I drove 45 minutes just to shop at yankee candle..had looked at website and I get there and its closed. It was 300pm on Sunday and no note saying why..nothing so disappointed

Store setup is nice. Ive loved Yankee Candle for years. The employees didnt seem to care much about the customers. They tried to talk me out of my return over a candle that had no smell because I hadnt burned it down the full amount but after 2 and a half hours of burning, you can definitely tell when a candle isnt going to have the scent you like or the strong scent its supposed to. Kindve rude to me over the fact it was a scent that was carried online and not in store by asking Well where did you get this from because we dont have this in store. Probably will save my time and just go to the Johnson city Yankee from now on.

Very pleasant young ladies working today. The store was very clean. That means a lot to me. Dirty looking stores dont get my business.
