I arrived to this GNC this morning to pick up a seasonal flavor of their protein shake. I went up to the door and it was locked, so I turned around and went to leave. The employee (male, red shirt) opened the door and I asked him if they were open and he replied with I guess I am now. Then proceeded to tell me they open at 11 on Sundays. I literally got there at 1057 am and according to the employee they open at 11am. Here is where my problem is- 1. I didnt ask you to open the door as I was leaving. 2. The condescending attitude from the employee about being open when I asked was uncalled for. 3. Its 3 minutes....seriously...but hey I get it. Im disappointed because I spend a lot of money at this location and the last time I went there was a female employee and a different male employee that were super friendly! But I wont return to this location.

Ive been working with the owner and team for several years, and always find them friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience initially when purchasing my items. Then I came back in to exchange a product because I wasn’t happy with the flavor, and I got attitude from the employee (same person I purchased from as well). He was rude and slightly condescending. I’m disappointed because this is the closest GNC to my house, but from now on I will be taking my business to a different GNC location.

Supper friendly crew of guys who work here always been supper helpful and always pointed me in the right direction not the expensive direction.

Always honest, helpful, and good customer service. coupons will give you a specific code at the bottom and will let you know what product it will give you the discount off. Coupons are always honored, never had a problem, if so, it has always been fixed. Overall, good place.

Buyer Beware!I went in for the GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein Amplified Ripped and tried to use the $5 coupon with my purchase, but I was told it only works if I combine it with another Pro Performance product. After not seeing any print on the coupon about restrictions, I contacted GNC and they informed me that it should have been honored. Yeah, it is only $5, but to not honor a little coupon and then try to up-sell me on another product. Disappointing.

Went to gnc for a natural solution for anxiety and the consultant Bobby was so informative and helpful he pointed me in the right direction and also gave helpful tips as well as options to try so i can find what fits me best. Prices are competitive and they seem like they genuinely want to help which is more than i can say for most pharmacies i talked to. Thanks so much guys, you definately earned a repeat customer.

Expensive but a great place to stop for vitamins
