Super Natural and Deli make their food in the facility with a few exceptions. Local businesses contribute to their selection of food. Everyone there is hard working. Their new location is up to code. Way to go guys!I have to mention my favorite item on their menu are their waffles. Mmmm so good. Fluffy with homemade whip cream on top with an assortment of berries for a hint of healthy eating 😉

Never again. Ordered stuffed mushrooms and two pies for Thanksgiving, two weeks in advance. Was told to pick up between 12 and 2. I showed up about 130. We have ordered the mushrooms for the past 5 years; this year they were half the size they usually were, but still very good. Was told to go over to the bakery to pick up the pies. I ordered a pumpkin and an apple. Waited there for about 5 minutes and just by observing I could see how unorganized the people behind the counter were. Finally someone noticed me and asked what I had ordered. Waited there another 10 minutes while he went in back to look for my apple pie. Came back and asked one of the girls baking where the apple pie was. She responded theyre not done shes gonna have to come back later in a snotty way. The guy then relayed the message The apple pie is not done you have to come back later. Do you want to take the pumpkin pie now or take both when you come back later. No apologies for any inconvenience, I was baffled and so I just responded keep the pies I will go elsewhere to get my dessert. Its the day before Thanksgiving, I dont have time to come back and get the apple pie I ordered TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. The girl baking maybe was having a bad day, but the way she was talking to her co workers and customers was disgusting. Also, the guy helping me had no customer service skills at all; how about you apologize for the inconvenience not just say you have to come back later. The other customers near me actually said they did not blame me for not coming back and they look like they about had it with them too. This was very dissapointing as we had always had good experiences here; but I will not be returning.

This is the place to go! Great food! Best chicken salads!!! 🍜 Nice gourmet foods! Best 🍲 soups! If you havent been here, go! Oh my gosh, their homemade breads are even to die for! Lol! Banana nut bread when Im not baking it! Yum! Throw some cream cheese on it. Done! You can do that with their Zucchini breads, too! They have Cranberry fancy breads & sometimes, chocolate banana bread🍞! Always different breads & different soups! So, so good! Even their sandwiches or ☕ gourmet lunches🍝are different every day! Closes at 6:00, I believe every day. Not sure of opening time, 🍳 maybe 8 - 8:30 am. 👍 A+ Deli

I always grab my lunch here for work. The pre made salads are great or u can make your own. The prices are good and its better then fast food then a long shot.

Great food and friendly staff. They sometimes run out of the chicken cashew salad, because its too darn popular! Ive been working through the list of sandwiches and havent had a bad one yet

Ive been to Super Natural the last two days and it seems as though the food preparation is going down hill. There are only chick legs available when the menu offer chicken breasts. Half the hot food trays are empty. The sandwich I bought yesterday 8/14/17 was awful that I fed it to my dogs. Im not sure where the regular cook in the kitchen went but it shows that they need him back.

A co-worker bought and brought the chicken salad to our office events. I am usually wary food using mayonnaise; however, this is one of the best chicken salad recipes I have ever had. It has strange ingredients like cashew nuts in it, but everything in it needs to be integrated into the recipe. Try it and you will love it too!

Delicious food, good quality and great dinner specials. Nice new building is much bigger but seems less organized. Staff seems a bit confused, but they will settle in. Food is delish!

They dont label anything in the deli area (you have to ask what everything is). As a health food store, this place should have things labeled as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. That is what people expect when they go to a place like this... even a name for a dish would be fine...the juice bar wasnt running when I went. I asked for a juice and they said sorry the juice people arent here, I dont know how to do it. I asked if there were only certain hours that they did the juice and they said no, theyre just not here right now to do it. the shelves are almost bare, this place feels more like a regular independently owned supermarket than a super natural store. I am disappointed in how it is running right now. Great place for a regular crowd, but if you have dietary restrictions, things are not easily labeled here.

Absolutely the best East of the Mississippi. Home cooking in an operating room clean facility. Friendly too and priced right.

Great selection, clean, delicious, always troubled by bakery part though. Empliyees is BAKERY ONLY are obnoxious loud unsanitary and dont use gloves when food handling and are unprofessional and ignorant of food handling protocol, the entire rest of the place is AMAZING. Just avoid the bakery and you will always have a great experience, I did give the bakery 5 different opportunities to change my mind. They didnt,

I love the concept these nice people sell a unique selection of natural vitamins and groceries.. they also have a really nice Bakery and coffee station and a sandwich and salad station, Ice Cream, fine chocolates, grab-and-go sweet and savory food selections as well as freshly prepared salads, ala cart hot food selection, a dinner buffet for about $7, Pizza, calzones, and even a fresh juice bar. I am in there three or four times a week for take out but they also have a section of bistro-style tables overlooking Main Street in Bristol for those who choose to dine in...oh yeah, they have a great reputation for their catering services as well.

THE BEST SANDWICHES! I keep going back here whenever I am in the area and the bakery is awesome too. 10/10!

Good, healthy food, fresh made and cooked for you. The good ole short order type eatery. You can buy anything they make in the store side and make it yourself, or some of the items are made ready to to cook.

Just your average deli. Sandwiches were ok. Nothing to brag about. My wife made a custom sandwich with cheese because he is a vegetarian and there was only 2 slices of cheese with the veggies.

We come here frequently for lunch and have been disappointed recently with the quality of the food that we order as well as the wait time. I called in for 2 sandwich specials yesterday both with no modifications to the special. I waited 20 mins before going down to pick up our order and it still wasnt ready. I waited another 25 mins after flagging someone down to find my order. And when i got my sandwich it looked like a 10 year old made it. Their management is lacking in the organization of this business. I would rather drive further down Farmington Avenue than go back to this place again.

Customer kept talking with the bakers who were already behind schedule and I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. The customer also kept going behind the display case near the food prep area in the bakery where the general public shouldnt be allowed to go.
