Great and very friendly customer service. Plus you can make a payment very fast for your bill without waiting a very long time. A bit of downside is the comcast customer service through a phone. Its better to come in and see them at this location.
So glad to have an in-person store instead of just calling someone, Keysha helped me, she was able to help me on both of my accounts and get me correct upgrade cable boxes and an upgraded modem and was able to explain why 1 thing wasnt working. She totally saved my day and upcoming weekend! They seemed to have a lot of people there ready to help, I didnt wait more then 2 minutes so it was very quick ;-)

It was like every other place ..I spoke knowing what I wanted very clearly and I was given exactly what I asked for. Must mention..my bank card was being replaced and I had to call for help, the automatic answering is extremely annoying..however when I got a human on the phone to explain my situation it was all resolved perfectly!! Great people on different occasions. Im very impressed

The manager there is extremely nice. His name is Jimmy and he is very helpful. Although I did encounter with a female who said that she was going to assist me with getting a watch. She asked as if she was going to get her car seat out of a car and come back and she never showed back into the store. I found a completely unprofessional and based on her customer service I will not be returning to that location.

It was one of the worst experiences ever. Waited almost an hour while the staff helped one couple, and they were friends of this staff person. When they all left to go in the backroom for the third time, leaving no one whatsoever on the floor I had enough and left. If there were any other choices for cable Id gladly switch. Thanks for nothing

Went in to ask why my Bill jumped from $97 to $124... I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life! She definitely does not deserve to work as customer representative at all! Very disrespectful honestly made me loose respect for the entire store. And I definitely am switching!!!

DO NOT GO THERE! They are awful. I first go into the store because customer care told me to do so. Once I arrive at the store they remove my older rate plan on my account and then proceed to tell me that they canβt get it back since they can not. I the. Asked why did you remove it to beginning without even asking me.Then the reps Drew R and Stevens became to tell me that βyou donβt want to start thisβ And that an assistant manager will call me directly in 24/48 hours. I asked for the store managers name they told me Jimmy and they do not have a card. I asked for the region manager or area manager to go everything I experienced in the store they proceed to tell me they will not give me his information.This is the worst retail store experience In my life. Not only did they completely mess up my account, The store staff has 0 idea on how to deal with customers. Retail 101 is not to complain the entire time about having to deal with customer service issues in front of the customer your complaining about.I expect a call back and my issues resolved and will be sending an email to the executive leadership team directly.

Erika is awesome! The whole staff here, from the gentleman at the door to the manager was attentive, informative, and friendly. I wonβt lie, I was there pretty frustrated due to a mix up by the Customer Service phone number, and this team worked like a machine to fix the issue and remedy the mistake. Other stores and the whole company should follow the amazing example set by the crew of the Brockton location.

Why would anyone need to wait for 50 minutes just to drop off some cable boxes? There was a guy there who had a charge for a movie he didnt order and he was already there for an hour by the time I sat down. And while everyone is getting impatient because of how long they are waiting, you have two buffoons standing around at the check in desk as you walk in doing absolutely nothing. Dont waste your time, its too valuable, go to another store that is actually going to help you.
I visited the store today and expected a wait. I wanted to replace some equipment and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do that in less than 5 minutes. Employees were helpful and polite.

Very Very poor service. Waited 40+ minutes and there were only 3 people in front of me. Just wanted to purchase the WiFi extenders and ask a few technical questions. When I got up to leave one of the workers just said have a nice day. No questions about why we were leaving. Its as if they just dont care about the business!

Exchanging a cable box that I got yesterday which does not work. Comcast customer service over phone could not get it to work either. They advised I return it and get another one. I was told 1/2 hour wait no consideration for this being second trip here in 2 days. Told to have a seat. But seats all full. I hate Comcast. But Verizon not available in my area and donβt want a dish. Not happy!!

This store is slow and has a STUPID set up. EVEN if your only returning equipment you have to get a ticket and wait even tho they scan in your equipment as you enter the store. How stupid is that? You obviously know who it belongs to. Why not just give me a receipt when I scan it and let me go smfh. This shouldnt take a hour. Or why not have an equipment return ONLY counter???? Your wasting peoples time.

I went to exchange 5 remotes that were not working properly. I was welcomed by a man that informed me he wasnβt sure he had any remotes available. (Which seemed a little odd) He told me he had to check. He came back with only two remotes along with another employee named Michelle ( store manager ) who was very confrontational. She was very rude gave very short answers and did not seem to care about the situation. I asked her if they could ship the remotes or if I could pick them up at any other location. She just shrugged her shoulders. I understand stores do run out of things but a store manager should never be rude and not try to help customers the best way they can. The new store looked really nice but the employees were the same old Comcast

Went into this store for only high speed internet. The rep said the best option was this triple play package that comes with a landline, netflix, and all this extra stuff. Donβt go to the store they will rip you off. Call xfinity customer service they will give you the best deal
Weve had Comcast internet, TV, and phone for 15 years until today. Went in to the store to turn in equipment and cancel service as we are switching to internet only through fios. All three employees I talked with were incredibly nice and helpful. I also greatly appreciate the new store layout over their old location on the other side of Brockton. I did have to wait for an associate after scanning in my returned equipment, but this was just to make sure there was nothing else I owed and to ensure I would be receiving the full account credit.
