I knew what I wanted, already test drove it, and went through Costco which put me in touch with Crowley. Lawanda helped us and made the purchase easy and painless, we were coming from 1hr away, I was able to price it, provide down payment and documentation all from home and drive to the dealership once to pickup vehicle and sign paperwork. Unfortunately I cant use them for vehicle service because we live so far away, but happy we purchased the car from them.
The team took the time to look into my warranty and updated my invoice to reflect covered parts which ended up saving me from paying for parts which were covered with my gold warranty package. Thanks again

This is truly a dealership that cares about making its customers happy! I just bought a car there this week, and they went above and beyond (and then some!) to make it a great experience. Found my dream car at Crowley--it had everything I wanted, and also features I didnt know I wanted! We worked with Justin in sales, and he walked us through everything we needed to know, took us on a great test drive, and was very patient while we looked at every inch of the car. When we crunched the numbers, the price that they gave me for my trade-in, as well as the price of the new car, were both incredibly fair and fit with the number I was hoping to pay per month with my down payment. Harvey did our finance paperwork and was fantastic, explaining everything clearly and even staying late to help us finish up. We had a stain issue on one of the seats that ended up being much more stubborn than any of us expected. But Justin handled it immediately and without question, despite us showing up next day unannounced and in a panic. He was incredibly patient and understanding, and that day my car was in with Justin, the head of the detailing department, for a more in-depth cleaning. He was amazing as well, and did SUCH a wonderful job! The end result was spotless and looked brand new, and I am so incredibly happy! Hello! I didnt service our vehicle yesterday. I did however purchase a 2018 Rogue for my wife and in which we picked up yesterday.Justin Morin took care of our visit on Tuesday. He was so friendly and helpful, He answered all our questions and he went over the details of the car so we could understand and went over all the functions in the car so my wife could understand all the tech functions and how they work.Also, all staff completely helpful and friendly.
Appt booked for oil change and recall item on a Sat asked how long, told a couple hours. Showed up Sat to be told the person to do the recall is bit there sorry to turn you away the scheduler is new youll have to come during the week. I live 30 min away. The communication isnt the best that needs to improve. All else seems to be fine.

This is my first time buying a car and on my own. Dana and Kate made everything as smooth as possible. Breaking down and explaining everything to me, and answering all my questions. Not only that when it came time to put my new car onto my insurance, Dana didnt like the amount I was given and he worked on getting me a newer policy at a cheaper price.

Crowley did everything we asked that other dealers couldnt do. Gave us a price on a vehicle that they didnt have, located it in a matter of few days, and stuck to the price. Didnt try to sell us a product we didnt need. They worked hard with the bank which delayed our wire transfer 2wks. I would recommend. They can likely find what you need.

Due to an accident and my old car being totaled, I needed to find a new car rather quickly. I made an appointmet online and sent some of the cars I was interested over. The same night, Lawanda called to confirm my appointment and when I went in, everything was pretty quick and simple. Test driving was easy, Lawanda was friendly and informative, and I ended up purchasing a 2018 Rogue Sport. First time at the service department. We just moved to the area. They don’t have a drive in service center so you have to park the car somewhere but once you go inside you are great at nicely and professionally. All expectations were explained as well as future recommendations of service. My Nissan one to one service points didn’t transfer from my old dealership but they were nice enough to give me a discount off of the bill and start me off on their program. All in all it was a good experience and everyone is very friendly. Good wait time as well. Thanks!

My daughter, a teacher in the area, has a brand new lease. 2020 Nissan Sentra. 3 times she had to bring it in for service because the car has stopped automatically in the middle of the road for no reason. It seems as though this is due to faulty sensors. All 3 times Crowley Nissan in Bristol can find nothing wrong. My daughter made a formal complaint to the Nissan leasing company and now she is told she must wait an entire week before they can decide if they should give her a different car for her lease. What if they say they will not? I would expect a new car immediately. So now, there seems to be no value for her life as 3 times, in the middle of busy roads her car automatically slammed on the brakes. Will Nissan wait for her death in a tragic accident? I will not have her drive this car any longer. Nissan must replace her car for her safety.

I did a lot of research and comparing when leasing our new 2021 Nissan Rogue. I visited three different dealerships in the surrounding towns and ultimately gave my business to Crowley. A dealership much closer to my home had my business for the last ten years, but I feel like they took that for granted. It was my first time visiting Crowley, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome I received when I walked in. Our sales representative, Harvey, went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. He took the time to explain the new features of the redesigned Rogue before I test drove it, which other dealers didnt bother doing. He also worked with me over the phone after my initial visit - something, not all dealerships will do. If you are looking for a vehicle, even if it isnt a Nissan, I highly recommend seeing Harvey at Crowley!

Service is friendly. But lately, I found the cost went up quite a bit but the quality is not there. I had four premium Michellen tires put in 2018 with only 28 K mileage since. when I had my oil change the other day. I was told two things: 1) Air filter replacement cost about $70 each for the engine and cabin; 2) All my four tires need to be replaced immediately and provided me a nice quote for tire replacement service performed at the dealership. I declined the second one and stated that I need to do some research since I know I just had it replaced in 2018 and with Pandemic 2020, we did not drive this car too much. The first one, I learned it is a mistake, should only take me 10 minutes to replace the engine air filter if I bought a air filter part that cost no more than $20 . So I will remind myself to do it myself in the future. I checked other dealer, that service only charges me about half of the price(~$30).For the tires replacement, I went to Costco and ask them to give me a quote to replace all 4 tires. They took a look at my tires, measured it and stated that the tires data shows I bought should have another half life to go(at least a year, normally should be two years with only 12 K miles we put on this car each year in average). I am so surprised. Costco even suggest me not to purchase a new one with them. I tested the car in snowy days and find the car tires is still functional as normal and dont see any particular worn on my tires. On the other hand, I am also suspect the inspection quality from the dealer ship work. Why they gave me such totally different result?

Treated first class Stephanie took care of everything from trade in to getting auto insurance. All the paperwork was ready when we got there. In and out in 1/2 hour best purchase ever.

Ive been a Crowley customer since 2004. My first car I purchased from them was a 2003 Altima 3.5. I bought it used with only 10k miles. That was a great experience. I had an extended warranty that allowed for lifetime oil changes and until I traded the car in last month....I was still receiving free oil changes. Not bad for owning a 15 year old car. It was still in great shape with no rust, but it was getting tired so it was time to move on (reluctantly).My wife and I decided we wanted to buy a used 2016 or 2017 Maxima. We stopped into Crowley on a Saturday in late October. Jose was our sales guy and he was great - he was clear in all his explanations and we never felt pressured. We took a 2017 model out for a test drive and instantly fell in love. We also found that buying lightly used like I usually do didnt make financial sense. We were happy with how much they came below MSRP, so we decided to go the new route and have no regrets. The car drives like a dream.Our car even came with floor mats, trunk mat and splash guards. We didnt feel nickel and dimed at all. One note about the splash guards - I initially didnt think my car had them. After requesting them from the dealership they said they were already on. I went to Nissans website to confirm that they were indeed installed. Personally, I dont feel they provide much protection at all (they hardly bump or extend out from the car). Debris/water/mud still comes up the side of the car. I may look into aftermarket guards, not sure yet. This is not a criticism of Crowley, but Nissan....and minor one at that.So in the end weve been happy Crowley customers for over 13 years and look forward to many more!
My daughter worked hard to save 10K for her first car. The salesman told her it was an all wheel drive. When she brought it to the service department, they asked who told her it was all wheel drive. The car is front wheel drive only.The dealership did supply two free snow tires as compensation.
David the sales person was great. Really went above and beyond with my new car. First time at Crowley’s but the experience was great. They worked with my schedule and made sure I was satisfied. David was easy to work with and made the process so much easier. Definitely will recommend them!
The worst dealership ever, leased a car from them the salesperson was nice but a new employee so he had the manager Wayne help out. We were quoted and agreed on a price for a rouge and i put down a deposit, the polish lady behind the window doing the sales and service was super rude, I said hi and she snatched my credit card from my hand and didn’t even look at me. I guess she was upset I made her work until the last minute of her hours. Even the sales person realized how rude she was and told the manager who shrugged it off. I should have just taken my business elsewhere from that rude encounter but I was in need of a car. Few weeks later I went to pick up my car the insurance was already transferred from the old lease to the new one, license plates changed. Went into the finance office and was met by some bad news, apparently my credit score had dropped a lot by a one time late payment on my old lease! So I wasn’t going to get the car I had put a deposit on for the price I was promised, it would cost me 50 dollars extra a month!! I was super mad and asked why I wasn’t called and told this before everything was switched, the finance girl who is the grandchild of owner said it’s against policy for the sales people to know my credit score which is why they didn’t tell me! Anyways I argued a bit but am still paying 30 dollars over than what I was told!! Never went back there for service or anything! Nothing but snakes!!!go anywhere else

The entire staff took great measures for safety, checking temperature, wearing masks, and not shaking hands. The paperwork was exactly the same as promised, and our Pathfinder was even prettier in person!For us, buying a car isnt just looking for the right car, it is looking for the right place to buy it. I had an oil change scheduled for my car, when i got there o was made aware that a recall could also be fixed while i waited. I was able to sit outside and my car was finished in a reasonable amount of time with no problems.

This is Ram - I have purchased Nissan Rogue SV AWD in last week of July 2020 and signed for extended warranty. But on 8/4 I have decided to cancel as that product is not worth. I was informed that it will be credited back in my account within 6-8 weeks. As of today 12/2/20 after numerous follow ups nothing happened. Pretty poor customer response. I would not return back to this dealer here again. Beware of their attitude and poor service.Update : Got an immediate call back from Mr. Wayne and got my issue resolved. Thank you.
