Only cab service in Brockton,Ma as far as I know but they are a 24 hour service and are usually really good! Nights have been busy with fewer drivers but getting better. And the guys at night are awesome and super friendly.

The gentleman answering the phone was brash and rude. My advice to management is to get someone more professional answering the phone. you might like the tough demeanor of your customer service employee, but it comes across as untrustworthy and awful.

Every time I call Brockton Yellow cab there is one half hour to an hour wait for a taxi. There doesn’t seem to be a meter on most cabs so you can tell if you are being charged a correct price or something made up by the driver.

I called for a cab this morning and luckily I didn’t have to wait that long. But I’ll be honest, when I got into the cab the driver wasn’t wearing a mask nor did he put one on. I get it, no one likes wearing them neither do I. But that doesn’t make me feel very safe or comfortable. Wearing a mask is not optional! You are working with the public so to not protect yourself or the people in your cab. Is not only disrespectful but it’s rude. Never mind the fact that the dispatchers are always rude.

The dispatcher seems to be different very understanding and willing to help with any information, unlike the last dispatcher acted like a punk and very cocky, have no problems with the new dispatcher and drivers as well?!

Yellow cab is my fave. Jose is great. Couple others too. Always great service.

First I waited 40 minutes for a cab that they said was right on the way in ten minutes. Then when the cab gets here instead of turning on his meter. He going to say I am going to have to charge you a flat rate of 45 dollars to go 9 minutes up the street according to the gps. I will never do business with them again they are a total rip and will try anything to get extra money out of you.

Rudest, disrespectful people I’ve met. Anytime I call they never have the taxi on time, when I call to ask were the taxi is they get mad first and is like “oh you have to wait ok bye” won’t let me speak at least. The city should have better people doing this job. These people need to get fired.

I only use yellow cab.

Dispatchers are rude almost all of them except 2 .They screen calls so if u call askimg how long your ride is going to be they never answer.They have some decent drivers others are just miserable people .call uber or lift if u have the option

Discriminates on where you live. If youre from a certain zip code they demand cash up front. Do not use this company, theyre very rude and unprofessional.

Its 2020 & they dont accept debit cards or credit cards.🤣😂🤣

Every business has their flaws. The taxi business can be rough around the edges. But as far as Yellow Cab Brockton goes they get you where you need to go, the drivers have knowledge of the city, and are dependable.I am a long-time customer of this Cab Company, and will continue to be for the rest of my life.

So my fiance called yellow 🚖 at 9:40pm an 🚖 didnt show up till 11:09pm an the 🚖 smells like crack good job yellow 🚖

Friendly drivers

First off...lady who answered the phone is very rude. No politeness in her voice whatsoever. Maybe if she doesnt like her job she should find employment elsewhere. I ordered a cab and was told 30 min. The cab arrived 15 minutes early. As I was getting ready I hear a horn honk. I walk out and the cab is leaving. When I called back the same rude lady made it seen like it was my fault even though they cab was early and we didnt receive a phone call stating the cab was waiting. Uber, Lyft and even the pizza delivery let us know when they are outside. Not rudely sit outside a house and honk.

For most of my experience the drivers are nice and respectful however I warn all women if you get into a cab with a driver named WOODY aka: Robert Bob do not and I repeat DO NOT make him your personal cab driver. He will harass you, stock you or text you like crazy. Somehow in his mind if you are nice to him then that means you like him. He has no respect for marriage or if you have a relationship he will insist that he is in love with you. I tried to be his friend and then I tried to help him but that only made things worse. He is beyond help he needs Jesus. When you try to explain to him that that you are just trying to be a friend he will be disrespectful he will curse you out and is just scary. I tried to help him because I am a peer mentor but he cant be helped. WOMEN PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MAN.

The least they can do, with the high rate that they charge, is call or text you when they arrive like a proper SERVICE!!! But no, because this is the only service here in Brockton, so there is no competition and they can charge you so much! As always taking advantage of the poor, of the immigrants that have no choice because they cannot drive. Totally ask your friends or neighbor for a ride or just take the bus. Oh but of course, they charge you every minute that they have to wait for you!

One of these van drivers backed into our vehicle in down town Boston while trying to drop passengers off in a no stopping zone. Our driver beeped multiple times and tried to get out of his way but we were pinned due to cars moving in the other lane next to us and from behind. Ive never seen anything like it. He clearly noticed we were behind him and didnt care. Kept backing up till we were able to pass on the left. Very scary experience.

I wish we had the option for no stars cause that’s how bad this service is. Discriminative towards minorities

Take the bus or take an uber/lyft. The only reason theyre still in business is because an older generation hasnt figured out how to use smart phones yet. Thats changing - fast. Cabs are going the same way as newspapers (both being places/things homless people like to piss on).. Best place to find a cab in Brockton is on main street near where the girls walk. Uber/lyft wont just hang out there - and bring you back there, yellow cab will. If you want toothless 50 year old hookers with the HIV - call yellowcab. Else? Go literally anywhere else.

This cab company is HORRIBLE along with Cowen cabs monopolizing on these foreigners, drug addicts and people just lacking common sense in Brockton, Ma. The dispatchers are ignorant and rude. Just because you hate your job doesnt mean you can get a attitude with your customers, just quit and find a better job.The cabs are dirty and smell like stale cigarettes. The drivers most of the time smell like BO and stale cigarettes too and if youre not a clean well spoken white person theyre rude and ignorant too. They also act as if youre out to rob them or jump the fare. They need more competition then theyll probably start respecting their customers.

2am last night, best cab driver ever

A lot of the drivers are drug addicts (crack,heroin) and a lot are pot heads, and management knows and does not care, in fact the owner-Brian, encourages drug addicts because he knows theyll show up to work to make $$$. definitely not a safe service and the dispatchers are very rude and dont care about your safety. The owner even has drivers without hack licenses from the police department. Youre better off downloading the Lyft and Uber apps (lyft takes prepaid cards, uber does not) for a safe and reliable ride.

Dispatcher was à jerk. i told him i needed à ride to somwhere and he misundertood what i said. then he starts saying whos that in the backround multiple times acting aggressive like he thought he was big balls on the beach. because i tried explaining that i said i wanted à cab to that destination. then he hung up on my mother twice. id like to see Jim act like that face to face. what à Dick.
