I will give 5 stars for having the part for my sink drain that none if the bug box stores had. BUT 2 stars for the girl army the register. I watched her interaction with the guy in front of me, he tried to give get his rewards card but she never acknowledged it or made eye contact with him. She just rang up his item fave him a price and when he asked about the rewards she says we usually do that at the beginning. She did ask me if I had a rewards card I stated no she rang me up and handed me my receipt and didnt even ask if I wanted a bag. No eye contact. When I said to her have a nice day she looked shocked.

Cashiers there were not helpful, had an attitude, and didnt listen. Items are over priced. Cashier wouldnt verify price... Tired of their lacking friendly and considerate customer service at the front end.

A true nightmare of a store everything is priced higher then every other store around it the cashiers and people working there will avoid you at all costs and give you attitude like you ruined their day if you talk to them I bought propane there it normally lasts me 2 weeks with how little I use it its been 3 days and jts already empty i dont want much when I got to a store just honesty and fairness this store has neither dont go to this store if you can avoid it

I found exactly the hardware I needed to complete a home project. A quick look around revealed well-stocked shelves, a little sparce in cleaning supplies, but summer reside ts are arriving and I suspect a lot of camps are getting a thorough scrub-down.

Waited almost a week for a product they told me they would order, had it in my hand at home Depot but put it back to support local businesses in my town even though I had to wait, as a courtesy, because they ordered me the product. Tuesday comes, no call back, so I call... Unfortunately its on back order. No one thought it was appropriate to contact me when they noticed that after trying to place my order. Even though they took my contact information. What a bunch of rude people

This is a good hardware store fully stocked with the tools, plumbing and electrical parts you need for home projects. They also have a large selection of outdoor equipment and rental equipment available for larger projects. The staff is friendly and easily accessible to answer questions.

There are no employees working the floor to assist customers. Prices are ok. Inventory is ok. I would shop Paris Farmers Union or other local businesses. Friendlier staff and supports Veterans with discounts. This owner refuses. I personally dont like to give my money to businesses that dont support our military.

People are always helpful and friendly at Hayes True Value. Local in this case is often better. 5 stars.
