I had 2 outside vents (which are located at the top of the house) replaced due to a wasp nest by BONNEY-GLENN . Dave of BONNEY-GLENN came and put the vents up. - that was June 2021. On October 26, 2021 (4 months later) the south shore of Massachusetts had a bad noreaster wind storm which took the vent off and along with it came some of the homes vinyl siding,. Turns out the vent was put up incorrectly with 2 nails - and they only used TWO (2) NAILS to hold the vent up (there are 4 sides to a vent!). The second vent in the back of the house which they installed at the same time was put up with 4 - 2 nails and only ONE (1) NAIL was attached from the vent to the house (that would have also come down if the winds were from the west).I called BONNEY-GLENN every day that week (over 4+ times) and they have never gotten back to me. Eventually their mailbox was full so I couldnt even leave any messages after the 4 times I called.I finally contacted a local contractor and they came to fix and replace the siding, which I was able to salvage during the storm, and placed both vents back up as well with the proper tools.I DO NOT RECOMMEND BONNEY-GLENN HOME IMPROVEMENT SPECIALISTS to do any work for anyone. Poor Quality Workmanship.

Very responsive and efficient in estimating the cost to replace clear insulated tempered glass in existing sliding doors; cordial and with more than reasonable terms. Now awaiting installation. Install completed as purchased. Great clean up.

Bonney-Glenn did a very good job replacing our old deck with trex. My only criticism is that some of the corners didnt quite match up perfectly. Also the tread was not level with the deck on the top step. The price of the job was reasonable. We are enjoying the resurfaced deck, and glad we had this job done! So far the trex decking is holding up well and should last for many years to come.

Replaced all my windows at a fraction of the competition. They use Harvey windows, show up on time and dont stop until the jobs done. What more can I say !
