We purchased a couch and loveseat from Midway. When we got home with it we were not 100% satisfied. Contacted the manager and he was super helpful and got out issue worked out fast.

Building in poor conditions and everything upstairs has water damage and they still want full price needs better management or ownership either way watch what you buy

I love this store and employees are nice and very helpful. You should be aware there is no air conditioning and its VERY VERY hot in there almost intolerable. But, they do have great prices and nice furniture huge selection biggest furniture store Ive been to.

Went to Midway Furniture browsed through the showroom found a Beautiful Couch and Love Seat I Talked to Aaron Rollins the salesman he was very polite answered all our questions the delivery guys were very gentle setting up our new furniture. Best of all we saved a lot of MONEY buying from Midway Furniture

The worst customer service. It took almost 8 weeks to get a bed( we were told that it could possibly take this long) but we were never given any updates. We were promised delivery with our purchase however when we called to check on the status we were told that they didnt have any delivery people and once it came in we would have to pickup our selves. After threatening to cancel the order we were told it would be delivered We had to make numerous calls and a trip to the store to finally get it delivered after waiting all day. We would not recommend buying anything from here.

I love the selection they have in their showroom. They were also able to order the exact same end table for me that my husband has had for a few years. Excellent customer service!

The staff was easy to work with and helpful. They let you look around and never pressure you into a sale. They have a great selection. The furniture we ordered arrived quickly and was delivered to our house. The delivery staff was in and out quick. They set the furniture up in a careful manner. They were cognizant of of their surroundings and were aware of not causing any damage even though a tight fit to get our dining room table through the door.

The first time me and my wife went over there about three years ago I would have gave him a 5-star rating everything was excellent that lady was smart they had a stuff in stock and everything was wonderful what there was zero pressure they figured out Id local finance company that gave us 2 years no interest we were able to pay that off before those two years went over there three weeks ago to get my son a dresser they had extremely limited stock the guy that helped us acted like hed rather be somewhere else but we ordered it and he said that they call us and let us know when they were going to deliver after a week later they told me they had to order it and then 3 days later I call back and the lady answered and she said that they couldnt an order it anymore but had three in stock so a few days later I called and the guy said we will be delivered next week I think this is an extremely poor way to run a business

Great to work with me on price and quality. Make sure you get in writing the entire deal. They were supposed to discount a chest due to being damaged in transit after I figured out if i could use it and they didnt. Will not be going back, will find another company that will do what they say.

Ordered sectional and recliner from them. Exactly what I wanted from Ashley furniture and they beat price by $570 with also same price on extra coverage with a 5 year plan which is one more year than Ashley could offer. Delivered but called us saying one piece was damaged when delivered to them, went ahead and brought furniture and replacing our damaged piece a week later and bringing it this week to swap out for us.Highly satisfied with all. Will go back for future furniture

Made a down payment on an order of two power recliners. I was told theyd be in about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called about them and was told by the manager that it actually takes 6 weeks. I got my down payment back due to being lied to. I went to Grand Home Furnishings and found better at a cheaper price. I dont recommend doing business with Midway Furniture.

Ive bought a few things here and they are always wonderful and the best deal in town. I even went to 2 other stores to compare prices and Midway always beats the other shops and outlets. Free delivery and set up is done by delivery guys who are super considerate... and Im the type not to like having strangers come in my house for any reason. I love this store!

Great prices and they don’t pressure you into buying anything or try to upsale you like most other places do. Furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Delivery staff was friendly and assembled everything in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Google says I was there 2 days ago, not quite ...Ive been there 3 days in a row! AND, our order should be delivered next week.Rebecca B. is a Star! I first went in to check out an inexpensive 4-drawer chest of drawers to stick in the closet (saving bedroom floor space!) and got the wife to meet me there later, now the Sales Order totals over $3k and my new recliner will be motor-driven and the head rest even tips up for better viewing of Formula 1 aces on the big screen! My wife is happy with her new Queen Anne chair, too.

We have used this company for all of our furniture needs from mattresses, bedroom suites, and living room suites. Everything has held up well and the service is wonderful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for good quality furniture, good prices, and wonderful customer service!

Great Sales people and prices. Sales floor is dated and minimalist, but that may allow for their aggressive pricing. Bought a couch, Coffee Table and end tables and it was delivered promptly and accurately.

Have bought alot of furniture from this store over the years now when I finally have a issue with one of my pieces of leather furniture which is less than six months old guess what this place doesnt stand behind there furniture dont recommend any one buying from this place of business Ive spent my last dollar here nothing worse than a business not standing behind there products they sell sincerely Robert Collins

Extremely dissatisfied with Midway Furniture. Their delivery men scratched 3 of my hardwood steps back in January. Manager and salesman accepted responsibility for damage and assured me the scratches would be repaired. Unfortunately no repairs have been made. I DO NOT recommended anyone who purchases furniture from Midway choose delivery option. I will never purchase furniture from Midway again!!!!

Midways website is not updated regularly, so they list items in stock that are unavailable or discontinued. When I asked the customer service associate about it, she said Oh, it sounds like we need a suggestion box, dont we? Too bad we dont have one. And then she walked away. I came in to the store with the intention of finding something similar to the item I asked about, and would have been willing to consider other options. But hell, if you arent going to offer decent customer service, I aint going to beg you for it.Their products seem to have reasonable prices, but I have to wonder how high their quality is if the prices are that low. Oh well, neither one matters if you cant get someone to help you in the first place.

Sales lady was nice but takes to long to get things when not in stock.

This place is a joke.My wife and I ordered our furniture on 3/5/19 (a bed frame and two dressers). We were told that it would be 2 weeks and we could have it delivered. Two weeks comes and we get a phone call the day it is supposed to be delivered that it is damaged and they are going to need to reorder.Nearly four weeks later my wife calls them and we are told that they forgot to call us.We finally get a delivery date some weeks after that. Their excuse is that they are down on delivery drivers because most of them quit. I dont blame the drivers from quitting. I wouldnt want to work for this dysfunctional company either. Anyway, we were told by a manager that it would be delivered May 4th(almost two months to the day later) by 3 pm. We were also told that we were going to be the only delivery on that day.On May 4th, we receive a call at 2:21p saying they just loaded up and were coming. So we waited. At 3:30 I called and was told we just loaded up and we are coming, but there is someone ahead of you. Also we are told that the is by himself and needs someone to help carry the furniture in with him. We had already asked a relative at this point to come over and receive the furniture but there was no way she was going to be able to help carry it in.My wife and I had somewhere to be at 5pm and we needed to leave. At 4:30 the driver calls and but now it is pouring rain. We agree that it would work better if he came on Monday now between 9am and noon.On Monday, having lost all faith in this company, I call at 10am just to check and make sure. I get told that they dont make deliveries on Monday and the only guy working that can drive is at the dump and is running errands for the rest of the day.One day of work lost.I reschedule for Friday. She told me I would get a phone call and they would be there before noon.They show up with no call at ~10:40 and I am at the front door and I watch them take the first dresser off...grinding the front on the back of the truck. I stop them at the front steps and tell them I wont accept that one. I walk to the truck and notice that the only other thing there is a sectional couch. No other dresser and no bed frame. They told me they dont have any paperwork on it.Two days of work lost.I then drive to the store location. There I finally meet the lady Ive been speaking to on the phone in person. (I didnt catch her name and when I tried to call back to get it, the phone is off the hook. It has been that way for over an hour. She had long, curly blonde hair.) I ask for a manager. She is supposedly the only one there. I come to find out they show one dresser and the bed frame as already being delivered. They arent there. Then she tries to debate me and basically calls me a liar. Then SHE lies and said that the last time we talked on the phone that we discussed that it was only one piece of furniture coming today.She offers me a refund. I tell her that is lazy retailing. I need her to fix the problem. We need our furniture.She says that she will reorder today and that it is going to be 2 weeks before everything comes in. I ask her to order it now, and she said it will be ordered today.It has been two months and a week since we purchased. If everything goes perfectly, it will be 2 months and 3 weeks since purchase. I anticipate us hitting the 3 month mark. At that point, we will have waited for a simple set of furniture for a quarter of a year!Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up. Terrible delivery crew. Bashful management that isnt willing to do their jobs. You could almost look past the dilapidated building with hazards hanging off of the front of it(a 2 foot piece of metal on a sign only being held on by a thin wire) but then you get inside and meet the people. This is the worst store in Bristol. In all honesty, Ive lived in 3 states, worked in 4, and I have never seen such a passion for horrible customer service.Buyer beware.

Walked through the whole store . Upstairs and down . No one ever asked if we needed any help and they were not busy. Left and went to another furniture store and bought over $2000 worth.

Having to wait all day for the delivery. They couldnt give us a time of when theyll deliver our furniture. Unprofessional.

First time I went to this place was 2 yrs ago as I was interested in an outdoor furniture set that had been sitting outside and a little on the faded side. A man was supposed to call me back about the discount price I waited 2 days and called back and was told he would call me back. It never happened. I went back last week interested in two couches. I told the lady i had cash in hand and she was going to check on the second couch and call me back. I tried calling them back and even left a written message on their fb site which had been read and no response. Will never set foot inside again and purchased my items elsewhere where I was treated extremely kindly. They just lost a 3,000 cash order!!!!

I was looking for a new couch and chair I thought this would be a pretty decent place but once I got there and started to look around to see what all they had. Yes they have some very nice furniture but as far as the employees NOT AT ALL I was there over an hour before anybody helped me 😡 Then once I PAID IN FULL for the couch and chair I picked out they hateful lady told me it would about two weeks before my furniture would be delivered. That was fine because that gave me time to sale my old couch and love seat. Ok its been over a month and week and still NO FUNITURE!!! I called on Tuesday 3/1/16 the lady over the phone assured me that my delivery would be here by March 5, 2016 I sold my old FUNITURE the morning of the 5th. Todays date is March 5, 2016 and still NOTHING!!! 😡😡😡 and when I called to ask about it they told me it would be sometime today!!! So yes once I EVER!! Do get MY murchandice from these people that I paid in full for I will NEVER!!! Buy from them again!!

This is our 3rd year buying at Midway and not only are they very helpful in helping us figure out the pieces to fit the price, they deliver and set up the furniture. And we do plan on a 4th year as we add on a gameroom!
