Great art supplies, notable better company than hobby lobby. Great framing and wire hangers in my experience. Sometimes I have the best conversations with occasional store clerks at checkout asking if I paint and what. People pay terrible costs for tuition at masters of fine arts programs, in part just for this kind of connection, community, and intelligence. Thank you.

Ive been there several times with no issues but this time there seem to be a lot of stocking of shelves needed. Staff was friendly and helpful, the store was cleaning well lit.

Been shopping at this location since it opened. Associates consistently rude and treat you as an inconvenience. During my latest visit, the associate that checked me out scanned my coupon and took it off before I paid, costing me a considerable amount. Online inventory is always inaccurate and associates, of course, have no desire to help you find anything. Entire company needs to be retrained and taught proper customer service skills.

Great sales staff. I could not think of the name of the item I needed. After being articulate with my hands in trying to explain, the sales person knew exactly what I was looking for. She immediately escorted me right to the area where they could be found. Great store.

I ordered through the website for in store pick up. My item was not what I expected and wanted to return. The girl opened up another register just to help me do so instead of waiting in the check out line and I appreciated that--top notch service :)

Love this store! Prices kinda high but in line with other craft stores. Not a good place to go for sewing supplies they only have the bare minimum and no fabric at all. They have a huge selection of die cast supplies and vinyl.

Apathetic employees and disrespectful management. Take your money to Hobby Lobby instead. They actually treat people like people and not income.

Not my fav place. Always boiling hot. But they are improving on your wait time in line. But you have to basically climb over top of someone to get to a register. Need better system at checkout. Too congested.

I really like Michaels, I never leave empty handed... You can get everything from cake decorating, art supplies, jewelry making, framing, or just some awesome home decor. My only complaint is the prices are a little steep, and when I have asked a sales associate for an items location, they seem to be more or less guessing at where it is located. None the less I always enjoy my trips to Michaels.

It had just closed at 4 and I went there at 5:15pm...didnt know they had to clean due to a Clovid 19 outbreak...at the Kingsport Tennessee michaels...i went up to the michaels in Bristol Tennessee and they had everything I needed and more. It was clean and cashier all wore masks.

Michaels usually has super cool finds that I never meant to go looking for but Im so happy when I find them! Ive been making my own unique earrings with the charms Im finding and I even made a couple necklaces!

This store has so much to offer. I spent so much time looking at yarn, floral decorations, scrapbooking supplies, frames, and sewing supplies. The whole store was very organized and I loved that the clearance items were at the front of the store. The ladies were very helpful and offered assistance. The cashier was very friendly and personable. I will definitely come back.

Finally found someone working the floor. It was his first day. But he went above and beyond to help me. They need more like him.

I enjoy shopping at pet smart... It is clean and the employees are very helpful. I have 2 big dogs so I get large bags of dog food. They are always glad to help me get the bags in the buggy and then take them to the car. They are so friendly. I always get to meet a great bunch of dogs too.

Good stock and great staff at this location. I had very friendly staff help me find the correct picture frames for several pictures. The cashier was patient and helped me find my coupons on my iPhone. This seems to be a well run store.

It has great selections of many items, but it needs more staff to help customers.

I drove from johnson city to pick up some stuff I called and put on hold. They were helpful and so nice on the phone. When I got to the store I was surprised with how nice they were today also. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to go to this store.

Not much for models, bit a nice store

This place had a lot of nice things for people of various hobbies. I went in looking for Markers and it gave me all kinds of ideas of things that can be done. Loved all the little decor that they had for decorating and the color by number section and just other coloring things were amazing. Might have to start getting back into some of it because I find it so relaxing. Didnt run into any sales people other than the cashier to see how they were but the cashier was friendly so that is a plus.

It’s so nice to have this store in Bristol . The selection is great! I also appreciate their wonderful customer service. Their crafting supplies tend to be of good quality usually. I recently needed gold strands of white lights and to my surprise they had them!

Buy my wife supplies here every so often. They seem to have everything she needs and unfortunately wants. Im no artist or expert so I have trouble finding little things but the staff is friendly and approachable. The parking is easy, its around other stores we enjoy, and Michaels serves those that have a passion for arts and crafts, so I have no choice but to give them 5-Stars

Not very helpful staff in the frame department. Sale is 1/2 off there shadow box but not the raw wood. If ur going to have a sale it should be on any of them. Very disappointed in my visit. Thank goodness we finally got a Hobby lobby in our town.
