Have been coming here since the other place I went to closed and the day I found them was the day I dont go ANYWHERE else I will WAIT for them to get my tires in before I go anywhere else . They ALWAYS. Take care of Me and my vehicle They never have Done wrong by me and my vehicle.. I always appreciate what they tell me because they have always been HONEST WITH ME .. If at anytime you are looking for NEW OR USED OR LIGHTLY USED TIRES this is the place I would send you . I appreciate Them never trying to sell me something that was not going to work or something that would mess my vehicle up. NEVER would I go anywhere else .. I was looking for some tires there, and it appeared to be a family run place. The Dad and son were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even though they didnt have what I was looking for. If you need tires or wheels, go check them out.

Customer service has gone down. I was looking for used tires and they were very dismissive. I asked for new tire pricing and they didnt even bother to look up the exact amount. They just gave me a guesstimate. Family members of mine have also complained lately. Im a little disappointed considering I lead family members there. A few years ago this place was awesome. That is not the case anymore.

I bought a car with a “new motor” and when it all came down to proof Lorena the owner would avoid me, my calls, and messages because i needed a receipt of the “new motor” saying that it was actually done for insurance reasons. Turns out the car was salvage, and she Just provided a paper basically saying yes it has a news motor but with no proof whatsoever. I ended up having insurance issues because are avoided us for so long and she did not provide us with an honest answer about the car being salvage. I will never be using them again and i hope no one else gets as insanely messed over as much as we did. Please use a PROFESSIONAL car sales place. Thank you

Wonderful staff!! They did a ton of work for me at the an incredible price that cannot be beaten. Do not go to a big franchise place I will tell you they are not good but Brighton Tire & Wheels is where you want to go. I will never not recommend this place to friends!!!

Updated review: I got the tire home to put back on my car and noticed that he scratched the wheel badly on the tire machine. I wont be going back there again.I stopped by with a tire that had a screw in it. He took it repaired it and I was out of there.

I found a nail on my tire. I pulled up and they were locking up for the day. They looked at it and said they could do the patch really quick. Saved my day. Thank you guys.

I came to Brighton Tires & Wheels in the middle of a snowstorm and a pandemic with a nail in my sidewall. They were able to replace the tire, balance it, and get me on my way in LESS than ten minutes, without me ever getting out of my vehicle, and for $45 total. I am very pleased and will be returning.

They work quickly. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Prices for new tires here are VERY pricey though. Installation and disposal was over $100 for two tires. Speedy service, but I would never make the financial decision to purchase new tires here again. Used tires are good value here though.

This is the second time I have been to this shop. I can say they are courteous and respectful. I had them rotate my tires and do an alignment. They did the work in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable. The first time I went there, I had them check the front suspension and they were able to show me that I needed a ball joint replaced. Again the price I thought was reasonable. I feel they are honest and I will be going back in the near future.

Got here at 610 and they were closed i just needed 1 tire fixed a flat

Was sold used tires that had faulty patch work done on one of the tires...FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY and had to buy fix-a-flat to get home... Was also told I’d get a call when they got the CORRECT SIZE tires in, I haven’t heard from them for months, probably because they don’t care! Don’t know what happened to the old owner, but business was sure better before. Won’t ever go back there again.

Very knowledgeable and had great service

Took my van for an alignment.Was told I had faulty ball joints tie rods and other suspension components.Was charged $30 for the estimate and was quoted $650 for the repairs.They also said I should have it done ASAPAs it was “very dangerous”Took it to Les Schwab the next day and the alignment was done with no issues. They also stated that the ball joints were fairly new and had no other issues whatsoever.Be very careful with them as they will try and rip you off!!!!!!

I needed a good used tire at a fair price, everybody wanted to sell me a new tire for a 100+! Brighton tires and Wheels took care of me charged me 40.00 for a tire almost new these guys checked the tire over for leaks, mounted, balanced and had me out the door in 20 minutes! I will never go anywhere else for Tires or any other car services they offer!! I highly recommend Brighton Tires and Wheels these guys really care about customer service and price!!

Very professional, quick, honest and they dont try to oversell you. Ive had a lot of tire and rim issues this year, and this place is the best Ive come across. Very reasonable out the door pricing is quote so you dont feel nickel and dimed.

Small business with great customer service. Went to get a new tire and they came out to greet me before I could get out of the car. I had an issue with the tire after I bought it. When I took it back they replaced the tire free of charge.

We took a flat tire here to be repaired. The tire had 2 holes in it from a staple that was picked up. We were in and out within 15 minutes and the customer service was wonderful! I wish I had a tire place like this in Virginia where we live, but I told my entire family this is where they need to start going!

I bought a set of tires there about $700 worth of tires, I have a nail in one of the tires and every time I go there to ask them to fix it they cant do it its always always always too busy to help me so much for their warranty I was there Friday and they told me that they couldnt do it for 30 minutes there were two guys working on one truck and they still couldnt fix a flat pretty sad.
