I thought this was amazing for them to do this and honor our lost but never forgotten soldiers.

I was just here today. The lady with the redish hair and glasses was rude. She wouldn’t scan the Starbucks app and said they were out of pumpkin when I was literally there twenty minutes ago and got pumpkin in my drink (was getting a drink for a friend). She also didn’t ask what size I wanted. The OTHER girl with black hair had scanned the app and put pumpkin in my drink. She was super friendly.

They couldnt get a simple Irish cream right. And they never bothered to get a new one they just gave the exact same drink back.

The cute manager Anne (I think) just made our day. What a great spirit she has! A complete ray of sunshine!! Thank you for making our day

A great little place right inside the Smiths. A smaller location, but great service! And ask for Grasie, she is awesome!

I Have to say, this is going to be another of one my most favorite Starbucks spots! But this one is hidden inside smiths (a hidden gem) the Cashiers that rang me up was incredible! I love the vibes and his attention to detail! There is something special about Starbucks and Smiths partnering together, and I hope they continue their growth together!! Thank you Damon!!! I hope I have the pleasure to come back soon!

My coffee always tastes burnt

Wow......the two Baristas at this location went above and beyond on a grind request we placed. We were out camping near Mantua and didnt pack enough ground Joe for the trip - so we looked for and found the closest Starbies....even while camping the French Press is in effect so we needed a more coarse grind....the Baristas (forgive me for not getting their names) not only looked into the best setting but also confirmed via a phone call to their off duty Manager as to the best setting for our needs. I was under the impression that this request doesnt happen very often up in Brigham City so the fact that the Baristas went out of their way to get it just right was not only too cool - but also a very memorable experience that quite honestly became part of our camping trip....Super cool....the Baristas that hooked us up with a Stockton to Malone assist were there on a Sunday near 1p.m. in case others reading this, who might very well be camping in Box Elder C.G., needs a grind because they got that kind at Starbies in the Smiths..... Thanks again you two, thanks again.SMILE

Doesnt carry alot of what a usual Starbucks has. Staff could care less about listening and getting your order right. I am from Seattle where Starbucks originated and am used to the great service that comes from the baristas there. This was more like a walk up sub par knock-off

I typically have a fantastic experience. All the staff it typically wonderful and attentive. However, some of them just need to learn decent customer service. I dont expect every moment of your attention, however a smile and a good attitude is expected. Ive worked in food service for years and this makes or breaks the environment upon which a customer wants to come back or not.

The girls that work in the morning before 8 sees to be the only ones who know what they are doing. The past four times I’ve came after 10 the people working mess up my drink nearly every time and this time they didn’t even fill my drink up to the top.

I love Starbucks, and this one is okay. The reason why I am not giving it more stars is because you can not mobile order. It is also in a grocery store, so that is not the best thing. They also don’t have a lot of food options, and what they have is VERY limited. For being the only Starbuck in Brigham city, I will make due. But 80% of the time, I just go to the one in sunset or Layton because they have a lot more options, and it is by my work.

I literally just showed up 2 minutes before close. They close at 8 p.m. I was there at 7:58 p.m.She told me theyre closed. But, everything was still turned on. I asked her if she was seriously going to treat me like that?She said, Yeah, sorry!I told her she was lazy in front of the four other customers that were already finished paying, and she just smirked at me and put her headphones in.Very Lazy!

Great friendly & speedy service. I love that they accept both the Starbucks App & Rewards, as well as accepting your Smiths Card. Best of both worlds!

I stopped by on my through town today and liked this place. The blond guy is super personable and friendly... I was impressed as I saw him make sure a ladys coffee was how she liked it before she left. The girl with dark hair is a different story. Although pretty cute, she acts like shes too good for the place, is frank, uncaring, and virtually lacks everything personality wise that makes the guy a great customer server.

You’d think for the price I’d at least get the correct order...

The drinks are okay, the service is a little lack luster, but what really bugs me is that they are ALWAYS out of breakfast items. Regardless of the time of day or the day of the week, they are consistently out of egg bites, croissants, etc.

It was the second worst drink I ever had with Starbucks. It seems like when ever you are kinda forced into using a Starbucks that shares its space with a local store or a Target lets say.... but first thing first. What I mean by forced to buy a drink from Starbucks located in a store is that I feel I can say it honestly that yes I am forced into it because of the great taste and the thought of drinking down a cookie crumble frappe latte frozen blended double shot coffee drink.... well you see what I mean by saying forced into it. Starbucks FREAKING rocks. If it didnt rock then why on Gods green earth would we spend 6 to ten bucks on a single drink. My gosh think about how many Starbucks signs you see posted on the highway these days. I love the place and love how many choices I have as I travel down the American highway system. Wow lost track a little bit. Gotta go I hear my mom calling.

Great experience, drunks were good and the customer service was awesome. I am pretty happy with my everything. Only reason its not a 5 is the foam on my cloud. Im pretty sure they have changed it somehow because it dissipates way to fast into the drink anymore.

Well I love Starbucks but the service tonight was far less than satisfactory. I spent the first five minutes watching the employees who were cleaning up, complaining about another employee, and how they close the store. I made eye contact a few times with each of them with zero response. Finally the woman asked me how she could help me, begrudgingly at best. So I ordered a iced Carmel macchiato and a water. I sat down and waited for 10 more minutes. I confronted the employees and they gave me the drink which had been sitting on the counter for the entire time. They corrected me saying they had called my name and just couldn’t hear them. I then asked the person I was with if they had heard them, in fact, they had not. I even asked the other bystanders dealing with similar situations if they had, no they hadn’t. But the employee was so insistent that my ears weren’t working I just took my drink and left.

I dont usually leave reviews but this was the worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had! The girls working there were very rude. I asked for a basic drink that every Starbucks sells regularly and the girls didnt know what it was. I explained how to make it and it was made wrong two times. In the end I had to chuck my $5 coffee.

The drinks are amazing but I would check the attitude from some of the employees working there. One employee named Jeniffer ( which Im assuming is new because Ive never seen her before), was throwing the change at my friends and when they asked for a straw she just tossed that too. And 2 weeks prior to that incident, my sister went there and asked for a drink. She was waiting about 30-40 minutes because Jeniffer was busy talking to other employees and not working on the drinks. If you have a job, then I advise that you actually do the job. All the other employees are just fine and even made friends with them, but Jeniffer has some really attitude problems that she needs to fix.

The worst frapaccino Ive ever had along with the worst service. I love Starbucks but this one in Brigham is by far the worst place to get a coffee. McDonalds has better than what I got today and with far better service. The lady that made my drink literally threw the straw on the counter so hard that it bounced four times. Im very unimpressed with the service from her. Most of the other employees are delightful, but this one needs a coarse in customer service. This has happened several times now and this time it needs to be addressed.

I cant really expect much because Im not a huge Starbucks fan. But youd think it wouldnt be hard to mess up an iced drip coffee. The lady who took our order asked if my husband wanted cream and sweetener, he said just a LITTLE bit of cream. I went to the counter to pick it up for him and the entire cup was pretty much just ice (so full I literally couldnt stick the straw in) and cream. I then asked the barista to fix the drink and mentioned that we only asked for a little bit of cream. She seemed irritated that I was even talking to her and took the drink back. I specifically said just a tiny splash of cream and less ice please. I then watched her poor probably 1/4 cup of cream in there and she handed it back and said there, better? I didnt want to deal with her crappy attitude anymore so I just left. Ive only ever had a drink made right there once. Needless to say Ill stick to local coffee shops and making my own at home.

I’m a avid coffee drinker & quite honestly not to picky I do enjoy there drinks but I also enjoy the customer service. I have been on crutches for weeks after a surgery & after I ordered my drink they helped me take it to my car. I really appreciated it & it made me want to come back.

I Drink a hot chocolate every morning. Not milk and no sugar chocolate... So delicious and I love the Christmas cups. It warms my heart. The employees all know me and are so friendly.

The main thing was the staff there, one lady was rude and seemed to act like she was smarter than everyone. My sister was simply asking questions about the sizes and their prices, the lady was rude saying with a snotty tone, choose a size and youll know how much it costs or my personal favorite was, the longer you take the longer everyone else has to wait for their drinks. I understand your a business, but there needs to be a line drawn from being rude and demeaning, to quick and helpfull. Hopefully whoever goes here doesnt have that lady serve them, completely out of line.

I truly like this place. If you havent tried it and you like coffee and chocolate, you should then try their mocha coffee.

Starbucks is the best place in logan to go and get some of the most uniquely blended coffees and the awesome coffee mug collectibles ever. I recommend them to those with a great taste for the finer taste in fine coffee!

Disappointed every time I come. Really there is one person that seems to make EVERY drink I order taste like absolute dirt! This makes me so sad. I love coffee- I love the coffee taste. I’ve never had coffee taste so bad

This is not a coffee shop this is a joke. They do not know how to make caramel macchiatos. They dont even put caramel in it at all even though you would ask for extra. I watched them drizzle it very lightly on the top which was a joke. I would recommend going somewhere else for coffee not here its terrible. She even acknowledge the fact that I wanted extra and didnt put hardly any in.

Love going t0 get refreshers. Wasnt a huge fan of their Halloween refresher but it wasnt bad.

I drink coffee daily, i very much enjoy coffee. Starbucks is a well known name and i can always count on my drink tasting the same and being the same quality regardless of what town or store i am at. I love the convenience of starbucks inside of smiths so i can grab my groceries and a drink at same time. I also appreciate the customer service we get no matter who is working. Everyone is very friendly and professional and super sweet! Ive yet to have a bad experience at this starbucks location or any other store.

Came here and the 2 girls were talking about customers getting mad at them. They didnt say hi or anything. Once I ordered my drink, they left it at the pickup and didnt call me up. I then asked if it was mine after interrupting their conversation and she gave me a weird look and said yes and continued her conversation. Such bad service here..very disappointed

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have no concept of what “Just a tiny bit of cream” means. When I asked for less cream the dumb employee just put an extra little pour of coffee and then put on one of the lids they’d use a for a Frappuccino. Still pretty much a blonde drink. Never going back! Go to Buzzbru where they know how to make coffee right!

Every time me or my wife are there the lines are way too long. Why? Because theres only one or two at the most working behind the counter. The long lines are actually pretty surprising considering how often they get my order wrong and if they do get it right, it doesnt taste nearly as good as any other starbucks. Most likely because the employees work for smiths, not starbucks. This place makes starbucks look bad. They should really look into it and make it right.
