Dont expect a returned call or email, even if you speak with the staff and definitely dont expect anyone in sales to reach out if you submit an online inquiry. I ended up going to another local quarry because the women I spoke to when I called acted like I was a burden with my questions and never responded to my email when she said shed take a look and respond within minutes. Sorry to burden you at your place of business with helping a potential customer.

The folks at the front desk are really nice, but their pricing is nearly 2X higher than other local rock and landscaping suppliers. Theyre a good go to for a small, small quantity, but if youre doing a large project you better bring some gold coin in exchange for their materials.

We selected three large boulders for landscaping in our front yard and the young man who was helping us was very helpful and great to work with. However - after weighing and tagging the rocks and getting the cost and set everything up to call us and schedule delivery we were never contacted. We even called to try to get them to call us back and never got a response. We are very disappointed.

Easy pick up, very friendly staff.

Do not buy soils here. Bought 6 CY of their proprietary 30/70 compost to top soil planters mix. The soil is so full of gravel, devoid of soil and organic matter that it will not take water, sets like concrete, and will not hardly grow weeds let alone garden plants. Even after heavily top dressing the soil with bagged composted manure and organic compost it sets up hard and gravely, and any attempt to water runs off. Even with an inch or two of standing water, you dig down and a half an inch below the surface the soil is dry and unyielding. I do not know if they delivered the wrong material or if their planting mix is just that bad. Absolutely disappointed.

Devin and his employees do an exceptional job. I couldnt be happier from the time I order product to the time its delivered. They over cimmunicate thru the entire process. Other locations should look at how these guys do it. Just had another delivery from them and dave the delivery driver was amazing thank you so much. They will be my go to from here on out

Folks at the Brighton pioneer sanding gravel consistently are the most friendly, helpful and best priced.

Good costumer service. Prices are fair 15 bucks for 1/2 ton. And sure others are up to 80 but they have bunch of different clean rock.
