Friendly staff, fast repairs and winterizing. A little pricey but good work. Dont expect anyone to wear masks but it is pretty easy to keep your distance.

I had a great experience. Needed tires mounted and balanced. Got me in within one day and tires were done the next day. Fair price.

I just had a great experience dealing with Bob Swackhamer at C&C. In May, I had called several dealers looking for a Yamaha T700. All said theyd get back to me, but Bob was the only one who followed through by calling when he found a bike for me. He was very professional, answering all questions and providing all the numbers I requested. When I picked up the bike, in addition to Bob, it was great working with Drew for paperwork and then Patti for parts. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

Nice people, good products, very helpful (3 stars). Polaris quads are on short supply as well as the optional assessories which may be due to covid shipping delays. Fair prices but no deals or discounts is a disappointment (-1 star). Service and merchandise discounts at another local dealer would have been a nice benefit to purchasing there instead (-1 star). So only 3 stars for C&C.

Great service when purchasing an item. Once they get your money, youll lose all communication. I understand it hard to find employees, but the responce time is horrible. They also told me my side by side was ready and it needed to pick it up within a couple of days. When I got there after driving 1hr with my trailer. I was told it was not ready, wasted my time. I also try talking with the manager, left my name number and never called back. Waited 1 week called the manager again left a message, still no call back. Lack of communication. I finally got home went to install my tree kickers and saw on 1 side of the panel all my bolts where stripped and crossed threaded.

I needed tires for my bike. I now live 3 hours from C&C and the dealers in my area said tires were hard to get now and they couldnt help me. I called C&C as I did business with them when I lived downstate. Within 10 minutes the tires were ordered. I was contacted when the tires arrived and set up an appointment for installation. I rode down and the tires were mounted and I was heading back North within two hours. I have found C&C service and parts staff to be very friendly and to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Had a fuel line replaced while getting a new tire on. Called back next day when we realized there was fuel all over our garage to find out issue. They couldnt answer why. Husband takes a look at it and realizes they never put fuel clamp on when installing. Had my husband drive up to get a new clamp ... which they charged us for and he had to fix it at home. Wondering why we paid for installation when they messed it up and why we would have to pay to replace part they lost? Probably wont return back if that is their level of service.

I bought a used motorcycle from this place out of state. I was able to complete everything that needed to be done over the phone and online. Nate, the sales guy was great.The transaction went smoothly and the bike came in perfect condition. Would recommend purchasing from this place and from Nate.

Beware. These guys, salesman Steve Dargis, after checking to make sure the vehicle was available and confirming it was, had me give him my credit card information over the phone for a sea doo spark and send him a copy of my ID to purchase it. After following up the next day to see when I could arrange to pick it up, he informed me that they sold the vehicle to someone else in the minute it took to take my credit card info over the phone and process it. Beyond that, he never informed me of this and just waited until I contacted him to come pick it up that it was sold. He refused to respond on how to fix or help the situation beyond saying these things are flying off the floor and there is nothing else he can do.These guys came highly recommended from an uncle that has done a lot of business with them and planned on doing a lot more, as I did too. Not so much now, very disappointing.

Dan took great care of us. He located and a SeaDoo Trixx for us! I spent all of last year trying to locate one. Made the entire process quick and easy. Very honest.

Work done was good, a little pricy. Could have sworn the gas tank was almost full when I dropped the sled off. Was empty when I checked it at home after I picked it up. They broke one of the mirrors, but did replace it with a set at no charge.

The young kid at the parts counter replied thats been discontinued, better just go try to match it up yourself at another store to which my husband asked if he could find one in the back to match. The kid with Pit Vipers on his head said well I could but thats gonna take me too long. Im sorry, Im pretty sure thats your job, no matter how long it takes. I should have said something to him then, since there was no line. Kind of upsetting when you try to support local businesses and they dont even take the time to help you.

My initial impression was good, I ordered some non-stock parts and they arrived in a timely matter. BUT..... I called a few days later on an additional part and they assured me they had it in stock. I drove all of the way out to the dealership just for them to dig around for a half hour and inform me that they didnt actually have the part. The parts department seems very disorganized. They definitely left a bad impression and I will be avoiding this dealership in the future.

They forgot to pick my Polaris up even though I scheduled it a week in advance. I called at noon that day and the service writer said that they have a “new guy” and we did not get put on the sheet for pick up. I had already paid for $800.00 in parts, most were already in stock, but I still prepaid. Two days later I call and hit “4” for service, no answer. I do this many times and leave a voicemail. My wife calls for sales and they pick up, she asks to get transferred to service and she gets a human. “Next one in” they say. No phone call to us. Sunday we find the owner online, we leave a voicemail. Amazingly we get a call Monday morning from the service department on Monday and have good communication the next two days, until I pay my bill. I pay for all of the labor and services I requested and I am told that it will be sent back to us tomorrow around “lunchtime”I don’t don’t know who eats lunch at 2:00pm but it finally shows back up to us. The driver tells us that he was told about the delivery at 1:00, we are 30 minutes away. Turns out that he was not told about our machine was added with a plow package and he had to swap trailers. When my wife had called she was told “the delivery before ours was taking longer than expected.”They forget to pick it upThey forget to bring it back because they have your moneyDon’t return calls, don’t bother leaving a voicemail it won’t get answeredI asked to have another key made, not important enough for them.TURN AND RUN AWAY

Robert was fantastic to deal with buying a Honda pioneer.. Very knowledgeable and responsive, the two most important things I look for when doing a deal, and he was great. Will definitely be back for more fun toys.

We came in to C & C looking to purchase a Honda CRF125. We spoke with Robert and they did not have one. He took our information and said he would call if a new or used one came in. True to his word, he called several weeks later with a used bike that had just come in. We purchased the bike from Robert and working with him was very enjoyable.We also purchased gear from Patti. I was searching for a side by side for months, was steered in a lot of different directions. This store was initially impressive with there response to locate and order parts. I picked this store because they claimed they could get the parts the quickest. The parts arrived 2 days late and I never received a call stating they arrived or would be late, I had to call 3 times to finally get through. Patti was extremely rude over the phone and in person when picking up parts. They didnt set aside parts like they stated they would. I do not recommend this place.UPDATE***My fiance went in today (7/13) to pick up some remaining items that were ordered. He was greeted well by the guys at the parts counter and helped quickly. Patty saw him there and took over the transaction and discussed the review we left and the events that caused it. She explained her wrong doings and made it clear that she does not like to let her customers down like she did. After a short discussion, we came to an agreement and are now on better terms again. C&C is a good place to go for your ORV needs.

We purchased our son a brand new dirtbike last night at C&C sports. Robert was our salesman and went above and beyond to help us! We were in and out, and didn’t take very long. He was very helpful in the whole process! We recommend Robert highly!

Open hours are short. Staff is thin during COVID times. Phone system is fully automated so there is nobody to talk to... You must leave a voice message and wait for a call back. Call backs takes days due to overworked employees. Great Sales staff if you can reach them.

They lost a lot of $$$. Walked in ready to possibly purchase an atv for my family. A group of men continued thier conversation without helping me or my husband. It was unbelievably rude and almost awkward because no one did thier job.

--- Update ---While this experience has had its frustrations, the owner Phil Piggins has reached out and has been very helpful with resolving the issues. They have taken the machine back to their shop and are doing the work to fix any of the problems that were found. Ideally the issues would have been found and fixed before the machine exchanged hands, but the effort that Phil is putting in to correct the situation is much appreciated and shows that he does care for his customers.--- Original ---Bought a used polaris ranger a few weeks ago. They said they had it in the shop and everything was fixed up and good to go. Brought it home and rode it for less than 20 miles before starting to have issues. Took it to a mechanic and in less than 5 minutes he had found multiple serious issues, including the cv shaft on one of the front tires being loss to the touch . Not sure how their shop wasnt able to find that one. Have been calling the place all week and no one answers the phones or returns messages. Would not recommend this place for any used vehicles as they do not stand by their word.

Very unprofessional sales staff! Purchased a side by side that was supposedly in route to brighton. When I repeatedly asked for them to check on the status, they would give me excuse after excuse why they could not check for me. The final result was there was no unit on the way, and in fact the unit had been sold and delivered before I placed my deposit. They were deceitful from the start and now they have lost a customer!

Stopped by to look at some Polaris RZR 900 side by side. They had a new 2020 just a few days ago. Walked in and no one even bothered to greet me or offer any assistance. I asked for Dan but he was busy chatting with his buddy. Finally another salesperson asked if I had any questions.. I asked to see that 2020 RZR but it was already sold. So I asked him what can I get for $16,000 (new RZR 900 is $15,299). his response was For $16k you can get a FIRM HANDSHAKE !! Nice, very nice! I think they forgot that all businesses are cyclical. They will be begging for buyers sooner or later. NOT from me, they wont see a dollar!

I recently purchased a 2021 CRF 110 with Robert as my salesman, these bikes are in very high demand and most stores close to me had none until we got ahold of C & C Sports! I was super excited when they said they actually had some in stock! They we’re super helpful and put a hold on the bike until I could come pick it up later in the day, when I got there the machine was ready to go for us and I only waited about 10 minutes to get the payment in and for my bike to arrive from the warehouse! I’m obsessed with my new bike and had a GREAT time riding it up north this weekend! I highly recommend asking for Robert when looking for any ATV’s, snowmobiles and bikes. They had a very wide selection of different things to purchase! Would definitely go back here if I ever need anything else!

They are so rude! Avoid this place. I’ve tried doing business with this place 3 times. The first time I was insulated for riding a Harley and the third time they had very little interest in helping me and I finally asked if I should go directly to Harley and his response was “ Sounds good”. I just don’t understand how you can run a business and treat American made riders with such poor customer service.

I inquired about a CanAm Spyder on August 23rd. Got a response back the next day. Then I explained my situation and asked to get some information on the bike including what they were willing to sell the unit for since it is a demo. 2 days later I get a response. I was asked for pictures of my trade in and was told that they would be sent to the sales manager and I would be contacted. I immediately sent all requested pictures. Its now been 6 days and no response. I am in automotive sales and if I didnt reach out to my customers with information they requested, I probably wouldnt sell many vehicles.*Update*Got an email today (18 days later) with an estimate on my trade in. Simply says used department just got back with me. 7k for your bike, sorry for delay.

I would give them less but it wont let me. I called & e-mailed them about a cf moto. I was told that they had 2 left but to call before coming. I told them i would be there on Sat by 2pm. I did call and ask, i was told that they still had 2. So i drove almost an hour & a half to buy one of them. I get there and they are both sold. I wasnt informed this until i was already there. Not happy i dont like being lied to. I hope they are happy. I had cash in hand but they can.....

Called C&C for a hard to find part and I was lucky enough to get Jake from the parts department. Jake knocked it out of the park. Spent a ton of time on the phone with me over a $6 part. He solved my issue in finding a fitting that wasnt listed through the normal places. I deal with C&C often. Not only for my personal items, but through my business as well. They have earned a customer from now on!

C and C sports has been great to work with and Josh in their service department is great. I recently had a warranty issue with Yamaha that kept my sled out of service for 3 months. C and C went above and beyond in my opinion to get my sled back and even sourced their own parts when Yamaha couldnt get them due to backorder. Ive got some unresolved customer service issues with Yamaha corporate to deal with still but C and C has been great. Highly recommend!!

Textbook how not to sell something. Maybe there isnt much commission on a jetski...Walked in with all intentions on buying a jetski. Associate made me feel stupid for wanting a Trixx in October and proceeded to tell me I wont find one anywhere in October and I would have to come back in FEB. I knew he was wrong because I just saw a bunch online. Then it was an inconvenience for him to look up what he had. He didnt care at all what I wanted. Then it was a stupid question if they had them there for me to look at..they did not..hmm. two minute google search directed me to Free Ride Powersports where I purchased a 2018 Seadoo Spark Trixx about an hour after I left this place.

Apparently C&C has raise their price by about 30% due to COVID-19. I believe that means they are paying their employees with government money and charging all of us 30% more to do the work on our machines. We bought a 2019 Yamaha Viking and the gentleman, Nick, was great to deal with. The process to get it was really smooth and he was very easy to get in touch with. We did have an issue with our Viking overheating due to the fan not working. We were 3 hours away but they tried to FaceTime us to help us figure it out. Unfortunately, there was no luck, so we took it back with an hour left of them being open and they immediately took it back and fixed it. They even waited almost an hour after so we could pick it up the same day. Everyone we have spoken to have been super nice and incredibly helpful! I brought my Spyder in for service three weeks ago. I needed three things taken care of. When I came to pick it up only one thing was fixed. I called multiple times to check the status with none of my calls returned. Not happy at all with there service! Still waiting for a reply to try and make it right.......still waiting!

Avoid these people and spend your hard earned money where you will get good customer service. I called to inquire about a machine and the gentleman on the phone was completely rude from the beginning, when I asked simple questions regarding pricing. He said “I’m not going to break down pricing, you either want the machine or not”. Sorry but when I’m planning on spending $14,000 in cash you better believe I want a price breakdown. Price of the machine was $12,402 and the out the door price was almost $15,000. 6% tax should be around $744. He stated “and dealer fees” when I asked what dealer fees he became upset. It sounds like a marketing gimmick to get you in the door to me. These list for $14,999 elsewhere. Sorry to uncover your secrets to doing business bro, my bad. What I find incredibly amusing is the responses that other have received from their negative reviews regarding staff attitudes. They bash the costumer for “not calling them back” why should this customer waste more of their time on you. Your business is based on customers purchasing products and wouldn’t exist without us.

C&C Sports knows customer service. I was extremely impressed with every aspect…. John had the motorcycle set up for a quick test ride before I even arrived. David from the parts department completed a comprehensive assessment of all the items I would need for the new motorcycle. Jason did a great job handling all of the final paperwork (title, registration, etc.) . I could not wait to get home to tell my wife how much fun I had and that my new motorcycle was going to be delivered the following morning. Talk about quick service.
