After two years, I was desperate to seek help as my hearing was going down even more. The waiting through Covid-19 was scary enough and I knew that I had to go out and get tested and see how much I was ready to hear again. Checking in, with Medicare to set the first appointment and going through the testing was a breeze. Trial went well and I love these rechargable hearing aids. I already experienced too much noise and had to put them on calm as people who were trying to visit with everyone at the same time. It took the people who were farthest away lower and I could manage my own little group and not have to bow out of the conversation.Everyone in the office was so concerned about doing the best to serve my difficulty. If I need to check out anything, they have invited me to call them anytime. Service with a smile. 😊

My visit today was with the most pleasant and easy to work with individuals. Lindsey go out of her way to make you feel welcome . Also makes sure you have a good fit with your hearing aids.Goes the extra mile for the customer .Thanks !!

If you are exploring hearing aid options, Nu-Hearing Center is the place to go! Craig Haltom is passionate about his work; he is terrific at explaining what hearing aids do and the best options for you. They have an incredible policy that allows you to try the hearing aids for 30 days to make sure you are totally comfortable and happy with them before you pay for them. And they are very accessible for making adjustments or helping in any way! I highly recommend them!

The staff was wonderful and made you feel at easy right away. I liked all the up to date equipment. I also liked the fact that you didnt have to sit in a booth to have your ears checked. Each follow up appointment was very informative. The staff made sure you understood how to put the hearing aids in and that the volume was correct. Made sure you knew how to take care of the hearing aids. Always willing to answer any question you have.

I can’t say enough good about Nu-Hearing center! Dr. Haltom is incredible! The entire staff is friendly and professional! They made me feel like their number one client from the very moment I called them for an appointment. The hearing evaluation was very simple, educational, and the diagnosis proved to be completely accurate. There were no pressure sales tactics used at all in explaining my options to purchase hearing aids. In fact, I could have been easily convinced to spend more than necessary, but Dr. Haltom assured me that a lower priced pair would secure my needs adequately! I purchased my hearing aids from Nu Hearing Center in Bristol, Tn and I am so glad that I did!!! I had went to other locations in the area but I did not get a good feeling about them. The staff at Nu Hearing is friendly and attentive to my concerns and worked with me to find a plan to correct my hearing loss that was suitable for my lifestyle and budget. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they too are pleased.

I bought my Widex hearing aids from Nu-Hearing in 2012. What a difference they have made. My wife says they were the best gift I could ever give her. I use the TV-Dex device to listen to the TV. Before I had to turn the volume up so much, my wife would leave the room. I use the phone Dex to hear phone calls in both ears. Its great. The best part is the service. Anytime Ive had a problem they make time for me and solve the issue.
