Came in search of a very specific piece of hardware. The customer service was outstanding! The guy working without hesitation showed me three options to no avail. Bought a couple items and left feeling good about the experience, even though I didnt find what I was looking for.

Went in to South Fork Hardware for the first time today. Scott was extremely helpful and willingly loaded stuff in our truck without being asked. We will definitely make South Fork our go to place. I hope Scott’s boss reads this and gives credit where credit is due!

I bought an evaporative cooler from them for $250 (it’s a cheap plastic piece of junk). Does not work well at all. Certainly doesn’t work as advertised. Bought it 4 days ago and only used it once. Tried to return it today and the employee told me she could not return is because I used it. They’re return policy states the items that are non-refundable but says nothing about not returning used items. I will not be going back there and do not recommend this business.

This place rocks .. The Manager is awesome .. perfect place to buy from totally cleaner and better service by far from the clown store down the road you all know who I mean ..

Never has the things were go in for! They complain saying they dont get enough on shipments.

I have lived here for 3 years and this was my first trip in. I have to say, Im truly impressed! Store is super clean, everything is clearly marked, the staff was awesome, but the mind blowing display of nuts and bolts, just hardware period really. I loved it so much!!!

I do not recommend renting any equipment from Southport in Brigham their employees are misleading to say the least I rented a mini excavator and was told if I brought it back early I would be credited for bringing it back half day then they refused to comply with what they said I would give them a zero star if I could

Found everything I was looking for, plus some. No other stores had everything. Saved me a trip to Og. But the real 5 stars go to the young lady who was working there! I wish I could remember her name. Most helpful & a worker B taking care of everyone. She should be cloned. Hope store mgmt knows how lucky they are to have her!

The staff here is always friendly and very informative. They just recently became an outlet for a variety of Freeze Driers including accessories and if they dont have a related product in stock they will special order anything you need. Only place I will have keys made because they actually work and in the event they dont they will keep trying until they get it right. They no longer carry livestock but offer products to accommodate your own. Mostly focused on tools and hardware rather than feed with a surprisingly large selection for such a small building and prices are very reasonable. Always my first choice when shopping for hardware.

Very unfriendly people working there. I have only been a few times and they were always bothered that we were even walking in the store. Never greeted us or offered to help. Even ignored me when I asked where an item was. An item that was 99 cents at ace was $5 at this store. And dont even try to rent equipment from them. Charged $100 cleaning fee for dirt on the tire of a tractor! Offered to take it down the street and spray the dirt off and was told they would charge another full 24 hours if we did. will not return!

They are not as busy as the Ace in town but carry most of the same things. The staff is friendly and was very knowledgeable about the little nuts and bolts I needed. There selection was grreat.

Lots of options. A little bit of everything. Great community shop. Prices are a bit high on some things but I was escorted to where I needed to go to find things. This type of customer service and friendliness makes all the difference.Some of the items I found included general hardware, gardening, paint, key duplications (including keys for cars), electrical, plumbing, and more.

Love this place. Everytime i visit Brigham City to do repairs, this place has what i need, helpful staff. There is one competitor, ACE which has just the opposite, including terrible customer service. Save time, money and worry, Southfork is not out to take advantage of you or your needs.

Great hardware store, but my only concern is the animals in the back. Are they getting enough love/affection? The mice I saw were laying right up to the glass with their faces squished against it. Some of the rats were laying on their backs like what rodents do when they die. Someone came and flicked the cage and it startled them, so they sat up straight, but if they were laying like that in the first place, does that mean they were getting ready to die? Please take better care of your animals!

Worst service I have ever had renting equipment.i reserved a mini x and when I got there to pick it up they were changing the oil on it for almost an hour. Then when I got it off the trailer to use it only one of the tracks would work correctly and the other would only move if I had the working one moving full speed causing it to not turn one direction. I tried to use it but just wastes a lot of my time not to mention it tore the hell out of my lawn.Was a pain to get back on the trailer also. When I got it back to the store i asked them to give me a better deal because it wasted a lot of my time and didnt function correctly they gave me an attitude back and told me I was wasting their time. I wouldnt go back to buy hammer there even if they payed for it.Deffinately going to ace next time

Tell me why from the moment I entered the store, to me driving away that I had a shopping companion courtesy of southfork hardware. Completely unnecessary, unwanted, and unhappy with her lot in life. Made me feel as if I was a criminal and all I wanted to buy was a drill bit... Straight wild, def wont go back, especially with ACE another mile or two up the road. Worth the gas.

While I was there a girl names Dakota followed me threw the store. Ive been in this store numerous times and almost every time ive been in there she has followed me threw the store. she has haven me attitude while checking out. I have been in with other employees and they have been wonderful and helpful. I feel that she is racial and should not work out in public especially where i only go in there to get hay for my dogs. I have tried to file a complaint with the manager but when i do i get hung up on i would not recommend going in there unless you are white!

Ive been to Southfork Hardware, Brigham City, twice in the last week. Both times, I was helped by the same young man. Best customer service I have ever had. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient (both times I came in he was cleaning animal cages/tanks). Having worked in various capacities of customer service for 20 years, I have to express my appreciation for having received superior customer service, and commend SouthFork for their great hire, Caden. He is an tremendous asset to your organization. It is employees like him that build a loyal customer base. Thank you, again, Caden!

First of all to the first comment when youre trying to slam somebody make sure you know how to correctly say something and make sure you get the right meaning in there. Racial not correct Racist correct, and they dont have hay there they have straw. I have always found their cusomer service very helpful and friendly. Dakota is definitely not Racist and always helpful when I cant find stuff I need for a project. I recomend going there instead of traveling 30 minutes to ogden or logan.
