Placed a custom order for 60 personal hats and stopped in to check the status of my logo approval… A SIMPLE QUESTION… The person working is overwhelmed by herself… Whomever the manager is should make sure this location is FULLY staffed! I am so upset about my wait that I am about to just cancel my order or go back to Branded Bills.

They Always have deals going on and when you get your hat or hats from Lids you Kno there offish

They got to be the worst customer service on the planet they ignore you and they dont help you they expect their product to sell themselves I coming to this line of business to spend my money not to be mistreated.... I enter the store and theres no acknowledgement and no greeting.....myself and my acquaintances will shop elsewhere.
