Very friendly and professional staff. Same day appt in and out in less than an hour. Dr very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Doctor Greg is wonderful. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was a truly wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer their phone, and they never have enough people on staff. What business does not answer their phone, ever? They do not return voice mails either.Their prices are outrageously high (dont be fooled, they are not owned by Target but by the monopoly Luxotica) and they dont have a good grasp on vision insurance. The doctor here (at this time) is excellent, but you have to deal with the front office to get in and out, which makes it not worth it.

I am not an easy customer. Im also extremely picky. The only reason the store doesnt get five stars is for lack of frame options at the lowest price point, and the fact that nothing is perfect. That said, despite my pickiness and the few times it took to get it right, Jamie (sp?) and her associates deserve the highest praise for making sure I was satisfied. WTG!

Attn: Dr. Davidoff: It is unethical to charge for services not rendered and products not received. The verbal abuse is immoral and your practice is just that..practice. Incompetence in motion . To verbally assault a potential client or critique their physicality is both grotesque and dishonorable. You are psychologically projecting. Look in the mirror and deal with yourself. Then, you can approach the public and your patients in a more sane way. You should be ashamed of yourself and the way you operate. I have called your establishment to complain and have been hung up on twice. Based on your reviews alone, you should not be in business. It is a privilege to have a job..especially during a global pandemic.

They have a good selection or quality glasses, but customer service is lacking. They had one person out front and she was trying to help everyone but was overwhelmed.They never called, or returned my calls. I left messages multiple times over several days and never received a call back. I finally went in after 12 days and found out my glasses were there.

DO NOT go here - I made an appointment a week ahead of time for 10:00 AM and they sent me an email and a text message to confirm the appointment and then when I got there they said the doctor wont be here until three. Then they expected me to come back - are you kidding if you cant get an appointment right why would I think you would be capable of administering eye care properly.

After calling five times I finally got through to Jamie (Or was it Amy?) She was a very rude individual over the phone when all I was looking to do is get an eye exam. After reading the reviews for this place I have decided I won’t go there.

I always have trouble adjusting to a new pair pf glasses. They are so very helpful and patient when/if I need to try new lenses and such. The team there always does everything they can to help. It is rare to get exceptional service anywhere these days. They really take ownership of their department. Special thanks to Britney for all the help!

I have always gotten my glasses at Target Optical. But a recent move made me change store locations. When I made the appointment I let them know I was moving from another location and asked if they could get my records. They assured me that it wold be no problem. Once I arrived, they did not have my files. But I figured that an eye exam is an eye exam. Boy was I wrong! This doctor did not do as thorough of an exam. There was even a weird comment about how I must see better with my glasses while driving. When I stated that I was not aware that I should be wearing them when driving, she back peddled and said something to the tune of oh well, I guess you could wear them while driving. My husband was in the room and was equally confused. Fast forward to when I received my glasses. The lenses themselves were almost double the thickness of any other pair I have ever worn. But I thought that maybe my eyes changed that much. Wrong!!!! This prescription is so off that I can see better with them if I turn them around and look through the opposite lenses. I work odd hours, so just dropping them off is not an option due to the fact the store is not open when I am awake. I tried to call the store 10 minutes prior to closing one night to discuss options, and they wouldnt answer. Yes, I know that it is 10 minutes to closing, but they should still be answering the phone! Now Im afraid that I am stuck with a pair of glasses I cannot use for another year until my insurance will pay for another exam!!!

The manager is completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. I didn’t ask for much except for her to be a decent human being. I guess that was too much.

The WORST. They never answer the phone. I ordered glasses over a month ago and they still have yet to show up. I’ve talked to 3 different people and they always say they will call me back, no one ever does. I never received a call when my contacts got in either. Do not waste your time and money at this place.

Thanks Dr. Lipton & staff for great & thorough exams for me & three kids. Loads of options and helpful, knowledgeable staff. They worked with my daughter until she was completely happy. Made it easier for me all around!

Both Dr, Thomas and Dr Davidoff are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patients. The staff here is also excellent!! I highly recommend this location!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Had to go back three times and my contacts and prescription still aren’t correct. Now i’m saving to go to Costco and have the real professionals look at our eyes! The staff is extremely rude and you have to call and find out when you’re contacts get in, if you don’t youll never get them! Terrible people here not to mention the place looks ran down and nasty. The floors are stained and the walls look dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in years! Trust me you do not want to go here for an eye exam!
