Bad experience they didn’t have anything that I wanted in stock and the employees were rude unprofessional overall

Tell ya what,,they dont even tell you when items are out of stock or on back order when you order..they tell you 3-4 days 7 days go buy,,call,oh its back ordered,,call back again 4 more times,, same thing..get someone who tells you it will be delivered tomorrow and it never shows up,,,call again..they tell you, iam going to call the warehouse,,can i get your number to call you back,,,sure,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no phone calls back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,still dont know where my steel strapping is after 5-6 phone calls..unreal....and they tell me covid is the excuse..geeesh.

A great place for a small business to get business furniture! Love this place. If they dont have it today, check back often, new stuff comes in daily.

Theyre always friendly and helpful. Sure, a bid disorganized, but thats why the prices are so low. A small sacrifice for a great price.

It is what it is and outlet store, they sell returns at 75%off. To comment disorganization is bit unfair accurate but unfair, they sell what they receive. Ive returned there to buy what I did previously to find it not there, but what Ive bought Ive been treated fairly and they excepted my lower offer.
