Dont go here after 4 pm apparently that is not enough time to cut 30 ft of 2/0 triplex. What a joke of a company!

I just called to try to find a VFD for a 3 phase motor control. The guy on the phone didnt even try to discuss, just immediately said he couldnt help much because he doesnt know about those kind of things. I asked if theres anyone who does know, he said to call back next week and ask for George. This is no help to wait 3 more days just to find out if they have this product or can get it. I can get one on the way from Amazon today, probably have it by the time George is available.

Not really helpful, but understand their view of not giving out electrical advice due to liabilities and lawsuits. Some homeowners do need a little guidance(help), which they cannot do. I will figure it out on my own. Thanks for nothin.
