Absolutely wonderful experience there was alot to choose from and the man that help us was awesome. He took his time explaining everything he really went out of his way to make sure we got the best of the best. Anyone looking for a mattress I would highly recommend mattress firm without a doubt.

Jake, the service representative that assisted us with getting new beds was congenial and helped us find the right beds and bases! He went out of his way to really make sure we got the right beds! He’s not from State Farm, but this gentleman is like a good neighbor!

My husband and I were mattress shopping and decided to go to Mattress Firm. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Jake. He was extremely nice and very helpful. I have an issue with pushy salespeople so I expected the same here. I was ready to give my “I’ll let you know when I need something speech” when Jake said “ have a look around, lay on all the mattresses and let me know if you need anything or have questions”. At this point I knew we were going to get along fine. He stayed near enough to answer questions but not too close for comfort. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all the questions we had. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and base. We had already done our homework and found their prices to be very reasonable. I would definitely recommend going there to shop and buy!! Go see Jake!! He’s great!

Im giving a 5 star review because the salesman (Paul) we were greeted by on the second trip back was very helpful, and at the desk. He had all information we needed and gave personal insight to our purchase. We even purchased a mattress protector. The first salesman was helpful, however we (My wife and 3 year old son) were in the store for atleast 10 min browsing and laying on mattresses with no signs of life anywhere! Someone could have easily made off with a few mattresses or possibly cleaned the place out and it would have only been caught on camera. Altogether the experience was good, dont expect to see many mattresses here at all below $1,000. A couple here and there at $899 and $999 but only a few. Overall a good experience.

I ordered a mattress pad warmer and apparently was sent a mattress pad cover for a Christmas gift for a family member. Mattress Firm employee Jake at the Exit 7 store in Bristol, Virginia was great to quickly find me bed sheet replacement items for the incorrect item shipped to me without any additional cost. Further, Matrrss Firm told me to keep the incorrect item shipped to me and use it as a backup mattress pad protector. I was very impressed how quick they found my order in the computer and how easily they arranged a replacement item. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous enough to allow my wife and me plenty of time to try out different mattresses. We ended up getting a great deal on a beautyrest black hybrid king mattress. We also bought the matching pillows and a mattress cover. The salesman coordinated delivery of the mattress with the furniture company that was delivering our new bedroom furniture, which was very nice and stress free. The delivery guys were prompt and very professional. We’ve been sleeping on the mattress for two weeks and we are very pleased with our choice.

I did not know that deals this good still existed. You can actually walk into this store, be met by a competent, courteous, knowledgeable individual who doesnt pressure or otherwise goad you, and you can leave with an amazingly high quality mattress at a fraction of the price that you would find anywhere else. Then, just to make the whole experience even more unbelievable, they are giving away FREE adjustable bases. Mr. Tim Bowman was our sales representative, and he knows his products - as well as some fairly interesting info about mattresses in general - Ill let him explain why you need a new mattress if it has been more than 10 years. Since we have gotten this mattress various muscular/skeletal ailments have just evaporated. Go see him! Best move weve made in quite a while!
