Rude! Made me wait. No one in store. Called our several time until I thought I heard someone say just a minute. Not sure very muffled with thick accent. Once he came out he said I should have had my packages boxed and ready. Last time I dropped off an Amazon they said I shouldn’t have had it packaged. So idk about that but he was super rude. Never go there again I will go to another store instead.

This location is not a real UPS location, the individual that works there does follow UPS guidelines, many times I have tried to take back Amazon stuff, and underarmor stuff nike, it dont matter what it is he says code is no good. I feel like he is just choosing what he wants to do all the barcodes where good as I had to take them to another UPS and they accepted. The only thing I can do about this matter and is go to different locations from this point on.

One Star only because you cant choose Zero Stars. The Delivery Drivers that handle the packages here in Brighton are very crazy Drivers. The One main guy that delivers in the area around 2nd Avenue is especially Horrible. He never stops at stop signs and just coasts on through them and cuts everyone off constantly. Hes an Older White Male wearing Eyeglasses with Brown hair. Today he seen me stop at the stop sign at Mathers & 2nd Avenue and he didnt even stop, he just continued on his way as if we were in his way and didnt have rights to the road whatsoever. I had to Slam On Brakes to avoid him smashing into me and he just smiled as he cut me off and went on his merry way.

The manager is very hard to understand and not helpful, at all. Twice I have came to the location in Brighton to return a package to Amazon. The barcode on my phone was scanned and they said, we will get it out right away. The item was never returned, I was never given a receipt, nothing. The manager told me they always give a receipt, which is NOT true, nor do they ask if you want one like he said they do. I should have asked for a receipt and didnt. This is the second time this has happened and I am out the money for both returns. I would not recommend returning something at this location if you want it to make it to your destination. Both returns I did, on different times/days, it only seemed to happen when they scanned my phone and had to package the item. If you do choose this location, make sure the item you are returning is boxed up and ready to go. Maybe then you wont have a problem?

Terrible Service. Store Manager is rude and extremely hard to understand. We paid for a service that was guaranteed but because of COVID policy they don’t have to refund you. Don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting them to fulfill their end of the deal. Go somewhere else for any shipping needs!

Incredibly helpful with any questions and very customer service focused. Sures, the owner of this franchise location, has always been the absolute best to us. He greets each person with a very kind hello and leaves them with a genuine “have a good day!”. Each of his employees have always done the same. We’ve had our mailbox here for almost 3 years and trust UPS with any of our shipping needs.

This was the worst experience! Go anywhere but here. The manager doesnt speak in a dialect of English anyone can understand. I sent something over night, didnt get there and 5 times I went in and called and they didnt do anything about it. Now it is past 90 days and now they cant do anything about it. $138 down the drain. Never again.

Horrible customer service! Went in to drop off a package to be returned to SENDER older foreign male was very rude threw my package to the floor, I asked if he needed me to tape it he said no. Followed up on package and he returned it to my OLD address when it was supposed to be returned to the store! So now I have to figure out if the package is even at my old address. Never again!

This is, by far, the worst parcel service available. We had a problem with a different UPS Store previously, but I had hoped that it was only that store that was the problem. Our business paid almost $80 to have one box delivered to a school with insurance. When all of the schools we shut down for Covid-19, the package was undeliverable and was returned to the store. Not only are they requiring the full price to resend the package, but our item arrived broken. They are refusing to provide us with any refund for the broken items, which were insured. They are overpriced and refuse to work with us during the pandemic.

Im a frontline healthcare worker who came by on my lunch break on 8/3/20, in scrubs. I brought in a shadow box frame in a box that weighted 3.4lbs with box dimensions of 13x16x2. I spoke with Suresh and asked the cost to place it in another box for added protection due to the glass and to ship to FL to arrive by 8/7/20. Suresh took the shadow box out of the box I brought it in, identified it was a handmade 40th wedding anniversiary present for my parents, dropped it on the counter and then proceeded to have the most despicable sales encounter I think Ive ever expierenced. He measured the box 3 times, typed in the computer and stated it would be $77 to get it there by the 6th and package it to where the glass did not break. I told him that wasnt happening. I asked how much it would be if I kept the original box. He INSISTED the glass would break and told me Id need to sign a liability waiver if I decided to do that and said that I shouldnt do that because It would most surely break. I asked again what the cost was. He typed again...35 dollars. So he wanted to charge me 35 bucks for a box to put my already boxed frame in. He insisted the cost difference was just the change in box SIZE and that I had an oddly shaped box and it would cost more money to rebox it (what?). I asked what the cheapest mailing fee would be in the original box. He looked again and returned with $13.23 to get it there by 8/6/20 but insisted again that I didnt want that because it wasnt guaranteed delivery by the date I wanted and that it would most certainly not get there on time. Given that I really needed it there by the 9th, my lunch break was now nearly over, and I was very clearly being taken advantage of, I opted to take my chances. I paid $13.23 to ship to FL in the original box, signed the waiver and waited. What do you know. My package was indeed delivered, unbroken, at 10am on 8/6/20.Suresh wasted my entire lunch break trying to charge me exactly $63.77 in goods and services I did not want or need. Shame on you. UPS corporate will be hearing about this. Clearly stated, dont go here.

The guy was nice, but it’s a dead spot for cell phones especially at&t so you can’t pull up QR code’s to make Amazon returns. They send you out to connect to another store’s WiFi and take a screen shot. Maybe try letting your customers connect to WiFi in these cases...? Inconvenient. Probably won’t be using this store again.

Had an appointment with a notary that wasnt on time, we waited 40 minutes and within that time several customers were in the store with no masks during a state mandate.Poor communication and complacency with non-adherance to mask policy = taking our business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! Read bad reviews but I called before I went to get price ahead of time. Forget it! All I had to do it print one page for a label to ship out on regular paper. $3 to use computer and $0.16 for each page. So essentially $3.16 to print one page. Are you kidding me!? Office Depot is out of the way but worth going to.

I came into the store because I needed copies of very old photos for a photo album I was putting together for a family reunion. I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by Cam. Cam helped me painstakingly piece some pictures to paper so they could all be printed at once instead of ringing them up individually which really helped me save money! The whole ordeal took some time and not once was I displeased with the service provided by cam! This store will certainly keep getting my business.

I would recommend this store the employees are friendly they offer fax service and not to mention a notery and shredding services I didnt have tape- they taped my package for me free of charge the employee who helped me was very helpful on pricing and rates before - I decided how I wanted my package shipped out.. I have never had a bad experience at the Brighton location I can highly recommend ..

I am attaching pictures before they got shipped and after I received a pair of rare Oakley glasses hope this business would a legit manager who can answer the phone and not hide behind his employees did not have the courtesy to call back and apologized for breaking my glasses NO integrity good luck on your poor customer service.

This is the second time I have used them and my package did not make it to its destination in time for the additional money I paid to get it there in a timely manner. One package sent last minute during a Holiday and one not during Holiday.Additionally, I paid $6 for packaging and I wanted to make sure the package was wrapped correctly and in a box as what I was sending was fragile. He adamantly would not let me package it or see what he was going to package it with.Lastly, when I called to tell them my package isn’t going to make it and seek their help (you have to go through them for a refund, because they are who you purchased the shipping from) the Guy says they are closed (after he hears my story). I’m done with them, moving on.

I have done business at this UPS location for six months and the staff is helpful and friendly. They have mailed packages for me, received packages, and always provide timely notification when packages are received. I can call to see if mail has been received and am always greeted by a friendly employee. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Horrible!! Went in today to ship a guitar to California. First, cant understand a word he says! He picked the guitar up from the body without supporting the neck. I quickly grabbed it from him and told him he needs to be careful with it and handle it correctly. He laughed and asked if it was already broken. I told him NO and I dont want it broken either. He laughed again. I tried telling him 3 times I dont need a rushed delivery. Because I couldnt understand him, I think he then started giving me prices. Babble babble babble $300. Babble babble babble $290.. so I stopped him and said, are you trying to tell me its going to cost $300 to ship this? I sent 2 buggy boards from Florida to Colorado and it only cost $70. I have no clue where he came up with $300! I grabbed my guitar and went to the shipping store in Fort Luton. She charged $70 from all 3 shipping companies with added insurance! DO NOT ship from here! Hes ripping people off!

Terrible customer service - online orders arent checked regularly and go unnoticed. When you call the store, they blame it on the system being down, (this has happened to me twice (for both jobs Ive sent there, two years apart). No apology, no attempt at service recovery, no response to multiple emailed complaints...Take my advice, youll have better luck copying your own documents using craft paper and crayons.

I called to get an email address and have then print some presentations for me, but was put on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally came back, they said they wouldnt help me because they were getting ready to close. Google advertises theyre open until 6:30, i called at 5:40. They should correct their working hours with Google. They couldve made a small fortune on my print job. Too bad they didnt want my business.

The staff at this store is very knowledgeable about UPSs services! I came in because I wanted to mail some crystal figures to my aunt in ohio but had no idea how to pack them. The manager suresh was very helpful when it came to quoting me prices for packing the figures and the shipping prices are always cheaper than FED EX. I will be returning for future business transactions!

Dropped off a time sensitive medical test on the 23rd, estimated pickup date: 23rd. 3 day shipping paid. They sent it out on the 27th, wont arrive until the 29th. So almost a week! I stood in line - 1 person in front of me for 15 min while the staff talked and drank coffee. The guy being helped asked if they were hiring because it looked like they were not able to handle the work load. (His words)

I went in last night to try and ship a package to Puerto Rico. When I mentioned that I would like to overnight it (if possible - I figured that the truck was already there and loading packages), the person who was helping me handed me off to his co-worker. I had a lot of difficulty understanding this co-worker, which I mentioned (in vain - I just got looked at when I said I was having difficulty understanding him). He was telling me that if I declared more than $50 in value on the package that the recipients would have to pay at customs to receive the package. When I asked how much (so that I could maybe pay it in advance), he said he didnt know, that all countries were different, and gave an example that a camera was returned because customs to the place he shipped to refused to deliver it. Ill have to do some independent research there, but shouldnt a company that ships packages internationally be able to find that information with relative ease?Between having a difficult time understanding him, that he wasnt entering data into the computer when I was requesting estimates and additional information, and that it was half an hour to closing, I got the feeling that he didnt really want to help me get the package shipped. It could have been a language barrier, I admit, but I cant help feeling frustrated and a little disappointed. I ended up purchasing a cardboard box, and taking it and my shipment back home.I dont think Ill be returning to this location ever again, and I dont think Ill be sending this package via UPS.

Came into the store to and attempted to pay with 2 chip credit cards and they would not go thru so I canceled the transaction thinking that maybe its because this store doesnt accept the chip cards yet. Looking at my bank statements later I see that I WAS charged $19 at this store per card.... I went inside to ask for the cancelation recipet so I could file a discrepancy with the bank but the person refused to give me a receipt all he could say was I Dunno I dunno I dunno... in other words I wouldnt recommending doing business here especially when you can barely understand what they are saying in English

Need to update the review below. Very recently returned to this store, to see if there was any improvement. Was attended by suresh who made my copies on hard-stock paper, per my request, then at the cash register the cost appeared on a monitor and I handed my payment to suresh, he looked at me and after a pause he did something on the register and the cost was almost doubled. I had the distinct feeling he deliberately increased the cost on me and I felt cheated. I should have refused payment. At any rate I will take my business elsewhere next time.There used to be a manager here {I think his name was Damon} who was wonderful. He was attentive, kind, quick, knowledgeable, and offered some great suggestions. This was also true of the staff, once upon a time {with one exception, an indian/pakistani girl who was rude, condescending, didnt know what she was doing and tried to make out that you were the one with the problem}. Now, the exact opposite is true. As of 09/2016, none of the staff I became comfortable with are there, and the current manager, an indian/pakistani man, made me feel like I was imposing on his time and he was not courteous. I was the only customer in the store and wanted to copy something. He gave me the impression he would rather I didnt and seemed to be trying to talk me out of doing it. When he finally came to the copy machine, I asked for a particular type of paper. The look on his face surprised me, and convinced me that I was making him work wa-a-a-a-y too hard. He, very quickly {his entire effort on this task lasted about 15 seconds}, opened and closed {he didnt bother to actually look inside them} all of 2 cabinets and told he the store doesnt have any of that. I left. Then went to, and completed, my business at the nearest Fed-Ex store. Needless to say, I had a much different experience there. If this is the attitude of the manager, I have no doubt the rest of the staff is on the same sheet of music, or dis-chord, as the case may be. I will not return here and Fed-Ex has gained a new customer. For what its worth; another person in Brighton related to me a story of a similar experience. Granted the Fed-Ex store is a little out of the way, but the much more pleasurable experience makes it worthwhile.

I had homemade gifts to be delivered to alaska. I went to this store 12/12/15 - i knew it would cost a bit. Its alaska for petes sake. Each package (3 total) were $46-49 a piece to ship. I was a little sticker shocked considering they were just little lapghans. She also told me the post office wont be much cheaper and that they would arrive by tues 12/15. With a heavy sigh i paid for it and left. Now it is 12/18/15 I look up the tracking numbers and find the packages are sitting in Ca. They werent even shipped out of Co until mon 12/14!!!! they are not schedule to arrive until 12/22. Now with that being said. I shipped the same type of package to Tx on Mon, it arrived thurs and the cashier told me it would only cost me 30/ea to ship the others to alaska. Shame on you UPS store.

I called the store for pricing on an international shipment for the company I work for. The guy that answered the phone told me to call back in an hour. I needed the quote for the customer. I had to go to another company for the shipment. I will not go to this store nor will I call it again. I think one star is too much

The staff at this store was unwilling to print or even look up a prepaid shipping label unless I paid a service fee in addition to shipping materials that I was going to purchase. The employees seemed to care less about customers and more about sitting on their backside behind the counter. Just another reason why FedEx will remain, and always be my first choice if I have an option.
