Love, love love this place!! Owner Judith is very nice and staff were too! Not sure where the negative review came from, but I have never had anything but a great experience there! Very unique in their product offerings as well Something for everyone!!

I look forward to shopping at Craftworks every summer. Books for children and greeting cards are my most frequent purchases. Home furnishings, clothing, accessories, pet items, wine and gourmet food selections are invitingly displayed. The outdoor hanging plants and gardening decor on the front deck draw attention when entering the store. I look at everything and sometimes treat myself to an accessory, clothing or home decorating item.

Definitely a must see when your visiting Bridgton... reasonably priced, updated clothes and crafty gifts for the home!

Amazing store with an amazing staff.

Very poor customer service! We were vacationing in the Bridgton area recently and stopped by to look around. The shop workers/owners appeared to be loudly complaining about internal business matters so much so that we were (annoyingly and uncomfortably) able to hear them b*tch and whine the entire time we were in there. Never once did they actually greet us, say thank you, goodbye have a nice day, etc. ...very basic common courtesies. Worst of all they appeared completely annoyed when we stepped up to the register to finally buy something as they had to momentarily stop their rude banter. The woman who checked us out actually snapped at us to tell her the price of an item because she couldnt remember and couldnt be bothered to look. We wish we hadnt bought a single thing! Its a shame, because ultimately the shop itself is fairly nice. Worst experience we had during our time in Maine! Will never return and will let friends and family members know not to bother stopping by Craftworks in Bridgton.

Closed at 6, not 8 as said on website.Staff was rude about it.
