I am impressed with the promptness, competence, honesty, and courtesy shown by the folks in the service dpt. Twice they bailed me out over the years. Most recently involved my AC going out. I dropped my Jeep GC off at 1:30pm on Thursday; it was diagnosed by 3pm; it was blowing cold air by 10am on Friday; I was picked up and escorted to pick it up by 11:30--less than a 24hr turn around on an AC job in August! On top of it, the cost was below what I had imagined as the guys diagnosed/replaced a faulty expansion valve instead of just changing a bunch of parts. Of note, I was kept aware at every step of the process by some really nice people. As I will be hauling my family and a boat back to NJ in a few days, lack of AC just might have ended my marriage. Thanks Macdonald Motors service department!

2018 Ram 2500 6700 miles on it had lifter tick since new, took them almost a month to diagnosis & replace all 8 lifters under Warranty. They called me said all done, I go get it & drive it home 40 miles only to see smoke rolling out of the hood. So now I have oil leaking. No second chances not going back

I bought a truck 3 weeks ago, and the day I bought the truck I noticed the passenger door speaker was blown. I mentioned it to the sales guy and he acknowledged that he heard the blown speaker and said they would fix that for me. Then on my way home, the screen was really hot to the touch. I then called and the guy on the phone said yeah thats not normal, lets get you in after arguing with the guy on the phone for a few minutes because apparently they only keep Saturdays open for oil changes, and I live an hour away so there was no way I would be able to get it there during the week. So I waited 3 weeks for them to see me on a Saturday. So they had my truck for a total of 7 hours and when they called me, they then explained my speaker is not blown, and they cant duplicate the heated screen, so therefore they are unable to replace or fix anything. Also they stated they cleaned my truck and when I saw the truck, it was definatley not washed as it still had dirt on the sides of it.. I then drove it a hour to Lee Auto Mall where they were able to see me right away, and that confirmed I had a blown speaker and Rams sometimes have a issue with the screens, and they ordered me a new speaker and radio for my truck and I was there less than 10 minutes. From start to finish I did not feel like Macdonald Motors didnt appreciate the business and I felt they were unwilling to help me when there was a problem. The day I bought the truck I felt this way, and felt like they were not wanting to sell a truck and unwilling to work with me on the price, that should have been my sign to not give them my business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to them for any type of business.

What ripoff artists!My wifes car door would not open from outside.They charged he over five hundred dollars to fix it and it only worked for one day..,then they said they needed to change the cable inside door and wanted over four hundred for that after quoting 350.00 on written estimate.We told them it was too much and we did not want it done. Now they want to charge her $50.00 for restocking fee...Steer clear of this place

PSA: Do not recommend. I recently had to put new ball joints and tires on my truck that I spent 30k on less than a year ago. I called Macdonald motors for them to fix the problem due to obviously not checking ball joints and they turned me away said not their problem. I still have a sticker from them that came with the truck. I would not recommend anyone buy from these people unless you want to put over 1,000 of work in less than a year.

Fantastic service, I really think Travis McManus went out of his way to make sure that I got exactly what I needed/ wanted and I cant thank him or Macdonald motors enough. After a minor set back with the vehicle I was initially interested in Travis was able to work out a different vehicle that I am infinitely happier with driving and owning. I took my car here for the airbag recall, the service department told me I needed some clockwork thing to make the airbag light go off. I was told it would take 7 days to get the part, the part took a month to come in. When the part came in I took my car in for the service only to find out that was not the part I needed. I was told I was all set to go with no charge (I double checked as I left the dealership). Over 2 months later I received a bill for a part I did not need (and thought they had removed) and to check that they had installed the airbags correctly. This is not right and my next step will be to contact the state if this is not resolved.

I was up from Tennessee and had a failure making my truck unusable. I called the dealership who helped me arrange towing of my truck and get it in for repairs very quickly. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle here again.

I test drove a vehicle and told them I wanted to purchase vehicle, just wanted more information from previous owner . I emailed the co . next day, they just sold it without even letting me know . I even offered to put money Down the day I was there. Salesman said wait. pretty bad way of doing business would not recommend this co .

After having a horrible experience at another dealership and being a die hard Chevy guy since birth I reluctantly went to a Dodge dealership and will never go to another dealership again. They were the most respectful gentlemen I have ever dealt with at a dealership. My not so easy financing situation that Q*^%*Chevy didn’t even want to look at or deal with (I had purchased my trade in and two prior trucks from) was a walk in the park for Macdonald Motors, the owner even sat down said hello listened to the situation and just said “ don’t worry we will get it done” so I love my Ram 2500, I will never go anywhere else for a truck and Travis, my wife is looking to trade in her Sequoia and I’m trying to talk her into a Jeep or a Ram 3500 dually, that.But really if you need a vehicle and you want to by a vehicle and not be sold a vehicle, you want to be treated with respect through the process and not $$$ signs for a commission give these guys a shot, you won’t be disappointed.Thanks!!!

Just picked up my Ford F150 and was not pleased with the customer service I received from the young lady at the desk. After spending over $700 I asked if I could speak to the mechanic. Spoke with a salesman on a vehicle and explained I was approved for financing. A date was set to meet and test drive. I was notified that the vehicle was in the shop being detailed. I advised him to keep me posted. After a couple of days, I called him and he informed me that itll be another couple days, they decided to replace the exhaust, but it is on back order. Then I get an email that the vehicle was sold!SO AFTER 3 WEEKS OF WAITING AND CHECKING, IT WAS SOLD OUT FROM UNDER ME! NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
