Absolutely loved my arrangement for Mother’s Day. The customer service was excellent and they made our holiday extra special. They were very clearly busy when I arrived to pick up our arrangement. They were organized and punctual despite being packed with customers. Happy to see a business thriving during a pandemic. Thanks again for the exceptional service!

I wish I could leave no stars. As I’m writing this review, I’m supposed to be picking up my order for Mother’s Day, and I want nothing more but to cancel it. I called just to see if I could switch to curbside instead and the associate on the phone said “No, you need to come in like everyone else”. Excuse me? I told her I’m not trying to make an exception for myself. It clearly states during the order and on confirmation page that curbside is available. It was a simple yes no at this time we’re not but instead she was rude then said let me check with my manger. She kept me on hold for 6 mins before I hung up and called back several times before the manager finally answered. I told her the situation and how I was just left in hold. She says” you have to come in like everyone else”. What’s wrong with these unprofessional businesses?!! I told her she & her associate did not need to be condescending and rude. I hung up on her and sent my bf to pickup instead so I didn’t have to go to jail on Mother’s Day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They’ll raise your blood pressure. Nasty and rude. Will definitely be heading to BBB w this. Way too many similar reviews. Confused why they’re still in business. Must be family owned. I have time today and they got the right one. Wish I spent my money elsewhere. The good reviews must be family members. They need customer service training... UPDATE- they are not accredited. Figures!!

Great and prompt service. Called for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries last minute for Mothers Day from the parking lot almost before closing and the young lady was very pleasant and helpful to get the order.Thank you very much Sophia, much appreciated.

Do not have your arrangements delivered. Apparently they do not understand they are delivering food and need to actually make arrangements to ensure the person is home. They left my arrangement on the ground outside my apartments building today while I was working in another town for the day. On the plus side they did call and text me to let me know my arrangement was left outside on the ground at 1pm so I knew it would be no good when I returned home from work at 5pm. Very disappointing I couldnt enjoy my gift and the person who paid for my gift spent their money on something that had to be thrown away. Edible arrangements: your policies should change so you arrange a time when the receipient will be home or have the recipient pick up the arrangement. Leaving it outside on the ground is not acceptable for any food delivery.

My husband wanted to surprised me with an order, which did not happened for Mother’s Day.I am very disappointed with customer service with this place. I wanted covered chocolate strawberries for mother’s day. I suggested this place to my husband, I regretted that i did. He told me there where very rude with him on the phone, the manager hang the phone on him. I was very sad when i heard that, because i though they where better then that. He had ask them ahead of time if it’s possible for them to deliver the item a certain time, they told him yes. When he had called the next day, to confirm the day of the order will be delivered the timing he requested. That’s when the order went sower that’s when the rudeness happed. I am so shock, he had to go back there again, to deliver the item. I went there to see why they where rude to him like that, I see why. It’s sad to say it’s not Diverce in there at all. They where rude to me, it’s sad to say they where “Races”. It’s the first time ordering from them and the last time.👎🏾👎🏾

I ordered an arrangement for a friend who just had a baby. When my friend sent me a picture, to say Thank you! I noticed right away it wasn’t what I ordered. I called the store immediately and explained the issue. They did ask for a picture of the order ( this was a little off putting ) which I sent over immediately and without hesitation. They agreed that they sent the wrong arrangement, offered me one of two choices either a reimbursement or redelivery the same day of the correct arrangement. I Chose to have the correct arrangement re-delivered. It was beautiful, I received excellent customer service and I appreciate the fact that corrected their mistake immediately.

Salesperson refused to honor my offer for a free 12-ct chocolate dipped fruit box stating I was supposed to preorder over the computer. The email I received just showed call or visit. I went to the store and called from the parking lot and was turned away for the previous stated reason. I will not order from them again.

Staff is rude and condescending. I called due to an order not deliverable and instead of a solution the manager or whoever I was speaking with just kept make remarks about it being my fault basically with no help. It’s hard to make me upset as I work with people and am very understanding.

Placed an order, almost a week before, for Christmas Eve, for friends. Got a call on Christmas Eve telling me, they are refunding me, because they cant deliver! Had to call up friends to let them know their gift is going to be late. How embarrassing! They could have told me before and I would have made other plans.

All I can say is Ive NEVER had a bad experience with Edible Arrangements! Their service has been great every time I used them and the quality of the fruit has always been top-notch! Its nice to have a company I can count in!

Change your Manager immediately! The customer service is horrible, and telephone manner was unprecedented... the first woman was nice, but didn’t seem to know much, and the woman who took the the phone was extremely rude and said she had been working there a whole year! I would hate to work with her. Why are you arguing with a regular customer?! I average $50 plus arrangement about every 45 days. However, I just go to the edible arrangement that’s closest to me. I’ve never been to this one. I tried to call ahead to order for pick up and it was a 30 min wait for a regular item that takes 15 minutes (if they are prepared) and The way it was described was significantly smaller than what I have purchased in the past. Instead of having patience she was argumentative and told me she had been working there over a year and the item is NEVER made like that. Trying to give her grace, I said or maybe it’s different at each store do you have a similar item?, and she just kept arguing. Then I asked if the first item that I ordered was almost ready and she said no since she’s been on the phone with me she hasn’t had a chance to make it. Needless to say I will return to West Roxbury, or Brookline where I can get what I need as I’m traveling. I could’ve spent about $60 today. But now I’m going to make my own from stop and shop!

I have always had great experiences with this company and their delivery of products for birthdays or holidays. Everything turns out perfectly and the chocolate covered fruit is delightful!

Fruit was not fresh and did not look appealing. I have ordered from other local Edible Arrangements before and have not had a problem. Disappointed.

Since I used to live on the south shore but moved many years ago, I have used Edibles every year for my moms birthday, and every year her smile gets bigger, the strawberries are phenomenal!!! Doing this online or calling it in usually for pick up, had always been a great experience!! Thank you!!

Not a friendly place ! Girl was rude on the phone my order came 3 hours late! My order wasn’t large like i order . My co-workers that I purchased it for said it was the saddest edible arrangement they have seen . Broke me down . I have been out of work since the 5th of November and wanted something kind and sweet for them being so kind since my surgery . More than Half of it went to trash..... 😔

The staff at this location are extremely rude and dont know anything about customer service. I placed a order for pick up for my moms birthday and i didnt get a email to confirm so i called the day of just to confirm because i was a little nervous. The lady answered the phone and hung up, when i called back she said hello so i thought i had the wrong number because who would ever answer a company phone like that. When i asked her to check on my order she was very rude and told me she cant confirm any orders. She said its no way to tell but it should be ready. She then put me on a hold after i refused to hang up and how ironic she was able to confirm even though she said she couldnt. Was very shocked on the customer service side of things.

I love this store! The staff is amazing and my orders are always on time and delicious! I always use them for my holiday needs for teachers, family and friends.

Everything was ready on time and perfect. Bonus was we finally remembered to turn in for our free gift which was 12 chocolate dipped strawberries. Once again Brockton store takes the Edible Arrangement experience to an even higher level. Thanks again!

Walked in there and the lady was so rude! I told her someone died she was not even sympathetic I asked her for Doves smh no Dove! She is training her daughter and was rude to her as well smh! Worst customer service ever! You selling treats supposed to be happy but she seems very miserable!

Extremely unprofessional delivery drivers. I asked to have them call once they arrive and they don’t . I didn’t want my mother answering the door since it was supposed to be a surprise for her and she did. So no surprise and they only brought half the products I ordered . For the expensive prices they have you would expect a little more courtesy and professionalism

Very good working with me for the order over the phone and they took care of it from there. They dont promise to get it to where you want it within a time frame but they do a great job of delivering it when they do.

I got this for my stepmom for Mothers day, it was so delicious and juicy. Would definitely recommend Edible arrangements....5 stars!!!

Been going there for about 8 years had one late drop off in 8 years and I use them 5 to 6 times a year so great service convenience and even the young people there are respectful so keep it up

Absolutely horrible service and horrible rotten fruit. Received strawberries for Mother’s Day that were all rotten and had to be thrown out. I spoke with them and was promised a refund never got it. I have been calling for days and the manager has not returned my call. Awful product and awful customer service. Very disappointed.

I ordered the arrangement around 9:00 AM on Saturday for a 10:00 pick-up. When I arrived at 10:00 the arrangement was ready. I waited 2-3 minutes for them to wrap it. It was beautiful and I would order one again.

Horrible customer service they called one time in the morning to deliver left no message and never went to the apartment club house to leave the arrangement... why because we dont do that. When I asked why no one called me she said we did but never left a message so I guess they dont care if you get the delivery or not....My sons birthday arrangement will not be delivered tonight since it was 5:08 pm and their driver was off the clock and no one could help me... and no manager was available to to help and when I asked for the store owner was told why she doesnt come in and I said I wanted her to call me and Destinee said call customer care they will take your complaint.... I guess I will have to wait for a call back and a refund... I will never ever order with edible arrangements again !

Placed the order, ot delivered when promised and I got a call from the driver telling me the recipient wasn’t home but she advised me where she left the arrangement and was that ok with me? Super professional and thoughtful!!

They went out of their way to bring a driver in early, in order to get my arrangement delivered on time for an early lunch meeting. As always, it was fresh and wonderful.

The fruit is super fresh, I was worried about mushy fruit but my mother enjoyed it so much, beautifully arranged. It is a little pricey but hey fresh fruit lol.

Its nice and clean great place to get smoothies. Friendly people. Not very noticible next to a tireshop dont like location wish it was closer too the main mall
