Kredo went out of it’s way to help out. Upon purchase of toilet handle, checkout clerk noticed I was buying wrong handle. Left register to get me the correct handle. That is service you won’t find at any Independence ace supply stores.Thank you again

This place is wonderful! There is a gentleman there who every time I have a question he’s there to help me.In my most recent escapade I drove to the store to get a new flapper for my American Standard toilet because my universal toilet repair kit didn’t have the correct part. (hint: it wasn’t universal!)He brought me directly to the toilet section and showed me exactly what parts I would need. He told me that if those parts did not work he would order a part that I might need (I accidentally broke a part!)I’ve done things I never thought I could do, from plastering holes in the wall to fixing a toilet! As a new home owner (and a woman) I really appreciate his straightforward, professional manner, which has given me a ton of confidence to tackle more projects in the future! No “mansplaining” here!Additionally everyone else who works there is super helpful!

These people are rude reguardless who you speak to and they always seem to be bothered by any questions you may have. This place deserves to be turned into something more usefull like a cvs or walgreens. If you need anything reguarding home repair go to a reputable place. Id rather spend 2hrs looking for help then be talked down to in the 2 mins i had someone help me here. Try ace hardware, home depot, lowes, menards or maybe even your neighbor. They will be more help than any employee in this flee market of a store.

So helpful and knowledgable. I needed to replace a shut off valve under my sink that busted unexpectedly in the open position. We turned off the water to our house but obviously needed to get it back on, it was early Saturday morning. I took my part to Kredo and was helped immediately. Mike asked me a ton of questions and he needed pictures to determine exactly what I had and what I would need. I came back and was helped again, immediately, and purchased a new valve and they explained what to do to make sure it was done right. I got home and fixed it in less than 10 minutes for under $12. I will ALWAYS come here first for any home repair I need to do.

Sold wrong size drill bit with different size anchors based on recommendations. Couldnt return mistake. Paid 250% markup to fix. It is my fault for not checking first, Ill admit. Should have stuck with Amazon. Its worth the wait if you can, unless you support small business.

My one stop shop for anything I need from house to garage. They got all the right parts and most importantly the right people. The worst thing about going to a hardware store is when someone tries to help you and you know more about what your doing than they do. Not the case here. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable will help you get what you need and fast. Miguel is the fastest key cutter east of the Mississippi. When I think hardware, I think Kredo. They have earned my business for many years to come.

I needed keys made and stopped into another hardware store first. After two failed attempts, I asked for a refund and went to Kredo. I explained the prior failed attempts with the keys so Jody and Miguel were very careful to make sure they started with the right blank (is that the right word?). They got it right the first time! I love the fact that they cut the keys themselves...they dont have a machine that does it. I dont know why I didnt go there first but I will next time. Thanks for being a great local hardware store!

Had what i needed

Old fashion hardware and lawn/garden supply store. Retail prices, mainly part-time help. Not as knowledgeable as when full-timers worked here. Know what you need, then call ahead to see if they have it.

Miguel was the best part of shopping at True Hardware! They had everything I needed, even the things Home Depot didn’t have stock.

Miguel answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to figure out exactly what I needed! I couldn’t thank him enough for the help and I will definitely always go to Kredo True Value for my hardware

Dont buy propane here.When you refill a tank you should be charged for the amount of propane you take. Not here its a flat rate if your tank is full or empty. Not cool and shouldnt be legal if it isnt already.
