Jeff is a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He’s meticulous and takes time to pay attention to details. He was able to fix my panoramic sunroof that two dealers failed on. And he did it for about a 1/4 of the price. I can’t recommend Jeff enough. Thank you Jeff!!!

I bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis with a after market sunroof. It must of leaked bc the previous owners taped it shut with five inch gorilla tape. We found East Coast T-Top and Sunroof and discovered it was 75 miles away. After talking to Jeff we decided to take it there and let him work on it. We couldnt be happier with his work. Alright, so my experience was a bit out of the ordinary due to the issue my vehicle was having with the sunroof. I own a Mini Cooper S (subsidiary of BMW). My sunroof was stuck in an open position, and I took it to 2 body shops and 3 Mini/BMW dealerships. NOBODY knew what was wrong with it. Until I found Jeff at East Coast T-Top and Sunroof. He had my car in for two full days, stripped it down, and meticulously searched for any signs of why the sunroof wasn’t operating correctly. I was starting to lose hope and he calls me with the great news that it now sits closed and doesn’t leak any water! By far the best service I’ve ever received, and the most knowledgeable tech I’ve ever spoken to. He’s run this shop since before I was born, and you can tell that he knows his stuff. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t take your problematic sunroofs to him; as you will be overcharged and unsatisfied anywhere else you go. I work at a car dealership and we actually refer our customers to him when they’re having sunroof issues! Keep up the amazing work Jeff!

I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla that was bought used, however, when I bought it they didn’t tell me sunroof was installed aftermarket. If I had known that I wouldn’t have bought it, after having the car for about a year and a half my sunroof started leaking in the four corners. I took it back to the dealer where I bought it to have it looked that, they told me my drains were clogged, okay fine that’s understandable. Not even 3 months later same thing, but worse like there was a puddle on my leather seat, took it to a different dealer and was told about the after market installment. I was FURIOUS. After looking around I found Jeff from East Coast T-Top called him up he got me in fast and fixed it without costing me an arm and a leg, definitely cared about me and my car and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back if any other issues a raise with an after market and will refer anyone who has issues! Great job and thank you so much!

Jeff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in the sunroof repair area. My schedule is really tough to drop my car off and needing it back ASAP. He was able to fit me in that same week AND get the part in as well. My car was completed and everything before the weekend. A get-over artist. Will lie about you needing a new track for your roof when they dont go bad.Doesnt do a professional job and will destroy your interior with poor service.

East Coast T-Top is so good that we were willing to drive over an hour to have them fix my wifes moon roof. I dont know how they do it, but theyre able to make repairs in half the time of the dealership and at a fraction of the price. Ive dealt with a lot of mechanics who always claim they dont bs you, but Jeff is seriously the 1st one Ive met that is telling the truth. He was up front on cost & expectations and then he ended up beating both. I would highly recommend East Coast to anyone. Even if theyre booked up, its definitely worth the wait.
