Have a great selection of items and a pretty clean store. Friendly staff. Just need to be careful when you buy something. The tag will say one price and they ring it up another price. They update the computer system but not the shelf tag.

This place is enormous, well lit, theres carts for larger purchases or a kid (us moms love our vino!! Lol) they have e everything in the world there, and the family that owns it is so sweet and nice and eager to help. It looks sketchy from the outside because its next to an abandoned supermarket, but its truly nice inside and theres always plenty of parking, easy in, easy out. Love it!

This location is my favorite place to go in Bristol. They have a big variety and if theres something that you want that they dont have they will always get it for you. I love the prices and the customer service is great this is my favorite liquor store in Bristol Connecticut.

I like the customer service of the store. I dont know his name, the guy with glasses has immense knowledge on all products in the store. He knows how exactly to deal with the customers. I am so thankful to him as he offered me a bottle of wine for a huge purchase. I am concerned now as they have changes the employees and also the guy now doesn’t know anything and also doesn’t know English

Has a great array of liquors

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Balla! He is kind and considerate and always remembers what I usually buy and has it on the counter for me as soon as he sees me walk through the door. Balla has even opened a second register for me if he sees Im at the end of a long line. I always feel I am among friends when I patronize the Bristol Liquor Outlet!

It was wonderful! They had beer on liquor, vodka, gin, Freezy drinkys, And all assortments of tequila! All I have to say is this place is the bomb! They even had a door and everything. So dudes were nice, place was well organized, and plenty of room to walk around.

Been shopping here for about 2 years now, went in to purchase a bottle of Jameson and a 12 pack of ginger ale. The Clerk that helped me rung me out had quite a thick accent. I thought the gentleman said $34.99 when he handed me my receipt it said $44.99 I asked him why so much? He replies the soda is $11.99. Now any normal thinking human being would return it, that’s outright theft. I can go 2 minutes down the road and spend a quarter of that for the same thing. I asked for a refund on the soda he replied he could not do that because it would take too long....terrible way to handle customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely racist and unprofessional. I’ve only been there twice and both times I was harassed whether I had a boyfriend and then the cashier made racist comments about black people. Will never go back.

I walked into the store on monday afternoon around 1pm, there was a short guy working i grabbed a wrong wine and then when i came near the counter and i asked him where would be your chardonnay he doesnt even understand what i asked. I used to see a guy with glasses used to work before he used to keep my wine chilled every week, he always makes sure what product needs to be chilled. I even asked him to put KJ avant chardonnay cold last saturday. I would really recommend the owner to hire a better employee or me and my friends might move to the one down the street. I would really appreciate the guy(on with glasses) but i dont remember his name.

Hand down the filthiest store I have ever been in. Immediately it smells like an old cat box. To your left as soon as you walk in is a room full of garbage and moldy drop ceiling tile. The coolers are covered in mold. Im calling the health department
