Pam’s friendliness floats all around her—-sweet lady and beautiful smile!! Steve is friendly & doesn’t mind helping customers despite the weather. I’m coming this location from now on… Should I say anything else to convince you?

I really like Tractor Supply but this store has always let me down. They dont have the same inventory as other stores and the customer service is not willing to help you find answers.The last straw was when they canceled my in-store pickup up order. I would be fine with if they said that there wasnt enough inventory but they had the audacity to lie that I called to cancel the order.Save yourself a trip and shop at the Lafayette store.

Bought a 40 gallon pull behind sprayer. Got the unit home and began testing as recommended per instructions. Looking over the unit find that unit was not properly hooked up with the hoses. Reached out to the store manager Britney, she informed me the pull was stolen and that a pump from the store was put on. I inquired why wasn’t it hooked up properly and tested to ensure the $730 sprayer was going to work properly. She had no response other than bring it in and they can piece it together with parts on the store. Drove 30 minutes back to the store, the person who tried to help me was frazzled as it’s obvious they are understaffed and very busy. After waiting 30 minutes to find the parts they did not have them. I returned the sprayer. The lack of customer service and consideration from the manager was appalling. I will not return to TSC, I have wasted 3 hours total of my day today for what I thought would be a high quality purchase to get what I paid for. Buyers beware.

Be wary of any purchase from this store . I have bought many items over the years and needed a part for a atv sprayer . Went in store to try and get help finding part . This item has no model # anywhere on product . Pam Thomas ( manager ) told they only support products that are available in store and would not help me . She said they have 1 person who could do any special order and I was to google and find item but without a model # I have no chance . She told me she didn’t care if I was happy or ever shopped at her store . The corporate side was a bit more helpful and have spent hrs but now have part ordered . Thanks for not helping me at the store level .

Called to see if they had hay and a gentleman was very nice over the phone actually went out to see and they had 3 bales. We go in MAYBE 30-40 minutes after we called and get to the front and told the cashier we had called a bit ago about hay and she insisted they had been our for a week. When we were there no one bothered to go look outside. We went out where they keep the hay and had found the three bales the gentleman said they had. So I went back up front and told her the three bales we called about were still there and that we would like to buy them. She kept insisting they were out. I also went to the back area where they keep feed and the cashier mustve been talking over their radios but a worker or the manager yelled we have no hay very loud. At that point I just laughed and went up front to purchase the three bales. Had it not been 8:00pm I wouldve went and bought hay somewhere else. Also, they are always out of calf replacement milk.. ALWAYS. You would think they would know when calving season is and prepare.... This store is just overall horrible.

The helpers there are very friendly, plus they know how to help.. not keep asking you do you need help!

The first time buying at TSC

Went here to buy a dozen or more 2 cu ft of Miracle Grow All purpose garden soil but front display pallet was empty so we proceeded to garden area and sought help from (sorry for not catching her name, not being prejudice either, she was only employee in garden area of store).African American associate to check backstock but instead she gave us an attitude like we were disrupting what she was previously doing then snottily told us everything we have is up front.So we headed out when the cashier caught us, asked if we needed help, we explained, she called to all employees on the in-store radio and was told exactly what we were told by garden area associate however as we were leaving the parking lot farthest area of parking lot sits 12-15 shrinkwrapped pallets of garden soil including the advertised item we were planning to buy.... that no one offered to retrieve or look to see if it was there....SO long story short I will not return to this store for future purchases.We, instead, went to Brighton Lowes found the exact item where they price matched and also gave us the husbands military discount too.

Store manager is out of control, thinks the on line store and in store are two separate companies, could not take off the shelf the EXACT same product and price I ordered and said it did not come in therefore you have to wait until it does come in Basically started yelling at me that I had to pay for it if I take it off the shelf, she would not even look at the email saying it was received just ranted about two separate companies. Dont shop here, and dont ever do an online order and pick up at this store!!!

Almost the worst service Ive ever had at this store, this one girl has no motivation and doesnt know how to do her job, she couldnt make a pallet for us and it took them 30 minutes to get our pallet ready.

Very nice people we went there the other day to get some tools to fix up my grandpa‘s lawnmower that he lended to us because ours was broken so we went to the tractor supply down the street from our house we got the parts came home we couldn’t really fix it so he brought it to tractor supply and they fixed it right up for us so that is a reason that I think you guys should shop at tractor supply

Ameture hour! Employees have no idea what they are doing!Called to see if a product was in stock. I was told yes and that they could not hold it. I told them I was over an hour away and they said it would be there when I got there.When I arrived their inventory said it was in stock but they could not find it in the store. One employee became extremely rude when I told her to get their inventory straight as to not waste peoples time.

I always find what Im looking for and more.

I needed a pair of blades for my Craftsman riding lawnmower. Home Depot did not carry. I called Tractor Supply to save myself a trip. The lady that answered understood what I was looking for and answered my questions quickly, accurately and courteously. She confirmed that blades with a 5 point star connection were in stock so I made the trip to the store. When I walked in the door with my lawn mower blade in hand she greeted me and said I was the one you talked to.! I was so surprised to be greeted and then to be recognized I didnt understand her at first. Then she repeated and led me directly to the blades I needed. I purchased two blades for significantly less that I was anticipating to pay. The blades fit perfectly and Im back to mowing my acre lot. YAY! Thank You Tractor Supply for employing competent and kind employees and for your reasonable prices. XOXO

Staff needs better training. I ordered an item online on Black Friday and opted to pick it up at the store. It was delivered to the store a week later according to the tracking. The emails you receive specifically say to wait to pick it up until you receive an email saying so, the Arrived/Delivered email isnt enough. So I waited about a week and called the store to ask when I could pick it up. I was told it hasnt arrived, nobody knows whats going on, and that I should wait for the confusing emails to say to come pick it up. So I wait almost another 3 weeks and just drop by the store to see if I can pick it up. I walk in and ask about it, saying that Ive called and been patiently waiting for an email, and am greeted with a snooty Weve been waiting, nobody has called about it and I have no control over the emails. The employee takes me back to a computer to sign for it and they start tapping away at their computer and my phone buzzes with an email from Tractor Supply saying my order is ready for pick up. No, that isnt coincidence. They dont know that they have work on their end to have the emails sent out so customers can come pick up their orders.Reason for two stars and not one is that the guy in the back running the fork lift was pleasant to work with. If not for him, this would be a 1-star review.

Worst Customer Service ever. Store manager Brittiani is beyond rude & unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone ever shop this store. We purchased a trailer 5 months ago. At the time of purchase the store had only 1 employee that could handle trailer sales. When I went to get the title work done the could not processes it because the MSO had already been assigned 3 times. They did not include proper sales tax information, & failed to put the vin on a form. I was given the paperwork to take back & was told to give them specific instructions on what to correct, along with a letter. Brittiani wouldnt even give me a chance to explain what all was wrong. She told my I needed to calm down, when I was not even upset. When we pointed out that we had wanted to purchase a new trailer & were not happy to figure out the we actually purchased a previously owned unit for more than it was originally sold for, she claimed that the unit was not sold. She stated that the first purchaser had to return the unit because his Grandfather died. The problem with that is Brittiani was not the 1 & only person in this store that could do the trailer sales at that time. It has only been since the time we purchased in June of 2020 that a 2nd person was trained to do the Motor Vehicle Sales for the store & that is what Utility Trailers are considered . I had to actually ask this Manager to look me in the eye while I was trying to speak to her. I had to go ask another Employee for the name of the District Manager because Brittiani wouldnt give me that name. Then her & another customer accused me of being rude to her & the first store employee I spoke with. However the other store employees I apologized to in the event that they felt I had been rude disagreed, & didnt feel I had been rude to them at all. Brittiani should be fired & has no business working in customer service. However every other Employee that was in the store in Brighton on 11-16-2020 at or around 11:30am-12:00pm was very nice & tried to be helpful.

Exactly what we needed. We were searching for a small stock tank to convert to a planter and they all bunches of sizes available.

You know this store is located in Brighton and its not busy out here.... I work everyday and my rig is located outside the city. Well I need items and tools before I head out for the day. I am also a supervisor for a drilling company. Well after being rejected at the store because its senior citizens when the store was clearly dead... I will no longer be using tractor supply personally or for work along with all the people I manage. Also I waited 15 mins for the store to open. This is ridiculous when things are opening back up and the store was dead. Forced me to home Depot. And thats where I will go for now on.

Customer service is always so nice, And they dont stomp on my rights. They keep their shelves stocked well.

Excellent customer service. The Employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is fresh and bright. Very organized and clean. They may be a little pricey on some items but I think the customer service makes up for that.

Hours are incorrect, they say they are open at 8am but the store will never be open this early, don’t bother showing up until 8:30 or whenever the employees get around to actually opening the store.

Good stuff but so forever out of what I need! Mostly sprayer and farm stuff. I ran a farm supply for 10 years and know that they could do better keeping supplies.

This used to be my go to place. Anymore it seems like their employees barley know what they are doing(aside from a couple). And they can NEVER keep their brand of dog food on the shelf. I have to do a rain check just to ensure they order enough. Really hope they get their s... together

Beats the other local big box stores. Has ranch and farm equipment that you cant find at Home Depot or Lowes or would have to travel way outta the way to find. Good prices and always has sales. You can also find fun random items for the kiddos, home decor, and even snacks.

The people are very nice and corgile. Nice and clean very helpful.

One of the only aces in the area I can find salt blocks.

The Brighton Colorado is by far the best Tractor Supply. The store Manager, Dan makes it the best store Tractor Supply has. Dan goes out of his way to help any customer and also takes the time to great you with a smile and hello no matter how his day has been, Dan will research feeds or other products to make sure you are getting what you need.

This place has a friendly helpful staff and not only did they have the part I needed for my riding lawnmower, the price was right. Thank you tractor supply I looked all over the place I will just have to make you my first stop next time I need something.

I always feel like a kid in a candy store here. So many supplies for so many different honey do lists. Im not usually allowed to shop on my own as the cart fills up fast. But this also happens when my wife is with me. Great for the urban farmer.

We went to buy my Nephew the Coleman dirtbike. We had the bike assembled at the store, my husband asked the girl (Britney at Customer Service) that helped us a question and she was very rude with her answer, my husband wanted to know if we needed some special oil for the bike, all she had to say is let me look, or let me check for you not the owner manual will tell you, amongst other things, I think yall need to spend a little money on training your employees on customer courtesy training. We have gone in a few times and dealt with her unprofessionel attitude. We do alot of business with yall .

I have never been to a tractor supply and I dont know what I was expecting exactly but I have to say the customer service here is top notch much better then many high dollar venues Ive had the unfortunate displeasure of having shopped at. There were many things Ive never seen or heard of before at tractor supply and noone made fun, or in any way made me feel as odd man out. I appreciated learning new things today and will def be back

My daughter & I stopped by Thursday Sept.5 for horse spray. Made a few more stops before returning home when we realized the horse spray had leaked out all over by back floor. I immediately called the store and the lady said come back in with receipt, which was in the bag, all smeared from spray. I returned Sunday only to be treated very rudely by Cami! She snickered under her breath when telling her what happened and treated me as I was lying. Wont return to Brighton store to be treated so rudely!!!

I just wasted 45 minutes here. I have an old travel trailer. Im doing the bearings. The general consensus is that cleaning old bearings is a pain, and a little leftover dust can foul things up rather seriously, so its best to just get new ones. I also know that at least one seal needs replacing, so I wanted to get kits with the seals and just replace them all. OReilly helped me find a part number, but didnt have them in stock, so they suggested Tractor Supply. I brought the bearing and the part number for the seal in, looked around a bit (someone said, hello, then turned his back; otherwise, no one spoke to me). The parts were not the same brand, so wouldnt have the same part number. I asked for help. Someone said, Dan will know. How about you wait at the service desk, and hell come when hes done unloading the truck? I waited. She paged him. I waited some more. Another employee walked up, I told her what was going on and that I was waiting for Dan. She tried a Google search (I had already done it, but I appreciate her efforts), then gave up and said, Dan will know. The first employee came back, saw I was still there, paged Dan again. I waited. A third employee came up, I told her what was going on, and she said, well, we probably dont have those in stock. When she saw I was not prepared to go away, we walked over to the aisle with the bearings and she picked up a kit about the same size as the bearing in my hand. She opened it, and showed me that the part numbers didnt match. I pointed out that my part number was for a SEAL of a DIFFERENT BRAND, so of course the part number on that BEARING would not match. I also said, this looks about the right size, but I need four. She repeated, we dont have them in stock. I pointed out that there were five of them on the rack. She sighed. She suggested another company I might call (again, I appreciate the effort), then walked away to help someone else. I couldnt conscience continuing to pay my babysitter so Tractor Supply could waste my time, so I walked out.Dan, whoever you are, apparently your knowledge is indispensable. Next time, can someone else please unload the truck?

I like this place .Took my dog there to get shots during vet visit. Great place to visit and just look around. I usually get my propane bottles filled there also. They got just about anything you would need for home or farm.

Not so good, needed some help to find something but didnt get much. The online store said the item was stocked at my store, after walking up and down the aisles for 20 minutes, gave up, went to Ace Hardware, clerk showed where the items was and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I went to buy a trailer and they could not sell me one. Apparently they only sell them on certain days and I would have to to come back tomorrow to buy.

One of those businesses you really want to support but they keep getting in their own way. Staff and especially management at this location end up being their own worst enemy more often than not. Try Bomgaars just down the street first. Sometimes priced a little higher but youll skip the frustration.

The staff are very helpful. And the second Saturday of the month they allow people to bring animals in and trade and sell them in the parking lot.

The manager Dan is very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever! We have been in numerous times and have never gotten the customer service experience that they pride on! We bought a brand new power washer with the warranty plan and when we got home it didnt work! We brought it back with the receipt and he was very rude and made it seem we were an inconvenience! We will never be back to this store! He needs to take some management/customer service classes! From reading the other reviews I am not the only one feeling this way! Poor poor managed store!

Very hard to find items. I thought the store must be closing, the stock was very low or empty. Clutter everywhere, looks like boxes of stock dumped anywhere they wanted.
