Just received my bouquet from my husband for valentines day. He paid close to 200.00 for this bouquet and it does not have the Belgian Chocolate or the balloons. The fruit was on its last days. I used to cover valentines day at edible arrangements Broomfield and this is NOT the quality they serve. My husband works very hard for his money and deserves to get what he pays for.

Absolutely terrible. Over ripe strawberries, pineapple that’s cut so your mainly eating the core. Missing parts of my order. I’d understand more if this was on Valentine’s Day, but this was for my wife’s bday days before vday. Won’t be ordering here again, probably done with the whole edible arrangements franchise at this point.

Not completely satisfied with my order. I placed an order online (left) for my Aunts birthday.. I dont believe she recieved what was listed on the webpage. I tried calling to confirm but no answer. Im sorry but this is not a $75 arrangement! (Right). First and last time I order from here... I will admit, they delivered within an hour from placing my order... although my aunt loved it ... thats all that counts but, I believe she deserved more than what was delivered. I think its better to go into the store and hand pick what you would like... I live in texas so there was no way I could have picked it up... just a suggestion to those who are ordering from out of town dont set your standards too high

Thank you!!! Ordering was easy! Staff did an amazing job! Deliver was SO fast! And what was delivered was perfect and absolutely beautiful! The recipient was overjoyed! I dont know the deliverymans name, but he was an older gentleman who was so kind, so joyful and so positive. Thank you so much for making this an amazing experience during such a difficult time and uncertain time due to COVID!

I was very disappointed. I was calling from out of state to send fruit bouquet to my daughter in Commerce City for her Birthday. I called right at opening. Was told I would need to call back at 11 to place an order. Called back at 11. Was put on hold for over 7 min. Had an appt so called back at 2. Was told too late for delivery. Kindly shared the above information. The response was a very non caring β€œsorry for the inconvenience.” I will never attempt to use them again. They apparently do not need the business. Terrible customer service. Lot out on a $100 + dollar sale.

Ordered an $80.00 berry bouquet for my wife and requested it be delivered today so that she would have it for Valentines Day. This location brought an entirely wrong product and when I called the store for a replacement they said they would have one out by 6:00 p.m. That time came and still no replacement product. When I called back again and requested a refund, I was told I would have to return the wrong product. That was fine, but I requested they issue the refund first and then I would hand it off to the delivery driver whenever he/she finally arrived. I was then told I had to return the product to the store (despite paying $15.00 for delivery) in order to get a refund.I called their 800 support number, and while the gentleman who assisted me was nice, he did nothing to help me. He basically left a note for the store and said they would have to make it right, so now I have to fight with this store to try and get my money back and have no gift for my wife for Valentines Day. What a horrible company and horrible franchisee! Ill update this review if they make it right, but this is a horrible customer service experience, and Id recommend avoiding this company until they start treating their customers better when mistakes are made.Update: So this experience only got worse for me. I ended up having to take the wrong product back to this store on Valentines Day to get a refund. Upon my arrival, I was told Id have to wait 20 minutes for a manager to assist me with a refund. While I am sitting there waiting, they are offering other customers boxes of chocolate covered strawberries for their wait when I was told the night before they cant give me something for free. I didnt want anything free. I just wanted the right product for Valentines Day! But offering other customers free stuff and ignoring me was a huge slap in the face! After about 20 minutes, the manager didnt even come out (probably too scared to face an angry customer or just didnt care), but the employee at the counter came back with my refund receipt.I get mistakes happen, but this company/franchisee did NOTHING to try and make it right. They showed complete disregard to me as an upset customer, and as a result I will never give them my business ever again, and I strongly caution anyone else looking to do business with them.

Edible arrangements had my back like a bra strap this past week. I was racking my brain on what I could my mama for her birthday because you know moms have everything and as time goes on it just gets harder to think of a nice but unique surprise. Well what do ya know a day before my moms birthday I remembered we had a Edible Arrangements in Brighton. It was quite when I entered the store and I was greeted by a lovely worker named Amanda! I am not sure what her position is there but if she isnt a manager or one of your trainers I nominate her to be. She was so patient, kind, super friendly and very knowledgeable.As a first time customer going into any type of business I am always a little leery on the type of experience I will have, but I must say Edible Arrangements is not one of those businesses that I have to worry about.Thank you Amanda for all your help, my mom loved her edible arrangement. I couldnt have done it with out you!Keep up the great work girl!!!!

I placed an order as a gift for Mother’s Day & was pretty excited about it. However I was highly disappointed when I received pictures from my mother showing that there were issues with the order. The balloon my mother received was deflated and the chocolate box was old. After speaking with the store the 1st time I was told they would prioritize delivery for the next day. Ultimately they did not re deliver like they said they would. After calling AGAIN the rep (Cindy & her manager Jackie) I spoke with was rude and did not care about the issue or how inconvenient this whole thing has become for me or my mother( as she was expecting them to redeliver). She didn’t apologize for them not keeping their word and told me there was nothing they can do. I will not be reordering from this store again & do not recommend to others.Not worth $92!!

Ordered an arrangement for my sister from this location last week- there was an issue with the order but Diana made it so very right by sending another arrangement to my sister with more delicious fruit - I am so very thankful and grateful for Dianas help. It made it such a positive experience for me - Thank you so much Diana. I will definitely use this location again and would definitely recommend it for others to use..

My order was over $100 to have something sent to my mother for mothers day which Im not very happy about still. One of the balloons I ordered was completely deflated, they also never brought my mother her 24 cookies that was suppose to go with the chocolate covered strawberries. On top of it to make it much worse most the the strawberries were soggy and nasty and smelt very old. I did call the store to ask about the cookies and they told me that when the delivery guy came back they would figure it out and send him out to bring my mother her cookies that was with the order. Nothing still. Ive tried to get ahold of the company again before but couldnt go in obviously cause I live in wyoming. That will be the first time and last time I order anything from the store. Not very satisfied customer and my money just went down the drain in my eyes.

For this years Mothers Day I expect to get my mother the one thing she loves to get every year and that was a beautiful edible bouquet. This year unfortunately put a bad taste in my mouth for future orders to this location, first slip up was how was my order which contained a party bouquet and chocolate covered strawberrys was only half delivered. Meaning my mothers strawberrys were delivered but not the bouquet. No call or email stating that the order was going to be split or delayed. Had to call this location to find out what happened and all they can tell me is they werent sure what happend but it will be with the next round of deliveries. Second is the worst, when I reached out to my mother to see if her edible bouquet was delivered yet she said it was but the pineapple and melon was not fresh, was already decoloring, and the taste was not enjoyable. Sad that not only me but others have ordered this years for Mothers Day and was probably just as disappointed as I was. This was the first and last time I ever order from this location again.

My sister pre ordered little cakes for my moms surprise party today and we got a call that the employee working needed to leave and if we could reschedule our order for tomorrow. First off why is there only one employee working, second how do you reschedule for the next day when we have weeks notice. Very disappointing and we will not be back to this location.

Spent 50 some dollars on some fruit that wasn’t ripe, didn’t taste good and there wasn’t even that much there. The vase that it came in was chipped out of the bag which is really annoying cause I figured after tasting the $hit fruit it would be some consultation to have a nice vase. But nope so don’t waste your money here just buy some fruit from the store it is money better spent

Delivery over 50mins late past their business delivery cutoff time. When calling in to the store to verify where the order was, rude employees placed on hold over 5 times with a cumulative time of 29mins & hung up on several times. - Bottom Line: Order from a different company who actually values their customers.
