The store was well stocked, bright, open, and clean. Super easy to find the tools I needed at great prices. Doesnt have the name brand you see at home improvement stores but Im happy with the items I got especially at the prices I paid.

Biiig box store for mainly tools of all manner. I had used on-line site on my phone to see if they carried in stock in stores diamond drill bits for stone work. Enough options on line...could not find any way to see if in stock. Drove to store,, asked staff, and i was eaved to a general section. Didnt see, 2nd employee waved to same area. Looked again. Manager showed me to a different section, close but not it. 4th time a charm...went back to original person, he looked it up on the computer, said it was in stock, punted to manager who said shed already dealt w this but then lead me to exact place. I had been on the verge of just leaving but glad I didnt. Really great prices.

Good place to buy tools almost any and every to let you need you may find here at a reasonable price. Customer service at this location is okay but the location in Fall River the customer service is great dislocation dont give them about a 3.5 to 4 star but the Fall River location would give 4 to 4.5. Overall prices are not bad.Thsnks

Great place for the home owner looking for cheap tools for around the house. Great selection on sockets and wrenches for your automotive jobs. If your looking for power tools on the cheap this is the place. Keep in mind they are not commercial grade so many wont be for your everyday contractor.

They advertised they had 20 ton low-profile bottle jacks and they didnt and the cashiers seem a bit preoccupied with everything but being cashiers.

Prices are great, for any product Harbor Freight sells. Some tools are not the best quality but again the price for it is unbeatable.

Its cool. Buy some stuff, and you get some cheesy but useful free stuff sometimes. Staff are ok. Some are hammerheads, but not too bad.

Love it when I dont forget my coupons they should make them mobile coupons so they cant be forgotten. Without coupons the prices are a little high for no name brand tools.

Was looking for a 3/8 spot weld drill bit removal lady told me there was none which after about 30 minutes I did find them would have been a lot easier if they knew what I was talking about show them the item online and they told me they did not have them in store

Toy store for the DIY’er or driveway mechanic. Perfect place to pick up that odd tool you don’t want to spend too much $$ on because you’re only going to use it once or twice a year. You don’t want to buy your daily power tools here, but it’s an ideal place to buy that snap ring plier set you need today but won’t use again for another year.Plenty of parking, sufficiently staffed and heavily discounted merchandise.

Rude obnoxious manager...didnt want to take a harbor freight coupon? Wont go back...i would go to Braintree instead..much better staff there. Very rude ignorant manager. Said he was in charge of the store? Give me a break..is that your best harbor freight? Well you lost a customer today. You deserve zero stars..unfortunately that option isnt here

Decent prices for decent tools but the employees are not very knowledgeable on tools and or what the tool does... I had to explain what the tool is to an employee and its function and they said they dont carry it and I found it and had to show them so they knew and then I got attitude from them saying, ok, so we do carry it, so what, I didnt know... I think employees in any environment should know the items a store deals with... but the reason for only 3 stars, their prices nearly doubled in a year and they dont carry a proper amount of tools and theyre missing certain ones in lots of areas to make a complete tool set... not to mention, i think all their tools come from China like almost everything else in the USA does because of greedy, monopolizing business owners who have no pride or honor and want to take jobs from good hard working Americans trying to make a living and take care of their families... i think these super rich multi billionaires who gouge the American people that made them who they are need to step down and get off their high horses being greedy thinking theyre holier than thou and open up shop in the country they make most of their sales in and where it all started and give the American people jobs and give back... but what do i know, im just a poor handicap fool...
