We had purchased some windows for our home about 8 years ago and this was the year for purchasing more. We looked around at other companies but came back to New Windows because of the quality of service we had received from them originally and the craftsmanship of the windows. Everyone was so helpful and installers thorough and quick. We did get a ding in both our dining room and kitchen floors during installation. Garrett came back to repair and did an awesome job. We have more windows to purchase to complete our home and will definitely be using New Windows again.

Everyone was great from the sales rep Keith, to the office staff and measuring guy, to the installers. The windows look fantastic. Only reason for the 4 stars is during the sales demonstration the windows were heated to show that the inside remained cool - demonstrating the efficiency of the window which was important to us given our house faces east and west. The windows have been installed for two days so I can’t comment on energy savings but the sun is beating on them right now and they are very warm to the touch not at all cool as was demonstrated. Our patio door which was also recently replaced - not by windows of America- stays cool in the afternoon when the sun is beating on it from the west so it makes me think the windows that were installed are not as efficient as we were told.

Best window replacement company in Denver! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly from the front desk all the way to the top! They have a beautiful show room and are conveniently located right off Main Street in Brighton. They offer everything from windows, doors and siding to fit most budgets. We had a patio door replaced with a Pella door that had the blinds in between the glass which was great for privacy! A highly professional company that I recommend to anyone needing replacement windows, doors including front doors and patio doors and siding.

I highly recommend New Windows for America. The employees were professional, knowledgeable, always available and friendly. It is a family owned company that doesnt use different companies for their work and you do not need to call an 800 number to get a hold of anyone. My sliding door was replaced by their team and they made sure I was satisfied before they left. The two guys that installed the door kept everything cleaned and did a great job. The quality and price of the sliding door + frame could not be beat by big companies.

The person who came to install my windows was professional and competent. He did not get any dust inside the house, or debris outside. He cleaned up thoroughly, which I greatly appreciate. He was pleasant, as was the sales person and people on the phone. All in all, a great experience.

We had a couple of other companies come out. One was way overpriced and very pushy, the next from a big box store with a sketchy outline of who will cover what in the event of a service issue. We complained to a good friend and he said to call New Windows for America since he was really happy with his recent purchase and installation and we did. The salesman Kevin K came out, was super nice, not pushy at all even once. The pricing given was better than the others and I didn’t have to sign “today” for a “discount”. We had a delay on our part but once we gave the thumbs up we had a date which was then delayed by snow but this is Colorado so it was all good. The first few windows were a bit harder than anticipated so they had to come back a second day which was just fine, you never know what’s behind the curtain in an old house. The next day we had a buzz of activity, the 4 crewmen were super friendly, super competent and the crew leaders were on top of the details. The installation looks fantastic, the windows look so nice and it’s quiet, they slide almost effortlessly for large windows. I’ve already recommended them to several friends, and I don’t often recommend unless I’ve gotten superior service and value. Locally family owned which is a big plus.

This is our third go with Windows America, as we did the house in sections.Having some of the windows for a couple of years and just had 9 more installed on Jan 30th 2020 we are very happy with our windows. Kevin is very knowledgeable and has provided us with good ideas for various windows. Every installation has been excellent. The windows look great, and the guys keep the house clean and do a great job of clean up, both inside and out. Jeremiah and Joe were our last installers. The Installers, Jeff and Aaron, were absolutely the best, most efficient, work together so well, neatest,,friendly, courteous, nicest hard working guys ever. We had a very bad experience with this company. They lied to us, promising that all our existing blinds would feed with the new, replacement windows. After they finally finished, next thing we noticed-our blinds NOT FEEDING. We tried to call them back, but they are refusing to even discuss anything. The business manager Keith keeps hanging up the phone . They are refusing to correct their mistake and take responsibility. Save your money and stay away from this company.

The new windows on our home look amazing! We got a great deal and Mark, our installer, was highly efficient, kind, and professional. From purchase all the way to installation, the process was smooth and we had no issues. Keith, the sales manager was down to earth and helped answer all the questions we had. I feel very happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has window needs!

I rarely give 5 stars, but I really like this company. We found them 6 years ago at the Home & Garden show and had all our home windows replaced. Great quality and great value. Over these years we got 2 windows with broken seals and a couple of screens with damaged corners and broken pins. They came out and took care of everything under warranty. Again, a very competent, friendly and on-time workman.

Just had my windows replaced, all twelve. Everything was fantastic and was finished in a day and a half! The windows look great and Im sure they will be much warmer in the winter than my old steel casement windows. thank you Mark and Ben (the installers) and Julie and Windows for America.

The installers showed up promptly, took great care of my house, were quick in doing the installation, and walked me through everything I needed to know about the windows. My house was literally cleaner after they finished than before they showed up.Im also happy with the Vinylmax Edison triple-pane windows. They are easy to open and close, look great, and have made a difference in how warm the house gets. With outside temperatures in the 90s, we have not had the air conditioning on and the house has stayed cool. Literally just finished the evaluation and pricing portion of the process this morning, and it was a solid experience. Had another company out to get a quote roughly a year ago who had a pushy sales person and a high price, and this was a total opposite and great experience/deal. Worked with Keith, a manager who knows his stuff. He worked with me on financing and getting me a deal that worked well with their other contracts to keep the price down (final price ended up cheaper than what I was expecting for lower-quality windows, which is awesome). Will update once the windows go in, but from the first experience/process Im happy with the company. Just got the entire main portion of the house done, and will likely go back to these guys for my basement windows when its time for that.

Great company! I had my windows install back in 2012. About a month ago I noticed one window had moisture inside - New Windows for America replaced it for free because I have lifetime warranty. Not only they did a great job installing new windows back in 2012, but they also honor warranty 6 years after!

4-Stars ~ We had our front and back patio doors replaced this summer. Overall, we are TICKLED with the changes! Went from a steel double door with four tiny windows (front) to a beautiful single door with sidelights (low-e clear glass) and three vertical windows + dentil shelf...gorgeous! The back patio door was a slider turned into double french doors (both functioning). Very happy with both.The only issue we had (to knock the rating down) was our doorbell connection was erroneously covered with trim, then the installer actually argued with my husband at the house about the needed correction. Not professional, and he was 100% wrong.Beautiful end results!

We installed all new windows and 2 sliding glass doors nearly 10 years ago. They performed a warranty service a few days ago due to light stickiness. All windows and doors look and work like new again. Simply amazing service, under warranty. Highly recommended.

We had some replacement windows installed. Windows America told us how long it would take for the windows to be built then called us to confirm the date/time the installers would come. They showed up promptly and did a great job getting the windows installed and taking care to clean up before leaving with the old windows. I recommend them highly.

I recently had a sliding glass door and a kitchen window installed. Great quality! Love them. Eduardo, the installer, did a fantastic job by himself. A very caring associate. We just had our siding done with Cedar Ridge (a Craneboard product) and we couldnt be happier. Weve dealt with a lot of companies and people through out our house remodel and New Windows for America was very professional from the beginning to the end which was wonderful. The work they did on our house turned out better than we expected. One thing we really liked is that once they started our house, they didnt leave until they were finished. Weve had some companies start a job and then do other jobs as well which made a 3 day project turn into a month project. With New Windows for America, they started and finished without doing other jobs which is the way it should be done. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Everything went great. Had a small hiccup with my window sills cracking (really old and tiled) and they handled it awesome. Definitely willing to go out of their way to help.

Over the past 2 years Windows America installed new windows on our home. Let me start with how we got to the point of needing new windows. Our home was 12 years old and the windows started to fail that the builder had installed (basically junk windows on an above average price home), windows were leaking and frames turning yellow. So upon receiving a mailer from Anderson Windows we called them and had them give us a bid. My wife and I about fell over when they provided us with a bid that was nearly 1/3rd the cost of our home. I guess that explains why they have all those radio spots and print advertisements. So we then contacted Champion and a similar shock came over us with their prices being about 1/4th the cost of our home. At this point my wife and I were concerned that we would have to take a huge second mortgage out to replace windows that honestly shouldnt have failed so soon. Then a friend of mine that is a local contractor said to give Windows America a call. Not only did they come out and explain the various types of windows they offered (in prices ranges that were far less than the others mentioned above) but the windows themselves were nearly an identical type window with respect to quality and warranty as those of Anderson and Champion. So we placed the order and waited for the installation date. The installers that Windows America use are top notch. They are very clean and make every effort to leave your home in the same condition it was in prior to arriving. I would also like to mention that during the process we ran into a couple issues that were very uncommon but concerning, however, Clyde Lundeen the owner of Windows America was readily available to discuss, provide solutions and is one of the most honorable business men I have come across and believe me you dont find a lot of them in the constructions trade industry. I have worked in and with installers and building material providers for years. Not only did Clyde take it upon himself to personally handle the matter, he ensured that we were satisfied with the end product and service and honestly went out of his way to ensure we were happy. I rarely if ever provide reviews for products or services as typically they are just avg or below avg and require my effort to finish or fix but not in this case. As such, I would highly recommend Windows America to anyone looking to replace their windows, doors etc.... Clyde and his team will make sure your happy and the products you receive will match those in quality, warranty and installation of any other competitor in this space but a much more reasonable price.
