Ive come to this quick lane several times now, and their service is excellent. I don’t usually set up appointments, but I like coming on the weekends because it’s first-come, first-serve, and you’re generally in and out pretty quick; if you’re there early. Luis has taken care of two of my vehicles so far, so I will continue to bring my cars in the future.
Luis and his crew in service is absolutely hands down amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and had a way to pick up my special needs son from school on time and went out of the way to make sure I had the part we needed. I absolutely thank you and your team for all your efforts and will be referring all of my customers to you as well.
Isaac cannot do his job well. First he never talked to me just my husband even though it is my car! He did not print the report card for my daughters car. He did not copy the necessary information for my tire warranty so now I have to cover his mistake. I’ve been using Brighton Ford for years. This is making me want to find somewhere that will treat me as a valuable person regardless of my gender and will do the job that they are supposed to do.
Ive been using these guys for years. There can be a long wait. I suggest an appointment. Weve had some miscommunications in the past, but theyve always been handled to my satisfaction.
Love this place! Customer service is never disregarded. Luis is always knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I used to drive 45 mins to get to them, now I live over an hour away and still take my car to them for all service needs.Thank you for always being the Best!

Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and had both drivers side tires with nail in them. Very specific about the tires. When called to be told complete, I was told that my sensor was fine just needed air in tire. Again, explained the tires had nails in them, told no that wasnt the issue it was just low air pressure. I explained one more time. Came in to pick it up and was told they fixed the tire with the little nail in it. Asked about the other tire was told they didnt see anything, just needed air. Asked if they pulled the tire to look inside- was told quite gruffly THEY CHECKED IT. Took truck, the tire had not been removed from rim- next day flat again. Will take it elsewhere for repair and service.
Maybe the better quick lane in the area. My normal dealership marked my brakes as being nearly worn out 5k miles ago (which would have been a short pad life for my car), went into Brighton Quick Lane yesterday expecting to pay for brake pads in addition to normal service and was told all my pads are actually just fine. Im not gonna jump to saying my normal dealership was dishonest, but based on Brightons honesty in addition to the great customer service and fast turnaround on my car Im super happy I drove the extra few miles there.

The staff always takes great care of me and my cars. I dont trust shops very easily but they earned my trust. I was a mechanic for many years and I know how some shops push repairs, I can say this place doesnt. They make me aware of the repairs without pressure.Thanks to all the staff.
Competence. I called with an issue, asked if their Quick Lane could diagnose. I was told yes, I drove to the Quick Lane, and was turned away to the Service Department. I am well aware their Service Department is horrible service, due to past experiences about walked over anyway knowing they wouldnt be able to fit me in. Which they couldnt. Had the Quick Lane tech known they didnt service my issue, I would have saved my time, gas, an.
David from the Service department was more than helpful. Will come back again.

I brought my truck in for an oil change, nothing quick about this quick lube, 3.5 hours. 2 days later I noticed a big puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. Took it back, and they said my oil pan was leaking. I take it home, put it up on Jack stands, and find they had not removed the skid plate, which was full of oil from the oil filter, and my oil pan is dry. I then check my oil level, which is 2.5 quarts low on oil.I like that Brighton Ford saw that we needed a oil change place in our community, now only if they would make it reliable...
Sat here for 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change and many others who came in after me were in and out before me! The woman who checked me in rudely explained that I would be waiting “at least 2 hours with out an appointment” as if irritated that I didn’t have one. The employees behind the counters rudely talked about customers as phone calls rang in using unprofessional language loud enough for all waiting in the lobby to hear and played on their cellphones as new customers entered for service. Terrible service. Won’t be back.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences here, having brough my vehicle in at least 10 times. All of the employees go above and beyond to make sure they get your problems fixed in a timely manner, that you are comfortable with all costs before proceeding, and are just overall kind people. They’ve never tried to push any repairs on me, and always do a good job on the repairs they do have to do. Highly recommend.
Good service cheap and quick
I take my personal SUV here and a company work truck for oil changes. My personal SUV on a oil change told me I had a stripped oil plug but not to worry they put a new one in. Also told me a couple months later on a company work truck I had a stripped oil plug that is why all the oil was on the floor in their shop but not to worry they would put a new one in. 2 days later I had a employee of Quick Lube told me that this was not what happened. He told me a employee forgot to put the oil plug in. The employees lied to me about the stripped oil plug being the problem. I will never ever go back to this place for a oil change, ever. They lied to me about what happened. Never again.
Chris Lemke with the quick lane and the whole service department gets things done. Leaving town on a Sunday, had a radiator leaking Sat afternoon, that was installed by another dealership. Squeezed me in and got it fixed by that afternoon. and still is able to leave Sunday morning. Very honest, and great people. And saves you money as well. I would highly them to everyone from here on out.
Theyre getting a little better over time but still think seems dont make sense when you buy a new vehicle at Brighton ford you get one free oil change the 1st 2 times I use this feature though oil change was $0.00 this time it was $58 doesnt quite make sense to me. They said it for taxes and 6 gallons of def fluid. My truck only holds 5 gallons and I have just put 2.5 in so you still need to watch them.
This is the only place I will go for an oil change. They have REALLY amazing customer service and they are usually pretty quick. Would highly recommend!

Both times Ive taken in our car for oil changes, there was something they messed up on. First time we wanted to figure out why our jeep was squeaking, they had it for over 2 hours, said they couldnt get the tires off and said it was the shocks. Took it somewhere else and in 5 minutes was told what was wrong. Glad I didnt pay to have something fixed that didnt need fixing. Second time, had an oil change, checking and topping fluid off is included, well that didnt happen. Also turns out theres an oil leak, but no one decided to call or discuss that with us. Just scribbled it on the inspection paper. Also wanted a wash. Was told it was ran threw the wash but it wasnt. Then asked for a power wash and they said the machine was down and the oil change would be free. Well instead of it being free. They just used my free oil change from my booklet. Not going back again. Figured using the place we bought the jeep from would be a good place to use.
This service department has a serious personnel problem with its service department. Quick Lane Advisor Alex Shaffer. Here is the list of observations while I was waiting for my oil change.* A elderly lady came in and wanted to get a oil change. ( Head resting on his hand, looking at the elderly lady like she was stupid) Alex said Ya, I dont think that is going to happen* In 10 minutes and two customers later, he instructed the ladies helping him to move the wait time from 4 hours to 6 hours.* A young lady complained about the 6 hour wait time. He offered the shuttle service. Then when the lady stormed out, he and the other two ladies started laughing out loud at her, in front of us three customers in the waiting area.* 20 minutes after he told many customers the facility was on a 6 hour wait, he arbitrarily changed the wait back to 3 hours.* Soon the wait went down to 1.5hrsMy 4 hour wait was actually 2. I feel this gentleman needs a lesson in customer service. This is not the first time I observed rude/smug behavior from him. I have just learned to avoid his desk.****UPDATE**** When I had my wifes car in three days ago, they told me I had a screw in my right rear tire. They told me it was unrepairable and the tire would need to be replaced. Since it is a AWD vehicle, all four tires would need to be replaced to maintain consistency. I told them I would take to the place I bought the tires from 4 months ago, I had a warranty with them. I took the vehicle to the tire shop today. The tech took one look at it, and pulled me into the service bay. The screw was just lodged in the tread. The screw had not even penetrated the tire!!!! Quick Lube tried to scam me into replacing $1000 of tires!!!
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME . Did not specify that I needed 2 keys to get my pcm reprogrammed. I had set an appointment a week in advanced, had my car towed to the shop, just for them to tell me they think I need 2 keys to reprogram my pcm. After dealing with Chris, who does not go the extra step to be kind, polite, and helpful, and insulted my knowledge of what was wrong with my vehicle by asking ridiculously stupid questions because I am a 21 year old male and not a 31 year old male. Waste of time and definitely lost my business.
Not too happy. Had problem with wheel going flat, took it in for rotation and told about tire. When picked up car told me nothing wrong with wheel.next day low light came on, so took to Les shuabs and did flat repair for screw in tire for free. Know where Im going for new tires.
This Quick Lane location is like Kaiser Perm. If theyre nothing wrong with you or your car, youre in good hands.

Dont go here for any brake job... even the 3 hours I thought was a little long to get a set done, as I can get them done on the driveway in less then that. After all said and done 6 hours goes by ... and I am the one that had to call them to see if I have a vehicle to drive to work. Oh but it just so happens that they just finished it as I called. More like forgot all about customer service....defenetly not the people Ill be bringing even our fleet vehicles to. Pathetic!
When I call to make an appointment, they always tell me that my appointment was never scheduled. Thankfully they take me in that same day when they get the time.

Horrible Service, Total lack of communication. Told me the car would be ready in about an hour, arrived 1.5 hours later and never left until 4 hours after the time they provided. No communication with me during. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU A DAY TO KILL AND ARE BORED OUT OF YOUR MIND!
