We own multiple heat presses from GeoKnight we had a few issues with some parts. Made a phone call and the service was literally mind blowing. Aaron couldn’t be nicer and got us the replacement parts so fast it was actually shocking. What a great company!!!

I acquired a heat press a couple years ago and its acting strange. Grasping at straws, I called the manufacturer Geo Knight, and asked them how I could find someone around here to service it. First of all, the support person, Aaron, was super nice. He asked if I could send a short video of what the press was doing. I did and the very next day, he knew what it was. Really, really knowledgeable people here AND great customer service. That always goes a long way!

Have a had Geo Knight heat press for a long time. Recently had some problems and after a phone call and a couple emails swapped with Aaron, Im going to be back up and running.LOVED the quick service and very knowledgeable staff.
