Always helpful with the right parts. Had to go to two locations to get both rear brake calipers. Didnt know why anyone would buy one side and not the other. They always are replaced in pairs....

Awesome place to go to for all kinds of car parts and stuff like that. I figured car parts would be expensive but Im always really surprised at how cheap they are when I visit autozone. The people inside are super helpful and chill with helping me find what Im looking for even though I dont know a lot about cars. Solid place.

The staff at the Brighton location are always friendly and helpful. They are always able to answer any questions or get you in the right direction if it is outside of their wheelhouse.

The guys tested my battery and saved me from having to spend a couple hundred dollars to get a new one. They cleaned the corrosion on my battery and hooked me up with a new set of jumpers. Very friendly and helpful!!!

Brighton AutoZone is always extremely reliable and helpful! I brought my car into this location thinking I’d need to buy a whole new battery. Dan was the most amazing help to me. Within the first few seconds of looking at my car, he figured out that all it was was a loose connection. He fixed it up and I was on my way. Again, a huge shoutout to Dan! He was a life saver.

Purchase a engine manager was willing to have it delivered to my house I found a way to go and pick it up turned out that engine was bad had to return it had to order another engine manager was not willing to have the second engine delivered. Managers name is Eric.

Went to this autozone because hartland didn’t have a temperature sending unit for a gen 1 small block 350. Their computer indicated Brighton did. They were having trouble locating it at the Brighton store. The manager didn’t give up though and found exactly what I needed. Very thankful and satisfied with his customer service.

Selection is pretty good at this location; they could do a better job of keeping stock of Mopar oil filters. I am always happy with the attitudes of the associates behind the counter. Sometimes auto parts store come with a stigma that they are going to treat women differently, but I have not felt negatively about the associates there. If you are ever in the area are looking for an affordable place to find auto parts, check them out.

Dustin was so helpful and patient, even though the info he gave me meant I wouldn’t be spending my money there (I thought I bought the wrong bulbs, turns out I didn’t lol). From now on, I will be going to their store for my car needs. No more Meijer/Walmart auto departments for me, the extra trip is worth the personal service!

Called on behalf of my father to ask some questions regarding his business. I spoke to the manager who had an attitude and seemed to be in a rush to get us off the phone as soon as possible. In the meantime i was trying to communicate between my father, who had a stroke and the manager, so it was quite difficult. By the end of the call the manager quickly ended it before i could ask another question. Very rude.

I personally like that if they dont have a part your looking for they can order it for you and in most cases you can get it the next day or if youre on a time crunch or really need a part they can look at the availability for that part at other locations and even put a hold on it for you! The older gentleman there is soooooo nice. Checked my ignition light to find out I need new ignition coils, told me it would only be $50. Silly me didn’t realize I needed a lot more than one ignition coil, silly him for in a way misleading me. Still very nice man and thankful for his help.

I need car stuff and they sell car stuff. Free battery testing and OBD2 code scanning is nice. In the past some of the major 3rd party auto parts theyve sold me were sub par when compared to Oreilys. Thats a corporate thing though not related specifically to this location.
