These guys are Soooo HELPFUL.. i was recommended to them by nextdoor.. their price was competitive but their time frame was faster than the rest.. the glass came in a couple days earlier than stated.. they called us and were even able to install the same day.. yes!!

We called the company, and within 45 minutes they arrived and repaired our back door at an incredibly reasonable cost. The men helping were very polite and personable. By far the best customer service we have ever received. I would refer this company to all of my friends and family. Very impressed!

They were very friendly and helpful. The replacement mirror was cut to size with instructions on how to do it myself or they could do it for an additional fee but I would have to leave it there overnight to dry. I chose to do it myself following there instructions which were spotted on

Adams county glass came out to measure and replace our window. As I prefer to support local businesses and they are close by I called they came out and measured and left without confirming any details. Then we set up a time for glass install and I paid a deposit 1/2 the total cost of glass replacement. It was a high price but I needed the new glass pane. They call to move up the install and I obliged. They showed up with the wrong size of glass and refused to fix the issue refused to even order and install the correct sized glass. The installation guy showed up looking like a drunk alcoholic and the owner tried to refuse me a refund and never offered me a solution. I threatened to file a police report and a report with the bbb and later was issued a refund of the deposit after lots of back and forth with a few different employees and the owner. I went into the office and the receptionist looked like a meth addict. Please take your business elsewhere Adams county glass is in the business of trying to rip people off and is staffed with what appears to be drug addicts. Which Im sad to see because they are a local business in Brighton.

Competent and quick. Called for a price on windshield chip repair and had everything fixed up within a couple of hours.

Went in an hour and a half before closing on Friday with no great expectations. I had two small pieces of glass in a basement window to replace before the hail started. Hardly an important order to them. Nevertheless, the boss cleared his desk and cut them while I waited. This is a place that could give lessons on customer service to any Fortune 500 company that had sense enough to listen.

I had this company bid for a whole house window replacement. They beat out every competitor and put in great windows. They are my go to for windows.

I came to use the restroom. And they are nice about it. But late last night 8-6-2018 around midnight. Or so.i walked out and around the church to use the fire house restroom. Turning the first corner. The alarms go off. I automatically figured they had done this on purpose. And in the parking lot a odd looking dark colored car with an odd back end on it. Sat there . As I was walking back from the restroom. They drove off. I knew in my heart it was all planned. And if a night comes were it is real. . I will definitely call law enforcement. And from now on I will pay more attention to who is around the area late at night. :)

Adams county glass did a great job, both in coming out to do measurements and installation. The bathrooms in our spec home look awesome. Mario & Mario, the installers, were courteous, professional and efficient. Very pleased with the outcome.
