Friendly staff and professional, experienced mechanics at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Very unreliable. This guy does trial by error on your car. Im not sure why he has been able to last 22 years in business. If you have a German automobile, your better off taking it to the dealership with trusted technicians. My car has been in and out of JCB way too many times you would think I have a stake in this shop. Please find someone who respects your time, energy and more importantly your car. Maybe a tire change, windshield wiper and brakes for your childs toy car. Other than that please find another mechanic.

Terrible service. Went in for a control arm issue, and now my car sways from side to side because they broke my rack and pinion system. They refuse to fix it unless I pay more. After giving them$1500.00 to address my issues, I felt disrespected when they wouldnt fix what they broke, and required me to pay more. So... Ive contacted the better business bureau and generated claim 15223218 for resolution. Dont let these guys near your car!

I came in with a slow leak in my tire, (without an appointment), the mechanic took one look at it..in the parking lot and immediately saw a screw in the tire. He fixed it in 5 minutes ! He was very personable and knowledgeable. The price for the repair was very reasonable ! I intend to recommend JCB Auto Repair to anyone who needs work on their car.

This place is legitimately unproductive, unprofessional, and under qualified. Had my car for three weeks and didnt fix it just to tell me oh we needed a part so we didnt call you. Just take your car to Foreign Auto. Much more professional this place is horrendous. Shalo/Jean is not a professional businessman by any means.
