Very friendly workers. The audiologist is amazing very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend my best friends and family to house of hearing. Wait! Let me rephrase that they are so amazing I would recommend them to everyone.

A huge shout out to Kenzie Ivory.She truly knows her stuff and has been so helpful.I Iove that our family member is now able to more fully participate in the conversations around them. They now know how much they were missing before.Missing one star because people are not able to contact the location directly. Instead, they must go through a third party to ask questions and make appointments. This works but is kind of annoying.

Kenzie and staff are the greatest. I can now hear the birds sing and my wife’s communication the first time. I’d recommend Kenzie and staff to everyone. They are knowledgeable and patient answering our many questions.

It changed my quality of life. Every year they do a hearing check and every time I go in they clean the hearing aid. Like being able to confirm appts via text and they are easy to contact. My appointments all begin on time. I like doing business here. Love device that came with the hearing aids I purchased that allows TV sound to come in through my hearing aid. Love my ability to hear so much better.

What I appreciated most about my visit to House of Hearing was their transparency. I really thought I would be leaving with a set of hearing aids, but my hearing loss was not significant enough to warrant them. They valued me more as a customer than the sale! Office of course was very clean and staff was great as well. I would recommend them and I will continue to go back to them as needed.

I needed hearing aids and tried a clinic in the Ogden area. I did not fill as though I got the personal touch. I went to house of hearing in Brigham City and met Mackenzie. She found my problem and had a solution. When I received my hearing aids, she had programmed them to fit my hearing loss. It didnt end there. Ive been back for adjustments and feel like they treat me as family. Mackenzie and the staff there are incredible. I can hear again. 5 stars all around.

I purchased my hearing aids from House of Hearing in Salt Lake City. After traveling to SLC a few times I decided it would be much easier to go to the Brigham City office. The transition was great and I really like the personal care give by Kenzie Ivory. She programmed some new features in my hearing aids and I have really liked the changes.

My parents were both customers and were very happy with the service. When I decided it was time for me to join the ranks of the hearing enabled I made an appointment. Its been a pleasure ever since. My experience was very comforting. Both McKenzie and Amanda were energetic in greeting, answering questions, cleaning old hearing aids and ear canals, and test to see if hearing has deteriorated more. Lastly the many options of improved oitcon hearing aids looks likely.

They great me when I come, they ask how they can help, and they’ve been available when needed. Kenzie has tried to make the hearing aids work to the best of their ability so that the hearing aids are doing their best.

I got an infection in my ear & lost the hearing in one of my ears at a younger age. Mike Knoll was so kind & understanding being patient with all of my questions & explaining everything to me. I was able to select a hearing aid that matched the color of my hair & isnt very visible! The receptionist was also very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with hearing loss.

Mike has been very accommodating and congenial to take care of my hearing loss. He wrote a letter for me in case I was called for jury service, stating that I should be excused from jury duty, as I might miss some important point of testimony. SHYSTER ALERT - They are taking advantage of the elderly!My mother-in-law went in to ask about some balance issues. She walked out with a $6,000 pair of hearing aids. I showed her hearing test to a real doctor, not the techs they mascaraed as doctors and he said that he would never have put her in hearing aids with those results. She returned them but they claimed she is outside the return period when their own contract clearly states she isnt. They have the hearing aids that didnt work and her money. I called the owner and he said he would look into to it and call me back. He never did. Please beware that they are supper friendly and helpful before you buy so youll think youre getting advice and care that is in your best interest but they are only motivated to get your money. Its a shame to run business this way but even worse when its taking advantage of the elderly.

We have picked up batteries and asked questions at both the Brigham and Logan locations. Samantha and Derrick are both new but very accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to get it right.
