Needed a new phone when mine broke and the manager, Keisha was great. She seamlessly transferred everything to the new phone and saved me money on a new plan. She was very accommodating toward my wishes and preferences, while still giving me her best recommendations. Great experience!

I live in Tucson, Az and before I left home I purchased a new phone at Best Buy in Tucson, but they were basically rude at the best buy in Tucson and told me thatvthey didnt have a screen saver or case for my new phone ...they never even looked . How nice to walk in a store over 2 thousand miles away in Connecticut to be taken care of immediately by a very caring and knowledgeable young man . He found in-stock exactly what I was looking for and even cleaned my screen and installed the new cover and case fast and it fit perfectly just like he is a perfectly fit employee for Russell Cellular 😀 Excellent experience and very professional staff !

This week I upgraded and purchased new phones for my family. Aaron spend a lot of time ensuring that we were on the correct plan educating me on discounts that were available and providing and a possible sale prices to our new equipment. He also followed up with me to ensure that all of the fans were working correctly after we left the store. My name is Kathleen and I am using my husbands phone right now because the Manager Aaron who is always helpful and full of jokes anyways he is charging my phone just to make sure its back up and running super nice!..He helped me in so many ways today that he didnt have to ..We just lost our dog all my pictures of him recently are on there along with our kids and Christmas morning ect..Honesty that is all important BUT if I didnt have those pictures of my dog because I never used the cloud which now will SWEAR by I would be broken for the rest of my life ..He didnt have to help me the way he did today I could of just sent it in but AGAIN THIS MAN GOES OUT OF HIS WAY FOR MY FAMILY! I’ve been coming to this store since it opened. I actually worked at this store myself for a few years. I haven’t been employed by the company for almost a year now, but I give credit where it’s due. Juan has helped me every time I’ve been in and has been AMAZING. Whether he’s on hold trying to fix something for me or just listening to me talk about how things were while I was an employee, he has NEVER once been anything but helpful and polite.! Even when things don’t go exactly how I expected and it’s obvious I’m upset, he’s always sympathetic and asks if there’s anything else he could do. He is most definitely an asset to the company and (besides Keisha) he is the only one I will see for help when needed. I’ve had a few “not so great” experiences since I have left but Juan and Keisha are the reasons why I’ll continue to go back and the reason why I give 5 stars.

Found Kevin’s service to be disturbing. I own a business myself. His strong odor of pot was distracting, and he admitted to being a bit unprepared with knowledge of promotions they are running. Begged me to buy all kinds of things I don’t need an kept saying there were fake promotions, I had to check with another store. Fair warning to any Verizon goers: WATCH OUT FOR KEVIN AT THIS LOCATION. He is making a mockery of Verizon Wireless and all those involved with the company. In all my years of dealing with retail salesmen, I have never experienced a lack of professionalism quite like what I experienced with Kevin at this location. Kevin showed pure ignorance and or lack of care from top to bottom while I was in the store. From inaccurate price offerings, to a frankly sloppy presentation of “uniform”, Kevin was terrible. The only positive thing I can say about this location is that the other representatives seemed to be knowledgable and respectful from what I could gather. In the future I will know better than to even allow myself to be sat with kevin, and I recommend anyone reading to do the same.

Ive always been treated politely by Kevin & was only once made uncomfortable hearing him say rude things about Kiesha. I saw no clues of shady practices by him but that all does sound off putting. Just deal with Kiesha instead

(just to be sure, the pixel 2 xl phone was a one off bad apple - no pun 😊, the phone and the Android OS is seriously next gen. Amazing piece of machine, esp when the price is just right).Jessica is the kind of employee that would bring repeat customers to any business she works for. Keisha gave me exceptional service throughout my stressful process of making a claim. Did everything in her power to make sure it went thru.
