flowers. Picked out some lovely roses for my grandmas birthday. Cashier was very friendly. Only con was that it was very dark inside the store. Maybe they were experiencing a power out and were only running on generator power?

I do enjoy the lay lay out and atmosphere of the store. I have been going here on and off for over 20 years now. The reason I dont shop there regularly is, they are way overpriced on most items. Although, I love their produce selection, plus the prices for them are fair and the quality is unbeatable. I have to add this too, they have an amazing bakery with a variety of fresh cookies everyday and you can pick and choose the ones you want and fill a box of youd like!

They are def pricier than Market Basket but I feel like they have the best selection of fruit quality wise. Proteins tend to be a little high though, especially with Crocettis down the road and Market Basket. The staff are all fairly helpful and nice though. Their on sale items are very competitively priced as well

Its ok. Doesnt have the variety of other supermarkets and it is a little pricier but it is convenient to Bridgewater Center.

Great supermarket with a large selection of foods. Whether you are looking for healthy options or quick meals, they have always had most of what I was looking for. A special thing to note is they carry Giffords ice cream, my favorite ice cream from Skowhegan, Maine. Rated worlds best and a staple of my childhood. Never had any complaints against the staff here as they have always been rather polite. Seems that they employ a lot of younger people, which is a plus and also to be expected in a college town.

I cant say enough good things about Roche Bros. Bridgewater. The store is clean and organized. The management and staff are always helpful. I cant tell you how many times the staff have gone out of their way to find a product for me... from the meat department, produce department, prepared foods, and the floral department to name a few. They are truly the best! Roche Bros. in Bridgewater has customer service like no other!

Prices are too high!

You cant find anything. The staff is less than helpful/borderline creepy. I had two different male employees following me around today. One followed me out to the parking lot, not in a helping way, wanting to talk. The ludicrously high prices are unnecessary. Market Basket is a little further but better, and you get way more for your money.

I think that the store is okay and there selection of food could be better, also their prices can be quite high. This is an okay place but I wouldnt really reccomend it.

BIGGEST DOWNSIDE IS THEIR HIGH PRICES! They have a decent selection overall but they dont carry Ragú classic Alfredo sauce it sucks bc i love it! Also they dont have the biggest selection of birthday/party cakes but I will say they are always tasty. BEST PART IS THE GOOD QUALITY MEATS! There are positives like the deli always great service and good quality meat along with the butchers stop that will cut your steaks fresh YUM. They have a wide variety of hot foods and salads at the buffet, I find the baked Mac n cheese and the potatoes w/ gravy delicious.

A pleasantly medium-size supermarket in a world of super stores. Prices arent generally the best, but its easy to shop the entire store and get out quickly without feeling like youve walked 5 miles in the process.

I love the friendliness of the staff at this supermarket. I’m there at least once a week & they always offer to help bring out my groceries especially when I’m with my kiddos. One of the employees actually helped me out with my groceries & since I had my daughter she went to the restroom & found my car keys which I left behind during that visit (3 year olds can’t go anywhere with out having to go potty every single time, lol). When we realized I had left my keys in the restroom she didn’t hesitate to go right in & get them for me. I also love going there for fresh produce & meat products. If something is anything but fresh they will give you double cash back if you end up buying something that began to perish soon or too quickly. Keep up the good work Roche Bros!

Great choice of veggies and fruits..both organic or not. Great assortment of gluten free products. Hot bar is ok. Wings are best.

My experience was disgraceful. One of the workers named Edward made a comment that did not make sense and my scanner whispered to the other scanner laughing and being rude what did he say and he was watching and I felt bad. Mind Edward was an older gentlemen so it was really rude and unnecessary to make that rude comment.😡😥

Produce was moderately priced, about the only good thing I can say about it. Stay away from their poultry and meats, I purchased a pack of chicken breasts and rib-eye steaks both swelled during cooking and had a disgusting taste to them (nothing I did, and I know how to cook). I will not be shopping here again.

Heres how ya get a 3.8 on google, empty shelves compared to Truck his and MB, been rippin us off for years and they fall on their face when we really need them, Ill be at Truck his WB

I shop at Market Basket every week for about 2 years now. I went into roche bros the other day because its closer to my house and I just needed a couple things. I cannot BELIEVE how expensive this store is. I was quite shocked actually. And the frozen section is so small...I was greatly dissatisfied. I will never go here again. Market basket has a way better selection at WAY better prices.

To get the best groceries

Not as good as it use to be. Some products I always went to are no longer available. Prices seem to have increased. What happen to the basic prepared subs and sandwiches are no longer available. Salad bar products are not as fresh. Past week only hamburg was 80%. And little selection.

Older cashiers have horrible to no customer service, I hate going just for that reason. If I have to spend the ridiculous amount theyre asking for for their products, Id at least like to be treated better
