Stopped in for dessert after having dinner nearby. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We eat got a medium cup of the scoop ice cream. It was very good!

They never have any no sugar added flavors except mountain blackberry!

Every time I have ever been to the Pinnacle location the yogurt at this shoppe has been awful and was worse after that. Their stars of 4 must be on Mrs Fields cookies. I gave this place 3 or 4 chances in a years time. Their yogurt has always had a foul smell, taste, grainy and sugary substance. How can you mess up chocolate yogurt? The last time I purchased a container they sell in their little freezer up front, didnt realize it was freezer burnt till I got it to work. Plus again, it had that foul smell, taste and sugary texture. That was the last time I would give that location a chance!

Wish I could give a zero star because they have the worst service and food be days old and lacks varity also they raise prices and give you less

Dont waste your money here. Cookies were old, no precautions as far as health concerns being followed and definitely not the best service. The cookie cakes didnt look very professionally prepared. You can tell the place is struggling a bit. Ill definitely be sticking with the other cookie place at the Pinnacle from now on.

This place is way better than any other frozen yogurt place that I have been to. They are very nice and will actually talk to you. I felt welcomed in their store and will definitely go back there again. I highly recomend this place!! Not to mention most of their prices beat out other frozen yogurt places!!!!

Love this place and the flavors. Always a must after eating at one of the many good food places near here. A good way to end the day.

Good ice cream and toppings. the best deal is on Tuesday and Wednesday. $4.95 for a cup of ice cream and everything you can put on it no matter what the weight. One price.

Great frozen yogurt-self serve..parking is sometimes difficult and not a lot of out side outside seating. Teenager working there clearly wanted to be elsewhere........good thing its a serve yourself.

I took my daughter here today and we both loved it! The new set up is great because you make it yourself from start to finish. My daughter loved being able to fix it herself! They do serve several items that you have to order and have made but the frozen yogurt and all the toppings are self serve. You pay by the ounce for these but it was a lot cheaper than I expected it to be! The Mrs. Fields section was disappointing. I expected more than a small case of cookies since its advertised on the sign but thats not why we went so we had a great experience!

Plenty of selection and prices were good but service could use some improvements. We walked in and the two lads working the counter did not acknowledge our presents other than to look up. When making my selection the silence continued until I payed for our order.
