As we’ve used them for years we know they’re great. This morning I dropped the ball and ran out of oil when we originally called we were told not til Monday which sent me in a huge panic as I have four kids In my house, when we called and explained we ran out the man mike was so so understanding and found a way to get us oil today! Amazing! Thank you mike for caring about the little ones even though I dropped the ball and ordered too late and the rest of the team for the delivery! We appreciate you all!

Last year we bought a house that previously used Niccoli Oil and we continued that service. We couldnt be happier with them. From oil delivery to last minute calls, they have been nothing but friendly and exemplary. Last night we called them about a broken boiler and Fred Niccoli himself came out in 20 minutes and was able to help us. He knew right away that our 30 year old boiler was beyond repair and by the next morning had sent me an invoice for installing a new one so that we could have our hot water back ASAP. Moreover, Fred could not have been more pleasant. I cant say enough nice things about him and his company.

Weve been using Niccoli Oil for about two years now and they have been spot on with service and pricing. Yesterday I called up, as I noticed our tank level was alot lower than I had realized (oops!) and they scheduled a delivery for today (Saturday). This morning I woke up and realized the oil had actually run out over night and wed need a burner prime. I called the office at 7am, and they assured me the driver could prime it no problem. The driver was here before 9am and we were back in action in minutes. Very happy to not have to shiver for the weekend!

Polite customer service, professional services and quick responses. I got a quote from Mr. Rooter for over $1,000 on a tune up and they did the work for around 1/10th of that price. I would not use anyone else.

Every experience I have with this company is positive. Highly recommend them. They are so pleasant on the phone, responsive to immediate needs and have helped us out when we have had oil emergencies--even before we became a regular customer!!

We have been customers of Niccoli Oil & Energy since December 1999. We started as will call customers within a year we were part of their Auto-Delivery program - we have not worried about oil levels or deliveries since. They maintained our old original system until it was time to update it. They had our new system in and running beautifully in one day and have continued doing an outstanding job keeping the up the current system. They do great work, extremely reliable and their employees are prompt, professional and work in a clean and organized manner. Many of the same employees I spoke with and came to my home all those years ago are still there today. Niccoli Oil is family run, they always make their customers a priority. Great company!

I’ve been using Niccoli Oil & Energy for multiple years now, but had never had to use them for anything else. We were having some issues with my +30yr old furnace and had Niccoli out to perform some maintenance. They immediately identified a cracked heat exchange and instructed that a replacement was needed (knowing we have a 7 month old and that it could cause problems). They were able to schedule the replacement within a few days and promptly showed up on the day of the replacement. Knowing that we had animals and a baby, they were very flexible with our needs and worked diligently to bring the unit back online as fast as possible. The furnace is now back up and running and has made a HUGE difference. Unfortunately there was an unforeseen issue with some ash staining an area rug, but Jim Niccoli took care of that no problem.They did a fantastic job, we’re extremely knowledgeable, and were flexible with our needs. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was performed and highly recommend Niccoli Oil & Energy.

I called them for services, because I didn’t have any oil, I have four kids, 10,6,4,1 years old. couldn’t leave the house to prepaid them. I said I had cash, so I’ll pay them when get to the house, they never show up, the house get really cold that night, I have to used electrical heaters, with all of us in one room, to stay warm. 😭😤😭. They didn’t care, not a phone call to let me know they couldn’t. Terrible customer service, the worst. I don’t know how a company can be so evil.

I had Niccoli auto fill my oil tank for many years. Before selling my house I had a few issues with one of oil burners and piper. Niccoli did good job fixing them and price was clearly itemlized and fair. If I were still in MA, I would use them again. Jim Niccoli is very helpful and honest person. Prompt... Always easy to deal with and they have gone out of their way in the past to service us when weve forgotten to order oil (and were almost out). Theyve also told us how to save money on our oil.

I just fired them. They keep poor records and notes which endangers customers and one of the new owners who did not give his name was nasty. He drove me to tears and I acknowledge that I was even more nasty when I hung up on him. There are many good reliable oil companies in this area and I will be switching to one of them immediately. There is poor communication and documentation between technicians and management and even between the owners. We had been good customers for many years. We got a good new water heater from the old owners. We are looking to change our old oil tank which was NOT leaking but we were trying to be pro-active. The technician and other owner said to just fill the oil tank halfway until we got a new tank. When I called to get a little oil - and say we were in the process of financing some work on our home- the nasty co-owner told me to get diesel fuel in the gas station and that in 19 degree weather he would not give us oil. He would not recommend this company to do work or put oil in anybody’s home if their notes and communication is so poor. I am going to have their company investigated for other dangerous practices. Managing an oil company requires good safety and environmental practices and good record .keeping. I hope they improve.

I love Niccoli, they are reliable, price is as reasonable as anywhere and I can get frequent fill-ups so the bill isnt so overwhelming all at once. But I noticed that someone had commented about his oil tank having been replaced by Niccoli. I also had mine replaced a few years ago through Niccoli. They dont do it themselves, but contract it out. My fuel gauge on the new tank never worked. It always registers empty. The tech who looked at it for me said he thought the tank installers had installed the gauge or something upside down. Although I have mentioned this several times to Niccoli, it remains non-functional. It is troubling because I like to keep track of where I am with the oil situation and its another reason for the frequent deliveries.9/24/14 Mike from Niccoli Bros. contacted me personally and we discussed the tank gauge situation. They were concerned and helpful and offered to check out the gauge for me. I apologize for the incorrect info regarding the contractor having done the install. Mike assured me that they would provide written confirmation of the amount of oil in the tank if I ever needed it (one less thing for me to worry about) :). I changed my rating from 4 to 5 and want to thank Niccoli for their personalized customer service.
