My wife and I worked with Trace at this location and we couldnt be more pleased with how the experience was! He listened to what our wants and needs were, never pushed, never rushed, and was really just attentive to us as customers. Pressure-free buying from a dealership isnt generally something youd expect anywhere, but if you visit these folks and work with Trace youre in for just that! Couldnt recommend him (and the dealership) enough.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!I had an oil change here yesterday, I showed up on time for my 9am appointment, they took TWO HOURS to do an OIL CHANGE. They also rotated my tires and charged me for it and I didnt ask for that. After 2 hours I went out to the garage myself to see if it was done and they were all standing there eating sandwiches.... Now the REALLY bad part... THEY TOOK OUT MY AIR FILTER AND LEFT IT SITTING ON TOP OF THE ENGINE!!?? My best guess is sandwiches arrived and my car was done moved outside and I was forgotten about.Keep this in mind when considering a vehicle from here. Their free 2 year maintenance?? I PAID for this and this is how I was treated. I called in to complain and they HUNG UP ON ME. I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT go here. They cant even put an AIR filter in right... which mind you, if you see in the picture definitely needed to be replaced... but they didnt even mention that either. Insert classic If I could give 0 stars I would. here.
I went to Young Ford of Brigham City wanting one vehicle I found one line, when I got there I found out it was they were unable to sale it because of mechanical problems. We looked at another vehicle in my price range and it was unsailable as well because of a blown head gasket. At one point the sales manager offered to sell me his own personalized vehicle which was super nice. At the end of the day I was able to get a great vehicle a little bit more than I wanted to spend but I was happy with it and so is my wife. Thank you young Ford of Brigham City I was in need of a vehicle and you help me out.

I went in to the service area because my speedometer stopped working. Went other places that told me it was a computer issue and to take it in to the dealership.So, I went in and they did their diagnostics and when I picked it up they told me it would absolutely not work, needed to replace an instrument cluster, with parts and labor to roughly $1,100. AND that the mechanic wanted to essentially redo everything else in my car for basically no reason, which would be $4,100.I told them Id have to think about it and went home after paying the $100 for diagnostics. ON MY WAY HOME, I look down, and lo and behold, MY SPEEDOMETER WAS WORKING. Keep in mind, that was after they assured me it absolutely would not work unless I replaced everything.They had reset my computer while doing their diagnostics, and so the other place was right. IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE YOU PRICE GOUGERS. so thank you for resetting my computer and fixing my speedometer even though you said you couldnt.Needless to say Im in no hurry to ever do business there ever again.
I went in to this place only to test drive a vehicle to see if I liked the model, well I left with the vehicle mainly because of the people helping me. The salesman Dean Betz was very helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to work everything in the vechicle. One thing I do not like is pushy salesmen, Dean was the very opposite. He answered all my questions, and was very thorough in explaining everything, but was not pushy about anything. By the time I left this place I felt more on a friendship basis with Dean rather than a salesman, customer relationship. Chet and Nannette were also wonderful to work with. I had a great experience at this business and I will definitely recommend this place and the people I dealt with.

We were all set to buy a car as a cash sale, until the sales manager Clark came out and started adding to their advertised price. we told him no and he was a bigger jerk than he was at the beginning. Just know whatever the price is they will raise at the point of purchase. Stay away from Clark and this dealership

Criminals. Went in because our engine light came on in the middle of our road trip to visit family in Washington, and they took 3 hours to make up some story about how the transmission needed to be replaced. We abandoned our road trip and took back roads home so we could take it to a dealership there, and it turns out theres nothing wrong with the transmission. I am so glad we didnt give them the $2500 they were asking for.

Great place to buy a car I recommend
Dishonesty is their number one trait! Sadly after we spoke with the salesman on the phone twice and discussed the price of the vehicle and put $1000 down to hold it, we made the 1.5 hour drive to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival we were told that the price of the vehicle would be $5000 higher than what was posted on their website as the price of the vehicle. They were not willing to honor to the original agreed-upon price. We spoke with a salesman, the manager, and they even called the GM to back them up. The sob story about the low markup on vehicles and that they’re just trying to put food on the employees’ tables was a bit much. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity. Definitely go anywhere else! Ford should be embarrassed that they are allowing this dealership to operate under their name.
Took my 2017 f350 in for some code failures that I assumed were from a taillight lens that had been broken and had gotten water in it scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday took the truck in Tuesday morning, this is my truck I use in my excavation business to visit various job sites each day and fuel my equipment as needed it is vital to my daily operations and I explained this to the service manager, I had bought a new taillight and installed it at my shop but was still having all kinds of messages and things like windows, heater and many others not working.I did not hear anything from them so I went into ask what was going on, they explained to me they they got busy and had to work on other vehicles, I left very frustrated, I then went back on Thursday to be told the same, I told the service manager I needed the truck back now, the next day he called and said it was going to be $1200.00 dollars mostly in diagnosis and they were waiting for a code from ford to fix the taillight problem, he then told me I could take the truck and bring it back when they got the code, I got in the truck and went to adjust the seat and noticed it wasnt working, looked under the seat and noticed it was unplugged, plugged it back in and only half the controls worked no ac, no heat, and no back rest operations..I took the truck 4 days after I had taken it in seats not working, same codes coming up as when I took it in and $1200.00 dollars out of my pocket, 4 days later I once again had to call them to ask if they got the code which I was told they did and I had bought the wrong taillight which was $485.00 dollars, WOW REALLY YOUNGS this is the worst service I have ever had, I have 4 heavy ford trucks and three ford cars, this truck that was worked on was over $60,000.00 and they cant fix it ? think Ill be looking at Chevys next timeThe taillight I bought is exactly like the one that was in it to the tee its not the wrong one, when I told the service manager about the seat he said bring it in ( I THINK NOT )Dont schedule appointments if you cant keep them, and you may want to find some capable techs, NO MORE YOUNG FORD IN BRIGHAM FOR ME !!!!!!!!!! I am stuck with the same problem as when I took the truck in plus more and will now have to pay some one else to fix it, what started out as a broken taillight will turn into well over a $2000.00 dollar event.

Dane Rogers was awesome listened to everything I had to say. Never felt pressured to buy right now. The whole staff treated us with nothing but respect and they were very willing to negotiate price and work numbers to get me the payments and terms I wanted. I love my 2021 F150 XLT in the iconic silver. I dont do many reviews and they never even asked for one unlike my last two buying experiences. Where they almost begged for 5 stars. I wasnt promised anything for a review just genuinely feel that this little part of the Young group has got it all together and truly cares about customers. This is just my opinion but if your looking for a new truck and want to be treated like a human not a dollar sign give them a shot. Plus taxes are cheaper in Brigham just a perk.
We purchased a used Chevy Suburban. A few days after we bought it, the check engine light came on. We brought it back to the dealer and they worked extremely hard to figure out and fix the problem for us. We needed the vehicle back quickly and management made sure we received our vehicle back even sooner than was projected. The whole team was understanding and treated us like family.
Had a great visit with the sales manager and was able to drive the new Ford Mustang. I got to experience the new electric Ford Mustang. The car was great but the sales manager was a delight to spend time with experience the new car. Take the time to go to Brigham and experience the down to earth service.

I was told that they would send the vehicle information to me, took multiple phone calls and such throughout the day to finally find out the vehicle with the great price had suddenly been sold days ago. Looking to find a f150 before the end of the year. Found the truck and Brett and Chet took care of getting everything ready. Super easy atmosphere and no pressure salesman. Drove 2 hours because it was such a great price. Wish all my other vehicle purchases went this easy. It only took 30 mins to finalize the paperwork. Great service, very honest and willing to work with you. The only reason for 4 stars is we had to wait an hour and a half to actually sign papers. My husband and I went ready and eager to buy a car. Test drove one and fell in love!! Went to seal the deal and salesman says, we will give you a great price, 16 k! ( its listed for 15?) How is that a deal we ask? They shrug and we say no thanks. Next day there are so many calls from them its borderline harrassment. We have happily taken our business elsewhere. Good riddance.

A couple of weeks ago, I was hauling a horse home from the vet in Ogden and my truck started losing power. I made it to Young Ford in Brigham City and explained my situation and that we had a horse in the trailer. The service manager came out and looked at the truck, and had us drop the trailer in a shady area. They finished up a job they were working on and immediately took the truck in to check it. The issue was going to take some time to fix, so we called and got another truck to haul the horse home leaving the truck for them to fix.Young Fords service manager called me by 5 p.m. to let me know the truck was ready to go. It cost me exactly what they quoted and they got us in without any wait at all. The truck has worked perfectly since getting it back.Young Ford went out of their way to help us out in an emergency. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of service on their vehicle. They were super nice, friendly, honest and fast. I really appreciate their quick turnaround on a vehicle we use often.

In the past Ive sold a vehicle to young Ford and it was a pleasant experience. I did not buy a vehicle there at the time but the employees were great to work with. To make a long story short. They didnt diagnose my vehicles problem (cruise control not working), they said the switches were bad (I went and checked the switches and they worked fine, then they tried to tell me that I needed to spend $4,400.00 on a bunch of things that didnt need to be done as well. I will never go back there and they have lost my business for ever/

Called to speak to sales and the receptionist said they’re in a meeting, but here’s the managers voicemail. I don’t know much about selling cars. I’ve never owned or managed a place that sells cars. But if I were in the business of selling cars I’d be available to the customer to sell cars. Even if a sales team member had to leave a meeting for a brief sales call to potentially sell a car. But that’s me - again I know nothing of selling cars and Young is a big name so maybe this works for them.Called back finally got a sales person. I ask a bunch of questions. He says ok I’ll call you back. I never got a call back. 🙃Receptionist was nice though so I’ll go with 2 stars

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Service department tried charging me for work covered under my warranty. Was forced to contact Ford Warranty department directly to resolve the issue. Young Ford, Brigham City, then charged me $189.95 for the diagnosis in addition to my warranty deductible. 1 hour of diagnosis costs $189.95 at Young service departments! Checked another nearby authorized Ford Dealer. Their diagnosis fee was 79.95 plus taxes/fees. To make matters worse, I had a scheduled appointment and they didnt start diagnosing my vehicle for 4 days. Absolutely ZERO communication. I was forced to personally go into the dealership for updates. Will never use an Young dealerships or service departments again. They absolutely do not care about their customers, but definitely care about money.
Last month I was driving past and saw they had the truck I have been wanting. Brett Wascher Was the guy that helped me and answered all my questions. He was very kind and helpful. He sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know before I signed the papers. He wasn’t pushy and made sure I got everything I needed and was happy with what I was getting before I signed any paperwork. He is by far one of the best I have worked with and would say he is the one you should ask for when shopping for a new vehicle at Young Ford in Brigham city.I also got my windows tinted and new leather in my truck and the guys that work in the shop we’re very kind and got my windows and leather installed very fast. They fixed my Explorers recall and made me aware of upcoming service needs. They told me about brakes needing fixed but then put they were fine on the paperwork. I was confused by that which is the reason for 4 instead of 5. They were responsive to questions and quick to get the work done well. I loved the video option.

I decided to try out the dealership to replace my water pump that was going out. They gave my truck the once over and came back with about $1500 of additional thinks that needed to be fixed. I ended up just getting the water pump, a belt and a oil leak fixed. The bill was pretty confusing even after they explained it. All said and done the water pump is fixed. Probably over paid, and will probably look for another place to take my truck next time.

While the salesman we worked with, Trace, was very kind, we were supposed to be given a $1,000 rebate which they still havent sent us. In addition, they still havent sent us our license plate and the temporary license they gave us has expired. We cant drive our car until this is sent to us. Theyve also stopped responding to our inquiries about this.
