Our company needed boxes in a bind for a new product we were releasing to the market. At the last minute, the previous vendor let us know they would not be able to fulfill our order due to poor scheduling. I called R&R Corrugated and they were able to deliver boxes to us in 2 days. I wouldnt do business with these guys again. After spending $10s of thousands of dollars with them they have stopped responding and they are holding over 1800 of my pallet dividers and 1000s of boxes. They are paid in full as they would not begin production without full payment. They were holding them until we could take delivery and have subsequently stopped responding without giving me what I paid for. The relationship started out well but I am seeing their colors now. Buyer beware

Ive been working with R&R and purchasing boxes for 20 years. I work for a manufacturer locally, and whenever we are in need of a newly designed package (which is often), their design team will come out and measure/weigh our component. I highly recommend R&R because they are family owned, you always have someone answer the phone that is ready to help you and our order is delivered within 3 days. Seeking to help prospective candidates.I have to second another review about poor communication. I interviewed for the production manager position. We spoke, toured the plant and afterwards it was left open if I would like to proceed (2nd interview). Nevertheless, I reached out twice and did not hear back.This was about 7 months ago (from this review), and they are still recruiting for this. I tend to think it is them and not the candidate pool at fault. In the hour I was there, I was able to see the owners hasteful tendencies. All the buildings cameras display on his 60 office TV. I gathered his mgmt style is shooting from the hip as he spotted someone slacking and jumped right onto the intercom. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but Im inclined to believe this is the real picture, and anyone who takes on the prd manager role will have him breathing down their neck, unable to establish order in the plant in a reasonable, and respectful way.

I was called to interview, first over the phone then in person I was offered the position, giving me a Dec start date. So I give my2 weeks resignation at my current job. Which they held me to due to restructuring company. He the OWNER stated he wanted to push start date until after Holidays. Well! Guess what I called to follow up and He states he does not have a new date. I am following up because they Do Not Call or Email. Well been out of a job for over a month. Cant pay my bills and currently looking. And the Holidays have past already.This company is unprofessional and I see myself losing everything because they can not keep their word, nor can they communicate. Good ridence

Lauren Braverman was absolutely wonderful to work with. She did everything in her power to get exacly what i was after, and the price i was looking to spend. After several phone calls and emails, she was able to accomplish my goal.I called several companies, but R&R Corrugated Was by far the most customer friendly and willing to work with me. Even though im a small customer/account for them they made me feel as important as if i was a lage account. Highly recommend. A+
