Cant say enough about Staples printing services. Quality & Price. Very helpful staff! Why even own a home printer?

Decent prices. Be wary of product close to higher marked merchandise. Friendly help, just slow at checkout

Excellent staff, seems to be turning around the last few months Ive been in. Of course could use more staff but thats everywhere. Service sets places apart from each other. Love what I see there.

Love to go to the Staples in Bristol cause as soon as you walk in theres someone asking if they can help me find something. Then they go get it for me. Will go back!!

Ever Curious what a Chain store looks like right before it closes a location? If thats the case better hurry up because soon ill be asking why do so many homeless guys live in that abandoned staples building?

If your in a rush to ship something stay away from here, I stood at the shipping desk for 20 minutes before looking for the mgr. ( what a piece work this guy is) I thought he was going to yell at me, any way if Staples checks reviews do yourself a favor get rid of him hes killing you ( his work date 10-12 3PM )

Well Id say I would of gave it a 5 star but everything is so Expensive. I went to ocean state job lot for like $10 cheaper.I was looking for a accumulator found one at Staples found a aqua blue one for $15 BOUGHT it! Went to Ocean state job lot next 2 days and found the same one for $3-5 Like REALLY.

The cashier was polite and friendly. He was helpful answering my questions.

I am satisfied with the service I have received.I needed to fax some forms and it was easy to doOnly negative was the time the fax takes to send a page .

I would have said 5 stars up until right now. Granted I havent written all the positive things i like about them - good people, friendly for the most part, always gets my print jobs done on time.Only thing that grinds my gears is I asked for a print job today in black and white - very clearly wrote that in the instructions. It came out color. Color copies are extremely overpriced in ALL staples, and they charged me for color. When I realized this I called in, they told me to bring in my original instructions and my receipt and id be refunded.They did not refund me, they refused. They asked for the color copies BACK! I already left them at home because they said they would just refund me and didnt ask for the copies back.They screwed up my order, over charged me, and now they are refusing to refund me without jumping through hoops! So much for customer service. No more that was easy button. More like that was a rip off button for Staples bristol.

Need Business printing? Avoid staples at all costs- needed to do a 250 color copy page order, it overwhelmed the clerks, they’re only able/ set up to do small crafty local orders- like lost dog/cat posters, printing from the internet, resume stuff- if you have an actual big order- steer clear, there were some folks upset because orders that were sent the night before weren’t processed lol, they quoted me same day, I dashed and went to a fedex that got my order done in 30 minutes.—-Actual store is not bad, once you get a hold of the clerks they’re great people and willing to help you!Cellular service here sucks so screenshot your coupons!

Place is a joke..... havent gone in so long i forgot how bad a print department can be. manager shrugged off my complaint. this place is truly dead to me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.i should be able to give this place negative stars

This lady slow asf!!!!!!!!!! Been waiting over 15 mins for a simple resume print job.

Absolutely terrible. Every time I go to use the print shop there is a problem. I have left there numerous times shaking my head, without any thing printed. The only reason I use them at all is because its in my home town on the way to every thing. If I planned ahead a little more I would never go here again.
