After 1.5 hours my text messages for my order being ready never arrived. I was out running errands and it was easy to check. But I had to go inside because I didnt have any information. I was also disappointed that one of the items was canceled so I both missed out on the free gift and the buy one get one half offer. I spent a lot of time choosing a second item to take advantage of that offer. Had I known it was out of stock I could have had my order shipped.
I’ve never been somewhere where people are so incompetent. Prescriptions consistently take two to three times longer than when we’re told to come back. They lose prescriptions. They tell you they can fill something then tell you they’re out of stock after getting a phone call to come back in. On top of being bad at doing the basics of the job, they have zero sympathy whatsoever and offer no apologies for wasting people’s time. Literally just go to any other pharmacy. You won’t regret it.
Pharmacy Department used to be a version of excellence & care. But recently the employees of the pharmaceutical department have been noting but rude, unprofessional, and clickish. They are constantly making errors lying about refill dates. Even if you get your insurance, Drs and care team involved.I highly recommend taking your pharmaceutical business elsewhere, and avoid using them at all cost, Patricia & her team are rude and should be fired.
I used to love Walgreens, that is until the last year or 2. I dont what their deal is, but, theyre out of stock of many meds on a pretty regular basis, for instance my insulin which I need in order to survive, not to mention that they have given the wrong rx and given my rx to someone else. Walgreens used to be excellent and didnt have techs constantly in and our of the pharmacy. Some of the newer texh are very rude as well. I having to switch to another pharmacy because Im fed up with not getting my rx or not getting it in full.Walgreens you really need to get your stuff together and stay on top of things, stop ordering mess in such small supply amounts and/or just ordering when needed. I am extremely disappointed with your pharmacy staff and work ethic.
This location is always slow and busy. I use the “Express Pay” on my app. I still ended up waiting forever even though I went to the “Express Pay” line. Then I told the cashier that I already paid for it and she said “yeah, put your phone number in.” Then when I was done I asked if I was just charged again since I already paid for it on the app. Her response was, “I don’t know, I don’t really know how it works.” I checked my bank account when we left and yes, I was charged again. I can’t do anything about it until it actually clears my bank. Don’t waste your time and money on the “Express pay” feature, and avoid this location if you can! Seriously. Ridiculous!
Today the pharmacist was super fast and for that I am very thankful. Usually that is not the case and I would usually say this is about a 2 star pharmacy but then again all chain stores are the same. Thank you for your speedy service to the Male pharmacist (Ive not seen him here before). The area around the pharmacy is a jail and other business and down he road across from the jail is a school. Sometimes there are weird ones walking at night so its sketchy sometimes but otherwise its fine.
I get so conflicted with this Walgreens because everything is good with the exception of course, you guessed it, their pharmacy. People, DO NOT feel like you have to stay stuck getting your prescription at Walgreens. There are other options and other drive thru ones as well here in Brighton at their competitors. This location exhibits horrible customer service and they are always and/or at least appear to be short staffed. I held off giving a negative review on this for quite some time. Im not holding off any longer. Its been wayyyy too long for this location to be operating the way it does with peoples prescriptions. They need more staff and they need friendlier ones as well who are willing to help and have compassion. This weekend has been a total cluster for them being short staffed and the volume they had to deal with was just really rough and incomprehensible. Needless to say, King Soopers down the way has a drive thru pharmacy that took a few mins to pick up once it was ready. Again, DO NOT feel like you have to stay stuck with Walgreens for your prescription needs. At least, not this location
It’s clean well arranged, staff so nice, and associates in pharmacy are so nice, you can find all you need, I highly recommended 😇🙏😇
When will the drive through pharmacy open again? The wait times are unacceptable (45min-2hrs,) and the least you could do is allow for people to wait in their own vehicle. Also - do something about your wait times.
Worst Walgreens ever ! Expect to wait a long time to pick up a prescription. Sitting at the window in drive thru for 15 minutes so far with nobody helping me.
I cannot stand this Walgreens. The slowest, most unhelpful location there is. I always wait a minimum of 15-20 mins to pick up a prescription. Half the time they don’t even acknowledge you and they never apologize about the wait. Tried to tell me my prescription wasn’t ready when I had numerous notifications telling me it was ready for pickup. Why else would I be here for pickup? I had to argue with them and then magically the prescription appeared. The people who run this pharmacy need training and they definitely need more people working the counters.

So why does this store have only 3 stars? They deserve better, I think.They are not always stocked the best, but i have always had good customer service here.I also know they employ older employees and that is good IF they are also good to them? (I dont know and have not tried working there).Speaking for myself, I always feel welcome and safe there. Thats a big plus for me.
Toni Peterson was helpful when asked to call the 24hrs walgreens too see if they had my moms medicine because they couldnt fill it for us because they are closing.
The joke that is the Walgreens pharmacy tried to charge me 307 dollars for a 150mg x 28 (4200 MG total) to which I laughed in the pharmacists face. Calling later to clarify the pricing, was told the original total was $850 and they could get it down to $260 for me.Had exact same medication script changed to 100mg x 42 pills at Kings for $14. This translates to roughly a 1,857% markup from Kings pricing to Walgreens pricing. Shame on Walgreens, I will do everything in my power to avoid giving them my business again and encourage everyone else to shop around before giving these insurance scam THIEVES your business.
Bad service!! I was trying to pick up a prescription for me and the lady in the window told me she didn’t had anything for me to call my Dr. When I got home I got a call saying my prescription was ready. It is not the first time they do that last time they hand me someone alse prescription They didn’t even ask me for my address or birth day they just ask for my name they need to pay more attention!!
Very dissatisfied with this Walgreens. I never had problems while Craig was in charge and was a 5 star under his watch.Terrible service service for refills for past 3 months. Delayed refills, no calls. Call other pharmacies and they tell me there is no issue for back orders with medication. Speak to Brighton they tell me back order on meds. I have ran out of my meds and not taken them.They dont seem to care.I will be changing to another pharmacy.I feel theyve been given ample time to mend the problems.But it looks like others have had similar issues and it comes down to no one cares.Sad!

The pharmacy is awful! If you plan on going plan to be waiting for 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. They just hired a new girl and I don’t think she has a clue on how to do her job. She’s handed me other people’s medications, taken over 20 minutes to find one medication I’ve needed to pick up and has tried to charge me for medications and argued with me about it even though I I’ve met my deductible. This pharmacy is just not organized and very time consuming.
Am trying to get a script transferred and refilled. I walked in Thursday, its Monday and havent heard anything. I have called three times and have been hung up on, they dont answer their phones-they just hang up on folks that are on hold. I am hoping to transfer asap if and hopefully when I am able to at least fill this month.
The new woman pharmacist is completely unprofessional and rude. I have to get my prescriptions called in every month, which is an inconvenience in itself. After asking for a refill from my doctor, I downloaded the Walgreens app, so I could see status update, because I didnt receive a text like usual.I saw that it said my prescription was delayed. I called that night to see what was going on, and she quickly said its because it was filled somewhere else. I thought that was odd because Ive never filled at another location since I started seeing this doctor, so they wouldnt have another address on file. Then I asked well wouldnt the app show if it was available or filled somewhere else because - why wouldnt it?! Then she cuts me off and says, I dont know it could be another location or even another company I dont know, your doctor must have sent it to the wrong location. Obviously it was late in the afternoon, after dinner, so I couldnt call or reach the doctor. So I reach out the next day. Then I receive confirmation from my doctor that they submitted it to the correct Walgreen (the one I called) and that it was filled!So not only did I NOT get a call/text/any sort of alert that a prescription was ready, but when I call the pharmacist LIES to me, and basically gives me the run around to shut me up! I called Walgreens again after my doctor confirmed and the same girl answers (very short and rushes you through the conversation cutting you off like your an inconvenience) and as I explain what happened yesterday, she cuts me off to say well I can do it today.... anything else? HOW RUDE! So basically shes trying to shut me up AGAIN and I doubt I can even trust what she says! Ill probably have to call back another 2 times after this just to make sure she does her job! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Put her in the back, where she cant scare your customers off, or Ill take my business elsewhere!She was the closing pharmacist at night on 5/13/20 and also answered the phone at 6pm on 5/14/20 - hopefully management values their business enough to do something about this!
RUDE is the only way to describe this place. I have given this place many chances but it never fails. Just simply RUDE people that shows they hate their jobs and hate their customers.
Do not use the pharmacy. It used to be an awesome pharmacy when Craig ran it. Now that he is gone there are hours long lines all hours of the day, understaffed and staff that is so bad at customer service it made us switch pharmacies to CVS. This pharmacy needs an intervention and I hope corporate takes an interest. It is currently failing at all levels. It is so disappointing how much it is failing. Go elsewhere if you want to keep your sanity!
This location hired the worst new pharmacy manager after Craig left. Im standing in a long line while waiting for to get my prescription. That new pharmacy manager who she said she was, is very rude to the customer and even heard her many times yelling at her employee. I was just watching how she handled talking to an upset customer, no sense of empathy... I feel bad for her employee and customer. I guess Walgreens just lost their value of taking care of their Pharmacy customers and employees. Its really sad....

I called on a Monday to transfer a prescription that my regular pharmacy had on back-order. I was told I would receive a call back and didnt get one. I followed up that following Thursday morning and spoke to a different person who apologized and got the transfer information again and said shed call back when it was ready. No call by the late Thursday afternoon so I called, once again, and the person who answered the phone this time was abrupt and rude, but said the prescription was ready. Not sure how long I may have waited for that phone call if I hadnt done all the follow up phone calls. Ill be going back to my regular pharmacy once they get regular stock of this prescription again and will avoid this place at all costs.

I love the staff at the pharmacy I been here a few years and even moved out of town but wont switch pharmacy because of how much I love it here they are always so good especially Craig and now Mark is here and he is great too.
Horrible customer service monic woods the pharmacy manager so she calls her self. We just asked if they would call the 24 hour pharmacy for us to make sure we could get my moms medicine for her because she needs it as emergency. Because they couldnt get it because they were closing.
I come here a lot because it is right next to my home but this stores pharmacy always takes forever both inside and drive thru, especially between 5:00 to closing expect to be sitting here for 30 minutes plus.

Today I came into Walgreens looking for only chapstick but instead found my self bombarded with the chaos of sins. As a big American brand it is expected that you are a good example to children. When I was looking around for chapstick i stumbled upon some Barbie dolls your company was selling. I was MORTIFIED when I saw those barbies because they were so flashy and inappropriate. It is a sin to show that much skin and I am very disappointed that I foul brand like yours would market that to kids. I left your store that day empty handed and will no longer be supporting your company.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy, have pulled up several times where they let someone wait at the drive thru window for their prescription to be filled. This results in a long line for the drive thru.Their drive thru speaker hasnt worked for at least 3 years, which if theres a diesel truck behind you, you can forget about hearing anything the pharmacy tech says.Half the time after we receive notification that a prescription refill request was filled we get there and its either still being filled or they havent received it at allSave yourself the time and frustration and use platte valley pharmacy at the hospital.
The pharmacy is always mobbed and understaffed. Staff is rude. I explained I had a Lyft driver waiting and was paying for their time so could they please try to expedite my prescription. They said they would try. Instead of paying me with an insurance issue, they waited for me to get back in line. I waited another 20 minutes for that prescription. By that time my driver left and I had to walk 1.6 miles home on an artificial leg. I told the clerk all this and she got very nasty with me and told me to call the pharmacy manager, Craig, the next day. Only time in my life the c-word came to mind. When I finally got home I discovered they hadnt given me the other prescription. I felt discriminated against and the staffs lack of concern was cruel. DO NOT FILL YOUR SCRIPS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND DO NOT CARE!!!
Always neat and tended by friendly staff. Pharmacy people helped us save money with great suggestions.
Their stuff costs double. But you can get in and out of the place in 2-3 minutes. Some days it really helps me.

I DO NOT GIVE ONE STAR!!! GOOGLE WILL NOT POST A ZERO. My Review is negative stars. The Photo lab is a joke and a scam. I have had 2 visits to this photo lab and have left frustrated and disappointed both times. The first visit was for a passport photo, which took longer to get than was stated, and the employee was rude and short. This was the 3rd Walgreens that day, the first 2 wouldnt for unknown reasons. Today was the last purchase I will make from them. I brought in 4 disposable cameras from my wedding for developing. After waiting 15 minutes and paying $60, I voiced my frustration and was told thats the way it is. No apology for the slow service, nothing, not even eye contact from the employee. I found out after getting home that only 2 rolls had the 27 photos that they started with. one had 19 and the other had 6. Out of these 20 were just grainy or not even a photo. The camera with 6 photos were not even ones we took but exposures from the developing lab. After paying over $1 per photo and loosing 49 other photos from my wedding, I am VERY unhappy with walgreens and recommend everyone to STAY AWAY FROM WALGREENS PHOTO!!!!! Will never give them more business.
Pharmacy staff with the exception of Craig is awful, very rude could really care less about your needs. My review is based on monthly prescriptions over the past 5 years. I would suggest another Pharmacy if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

Store is awesome. Friendly staff... pharmacy is HORRIBLE!! The staff in the pharmacy is the rudest people Ive ever met. Im basing this on more then 20 visits... not where we fill any scripts unless its an emergency or after hours of our normal pharmacy.

We started using this pharmacy when we moved to Brighton 3 years ago. Staff has become extremely rude. Our last 2 antibiotic prescriptions were SHORT 4 days!! Then the pharmacist acts like its not his fault! Blamed the Factory where they get the prescriptions from!! They act like they dont need your business, so from this day forth, they wont get our business.
I want to thank Judy, Olivia, and Patrisia. They were very kind and patient with me, it took two days for our insurance to kick in and they were on top of it calling them and checking for us. As soon as they got the approval, they called us to let us know it was done and ready for pick up!

I showed up to pick up my dog’s prescription. They said, sorry, it’s not in the system, your vet hasn’t called it in (even though my dog’s name was in their system). I call my vet and they advised they spoke to the pharmacist for 15 minutes and it was called in. I waited in line again to tell them that, which they confirmed with the pharmacist to be true, only to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes to fill. One hour after I arrived, it was filled.
Pharm staff a little weird but they are good people.
