Why does my ice cream need more ice? I know my Sheetz ice cream is not being hand churned at 4am.Even carefully hidden at the bottom of the cup… yeah. I’ll skip the made to order food from now on. Total waste of money.Should have known better. My orders are almost always wrong, leaving food out snd never just making it right without a debate - I have to prove every time they made the mistake. Sorry, but needing a manager to review footage over a missing white chocolate dip is lunacy. Some of us don’t have time or money for overpaid trash staff to make careless mistakes and take 20 minutes to track down a $0.40 item.Overpaid bottom tier managers and staff. If other places were open this late, Exit 5 Sheetz would be closed in a month.Pandemic profiteering company. Shame on you and your staff minus one kind gentleman that doesn’t act like I’ve interpreted his $15/hr ride the clock task of a life time. When’s the last time you didn’t have to wait for a cashier to finally sell you a RedBull? Never a fast n easy experience here.Every gas station ever gets it right except this one. Man you just gotta love Sheetz. Quality coffee, great snacks and drinks and all the made to order food is yummy. Always a friendly staff. Its the Target of convenience stores. You can get a fried egg on your burger. Just saying. Its amazing.

The food that can be ordered at the mobile kiosks to the right as you walk into the deli area is amazing and so cheap for what you get! I dont life too close so I cant eat there enough. Also there is so much to choose to from-the menu seems nevereverending. Prices on the rest are also decent, especially with a My Sheetz card to of get discounts. Love it.

Very clean and modern. Sheetz has a good selection of items across the board. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. The kitchen they have isnt half bad either if you want something made fresh for you. You wont be disappointed in this Sheetz.

They have free air!! Open all day and night. Large variety of products not typically found in other stores in the same category. They serve hit food from A deli. Its made fresh and delicious. Lots of coffee and beverage choices

My wife & i stopped in to get some road goodies & smokes but the very rude evidently manager/cashier wouldnt sell us anything due 2 my wifes brand new state issued ID which is 2 days old but the state does not print hard cards at the dmv anymore ??!! Bad business right there !

Sheetz is probably the best gas station chain we frequent in our traveling. Always have a large selection of items and the MTO menu is really good. Bathrooms are always clean. While each store has different things it always had something for us. Gas prices are usually the best around which makes it an even better draw. While this one is new and they occasionally run out of things they are still hard to beat.

Really clean, and efficient. Last Sheetz heading South on 81 so you kind of HAVE to stop here. Theres nothing in the South that can compare to it

If we are traveling anywhere we will go out of our way to stop to a sheetz. For the most part they are always clean and friendly and fast! This one in particular I have never had even the slightest indecent experience there. Always great!

Very clean and well keep store with very polite employees. Store offers a nice variety of things that one would want to see in a gas station. Gas prices are very good and the discount with the member card makes it even nicer.

For a gas station, Sheetz goes the extra mile. Open 24/7 with a restaurant with some pretty decent food, with a large selection of snacks and drinks on the inside. The gas is also very well priced.

Arguably one of the best Sheetz I have ever been too. Clean, service with a smile, and as always the coffee top notch. I will stop again when traveling through the area.

Definitely need a Sheetz in Ooltewah Tennessee! My husband loves this place as he works on the road. He can get healthier options than in other places. Which is a definite plus for a diabetic.

BE CAREFUL. Pump No. 1 jas a credit card reader on it. I had my CC info stolen within 2 hours of using that pump. Tried calling the Sheetz to let them know but no one ever picked up. Very clean & great customer service, but be careful using your CC at the pump

People are always great. The store and restrooms are clean. Every time I shop at Sheetz the staff is very courteous and willing to take care of their customers.

Restroom was pretty clean. Good selection of snacks. Ordered an iced latte from the espresso bar, but it tasted more like one of the cappuccino slushy machine drinks.

Usually get my gas here with my sheets card. Great discount on gas & earn rewards on other items. Have good MTO food but sometimes gets your order wrong. Some of the employees are rude. But overall great store to stop in & grab what you need. Try their edible cookie dough just wish they had it in larger size like they had when they first opened.

We always stop here when were around. It has a big selection of food and good prices. It even has a lot of healthy options. And different kinds of slushies which the kids love. They always mix every color into one cup. The gas is always cheaper here than other places too. Altogether 5 stars.

This is the only place in Bristol that I have found that actually has flex fuel and at a great price compared to 87 fuel. I hardly ever run this fuel but at this price I definitely am giving it a shot.

I most definitely love this place. The food is quite fantastic, the staff is very friendly, they have the lowest gas prices in the surrounding area, and the bathrooms are very clean. In summary, I would recommend this place whether you are traveling upon the interstate and need a pit stop or even if you are a local I would suggest giving this place a try.

Good food. Was a little intimidating the first time I used the touch screen ordering but figured it out. Food was great and fairly priced. Suggest you go to their website to review the menu to see everything they serve.

I have lived in North Carolina for years. I first became familiar with this style service station while residing there. I was blown away with my first experience. At that time you could even order food while pumping gas from a touch screen by the pump. However they no longer have that feature but the great service and options still remain. When I traveled for work any of their locations were great for a meal, quick snack or great drink options. Anytime we are in the area we stop.

WOW! Way better than my Sheetz. Look at the pics. Ice Cream/Yogurt bar with a flat price per cup and unlimited toppings. BEER CAVE, I mean really a BEER CAVE!!! And.....all I got was coffee and a soda for my drive...self control was in overdrive that day.

Im never going back to sheetz on exit5 Bristol, VA Ive been there two times an got robbed. I was there last night to get soda it said buy two get one free. I got 4 sodas and they didnt let me get the other two free and the manager threw away my receipt and said I couldnt have it so I could go to customer service about it and I took a picture so I knew which manager did it and she said she was going to hit her panic button treating me and my friend like we robbed them. Like I said they screwed me on that and tonight I go and pay for a couple drinks on my card and to buy tobacco with cash, but my buddy went before me to get his things before I paid for the tobacco and his card didnt read and she didnt let him know when he walked out. Instead of letting him know she took my money for my tobacco products and charged me for his things and didnt even get my tobacco. So when I got back I thought I had just left my tobacco products on the counter and then I found out that she hadnt rang them up, because she had charged me for my buddies things. I cant come here without having a problem. I rate this store as low as l can. I would give them no stars. I CANT BELIEVE I SERVED TO DEAL WITH THIS WHEN I GOT BACK!!! To ALL my vet buddies stay far away from this store for real!

There is a wide selection of foods. It is like the Wal-Mart of convenience stores in a good way. I can not think of it missing anything from other convenience stores but it has more than others.

Very convenient with clean bathrooms. Everything in the bathroom is automatic and instead of a door they used corners, kind of like a little maze. Wish more restrooms would use this setup.

My first visit to a Sheetz store. Staff were NOT welcoming at all. The Kiosk I was using to order 2 milkshakes & a french fry. The kiosk just didnt respond to me. Other people didnt have that problem though. But I kept touching the scree for items wanted, but it was as if I hadnt touched it at all. It took several minutes to post what I wanted. Then I had to go to a register to pay for my items, (of which I did inform the cashier about my complications, and she said, well you shouldve told me &I couldve helped you.) I then back over to wait even more for my (M-T-O) shakes. Later I need up with diarrhea from about 7:30 ish till around 3 am! Yes, I blame it on the milkshake, thats all that was passing. A horrible night indeed.

Its just a gas station, people often tell me. Was Narnia just a wardrobe? Was Lord of the Rings just ok? The answer is no, so neither is Sheetz being just a gas station. Sheetz provides me with delicious and cheap food while Im on-the-go or when Im just craving it. Have you had their mac n cheese bites or their cinnapoppers? If you havent, you havent lived. I have dreamt of them multiple times- its that good. If I have a choice between Starbucks coffee and Sheetz coffee, Sheetz wins all the time. Why? Because its delicious and I (as a sugar addict) can candy up the coffee to my preference and not get judged.This Sheetz is very nice. It is clean, it is delicious, it is fast, the bathrooms are my go-to when I travel, and it is the closest one in a large radius around me so I frequent it often. I work at a theater and many of my coworkers are from states that do not have Sheetz. You can bet that I am introducing them to this place of perfection and nearly every one has become addicted once they try it. Take that Wawa.

My wife and I love the food here normally, but our last couple of experiences were less than favorable. We have ordered taco salads and cheese bites the last two times from there. Both times they gave us one cup of marinara total for two large orders of cheese bites and the last time they didnt even put the tortilla chips in the salads. When I called them and told them of the discrepancies they said the tortilla chips didnt come out on the printout, but the way she sounded was like that we didnt add them to the incredients....its a taco salad....they are automatically on it. What do you think goes in one. Then when I think they will offer to fix the problem, they offer a free regular drink the next time we order. Im disappointed in Sheetz lately.
