Completely weird seeing it as an outlet/warehouse location and no longer seeing a bunch of isles and employees. The staff was friendly and attentive. My order was a little delayed but they are using it for select new items and it was there. New hours and phone numbwr listed below. Same area as old store just stacked with mostly open box/clearance items.

Unfortunately this location is closing (Brockton) and I was not able to enter the store, this was not noted on the Best Buy website. Somewhat disappointing but the employees were VERY helpful at the door with the merchandise I ordered, as well as an inquiry into a potential purchase. Great customer service despite limited store access.

Best buys new outlet store if youre looking for scratch and dent appliances seems like a great place to go but they pretty much have nothing else no televisions no electronics aside from a couple of overpriced laptops and a couple of the same monitor not worth a visit

Horrible, no geek squad service, no stand for gift cards like amazon or Google play, I dont even think you can order movies or games on the app and ship to store. All they have is washers, dryers, and refrigerators. Shouldve just closed it vs. remolding it as a Best buy outlet.

One of the most satisfying BestBuys Ive been in for a long time. Almost every employee greeted me and asked if I needed help. Customer Service counter helped me right away which is a huge deal for me because if I have question I would it to be answered right away so I can continue shopping. Keep up the great work everyone 💪.

Pros: Ok, their selection of electronics is not lacking. Prices are standard throughout the industry, not pricey.The store is tidy, and things are easy to find and well marked.Cons: service/staff. Most seem miserable. On several visits here it took at least 15 mins just to get a single sale associate to begin to help, and then they seemed inconvenienced that they needed to work for a living... helping people... which is their job.Darius Verdict:Shop here if you need something electronic related, but beware of the innatentive and unpleasant service that will vanish without notice.

After bringing in my laptop that was under warranty but beyond repair, Dav of Geek Squad absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was able to meet with me right away and find a way to get me an acceptable replacement. Knowing I was a mechanical engineering student with the majority of assignments requiring my laptop, he went above and beyond to help me out. His manager, Marilyn, was also a great help. She was able to find the replacement laptop in a nearby store and provide me with a more than fair price. Dylan was plenty of help too. This was amazing customer service and I cannot thank these employees enough for getting me a laptop in time for my courses!

Understocked, underprepared, overpriced, oversold. Made the mistake of coming here looking for a webcam or a reasonably priced keyboard suitable for the new desktop computer I wisely purchased at Micro Center some weeks before.There are no webcams of any sort in stock here. And the only keyboards they had available were keyboards dedicated for hardcore gamers with unnecessary features colors and lights.I should have known better. Well, its going to have to go to Amazon, BestBuys biggest competitor. RIP Bestbuy, you never failed to disappoint.At least they seem to be doing a decent job of keeping the crowding to a minimum. I guess thats what warranted the 2nd star in my review, because nothing else did.An empty warehouse could have managed the same. Which for my family today, BestBuy basically was.

After a horrible online and telephone experience with Geek Squad, Dav at Brockton Best Buy was a superstar! He worked with me on the phone, as I needed to replace a cell used for work and I had my children with me. Literally had to walk in and swipe my card after he navigated my warranty, protection plan and found my replacement phone. So appreciate this incredible customer service. Store staff were kind and helpful. He saved Best Buy from losing this loyal customer.

I dont usually leave reviews or bad reviews, but I have to leave one this time. This is one of the worst customer service you can get I have seen in recent years. The customer service associate was rude and temperamental, and the customer service manager was not paturbed or concerned at all. In fact, this seemed like business as usual to him when I complained about her workers behavior.If you can, visit another bestbuy store.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Dropped off two computers to have information transferred was supposed to be ready in 24 hours now they are saying three weeks. Impossible to get anybody in the store to pick up later on hold for over an hour with no luck. I have purchased MANY things from them over the years but looks like I am done going forward. Disaster!!!

Went there for a WiFi extender. They didnt have any in stock which normally would make for a bad review, however Linda who works there is amazing!!! She actually helped me with buying a sound bar previously, and knows her stuff. She made an unpleasant experience of going somewhere for something that they didnt have, somewhat pleasant. I feel like customer service at a lot of places can be sub par. The world needs more Lindas!!! Your great at what you do, thanks again!!

Disappointed in recent curbside pickup experience. Purchased wireless headphones, box had been opened and then resealed with a sticker that says inspected by Best Buy. Charging cable and 2 sets of different sized buds missing, essentially sold me a box of trash. Check your stuff before you drive away ;)

Shame on me for using Best Buy. Worst experience I had in a while. My wife and I purchased a tv and had them install the wall mount, as a means of trying to save some time for myself. TV comes broken but the Best Buy worker still mounted it. New delivery workers refused to take tv off mounting as it was a different appointment. It was not clear when the new delivery crew wanted from us so they just took a new tv back and said we needed to call Best Buy. Eventually, after hours on hold got some manager to agree to the mistake but now needs new delivery date taking an entire Saturday for us to wait for a new deliver now when it should have been delivered properly on two other occasions. Going one two weeks with this tv.

I’m very disappointed with the store and this location sales associates. I ordered a apple pen online and it took 3 days longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, it was delivered to a pick up point. I was going outside of the country and the pen was a gift. Barehands I had to go back to the store to buy another pen since the one I ordered a week in advance did not arrive on time. I asked the sales associate if it was possible to return the other pen once I came back to the U.S The pen arrived on 8/25 and I went to return it today 9/9. They did not gave me my money back, only the store credit, and were rude. $140 is a lot of money.I’ll never step foot in this store again and never buy anything in any of the Best Buy stores.

I know that when I go to a Best Buy store that they will probably have exactly what I need and they will be able to tell me exactly how to install it.I went to get a couple of Rokus for the TVs and I got a concise explanation of each type along with information on installation.A very nice associate answered my questions and concerns in a totally understandable manner which helped me decide which type was best for me.

On September 19 of 2020 my husband and I bought an Samsun TV Q60 at Best Buy in Brockton M.A . We look and different places but,decided that this store had a good reputation.We ask the associated about the return policy at the moment of the purchase and the associated toll as that the Store have extended the return policy do to the situation with covid 19, he didnt explain what will cover or not . 2 weeks past by and the T.V start to give problem with color and sound.I call the Best Buy 1800# and keep me waiting on the telephone not knowing what to do I told my husband go to the store with the T.V Best Buy Store at Brockton and talk to the manager about what happened. The lady at the door was so rude and said that it was nothing they could do and also she acuse us of hearing the T.V with a ball, also she said we only had 1 day to return a T.V with that kind of problem.. That was the crazy thing I have ever hear as a customer I think how in the world you buy something thinking that the next day will have a problem with the color??? My husband ask to talk to the manager but he was not better .He said there was nothing they could do (no return, store credit or exchange or anything) we didnt want the money for the T.V back all we wanted was a T.V the work event if it has to be another T.V more expensive then that one but, the manager said nooo...We pay little more the 1,000$ and it didnt work not even 3 weeks and not giving the customer a solution for bought parties to be happy I dont know what caen of manager and company is that.. My husband left the T.V at the store and refused to take home like that we file a complaint with my credit car and call the 1800 # for Best Buy but no one give me and unser Im so disappoint of Best Buy what a way to ripoff customers .I will call B.B.B and if I have to I will bring it to court because I think that is not right. I been working in Retail for about 20 years and never hear anything like it even Macys have a better customer service ad return policy better then Best Buy ..This is a big company the sales electronic is impossible that such a company like that doesnt have a way to fix a problem like that with out involving the court.

I ordered 2 TVs for in store pick up at 1130 in the morning. At 6pm after many phone calls I just went to the store to collect my items that I had already paid for. I realise that I was supposed to get a text saying that they were ready but after 6.5 hours the convenience of the store pick up option had long since evaporated. Youd think that they wouldve been insanely busy but the store was far from that. I was the only person in line and was actually told um, like actually it says your stuff hasnt been pulled yet. It will message you when its ready.. I had to actually tell the staff who tried to turn me away to go get my items. I think Im a fairly realistic person and I dont expect a store run by mostly highschool kids to be an amazing service experience but to actually try and turn away a customer who had already paid for their items simply so the employees can be lazy is comically absurd. Again, this store was nowhere near busy. The parking lot was not overflowing and the checkout lines maybe had 2 customers in them at a time. 6.5 hours and you still cant be bothered to simply bring my items to the front? The only reason its 2 stars and not 1 is because the remaining staff were nice and professional but that only goes so far. I just want my stuff. I dont think thats asking for too much

Great staff most of the time, they will price match first party sellers on most things in store and online. Never had any customer service issues, never been pressured into buying something. In fact the employees really consider what theyre told, what your looking for, and give general first hand experience. Ive been talked out of expensive purchases, for redundant things, or something I could save up to buy at a later date. Best buy staff do NOT work on commissions, and tend to be neutral with their purchasing suggestions. Employees also recognize you from time to time, and ask how your purchase(s) worked out. This is the best Bestbuy Ive gone to, and will continue to go to for a long while.

As a place I was formerly employed, I can say its gone down the hill. Products are great, atmosphere is nice, staff are horrible, if you can even find someone in that department. Associates dont seem to know the product or whats available for the product. Management needs to double down on training the staff appropriately.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff make this store such an important anchor to Brocktons Westgate Mall. Great selection of all electronics, GREAT deals. (I got a late model Apple laptop at a HUGE discount simply because apple didnt want to sell old stock.) They sell cell phones and have all the carriers in store, even Google Fi f Im not mistaken.

These guys look really cool and all, but theyre so pricey. If you are looking for good decent deals, check the open box area. Those are refurbished or sold as is. They do have a variety of tvs, games and cell phones.

She has no customer service skills - in need of a training on how to provide customer support. Pathetic how Best Buy represents themselves these days. Hard to get employees to assist in this location. Employees would rather point you to the general location of where most products are stored instead of leading you to such needed items. Poor customer service. The employees working at this location are to young and immature to care about how they portray the best buy brand.
